17/11/2025: We ate here for a birthday party. Obviously, since we didn't pay, I can't say whether the price/service ratio was good, but I can certainly say that the quality of the food was excellent. Everything was very good.

29/10/2025: We had lunch at the farmhouse restaurant. Excellent traditional cuisine, generous portions, friendly and professional staff, prompt service, and reasonable prices...the location, immersed in the Umbrian countryside, was very relaxing.

02/12/2025: Absolutely not recommended. It seems normal to ask for pecorino cheese for pasta and the waitress tells us it has nothing to do with the pasta we were eating. But can I choose for myself? At least it was a sauce for that pasta that tasted like nothing.

30/11/2025: Discovered almost by accident, this small restaurant in Spello's historic center is a delightful find. The place is small but very welcoming, with delicious traditional food and excellent service! Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: A very old and charming property in the heart of Narni. Family-run, with very friendly staff. It also has a restaurant serving excellent traditional cuisine. Ideal for exploring this ancient city. Recommended for those not looking for sophisticated accommodations. Covered parking is available near the hotel, and free for motorcyclists.

09/10/2025: We spent a day in Narni exploring the city. We found this place by chance. We were very pleased. The staff was very kind. The dishes were plentiful, very tasty, and carefully prepared. The atmosphere was quaint: well-kept and pleasant.

02/11/2025: There are places where time seems to slow down, and every dish tells a story. Mrs. Adler's restaurant, in the heart of Orvieto, is one of them. As soon as you step inside, the family atmosphere takes guests on a journey that weaves together memory, flavor, and tradition. Every recipe brought to the table holds a centuries-old history: dishes born in the kitchens of Umbrian grandmothers, revived and studied with respect, but also with the curiosity of those who want to revive the past. Mrs. Adler doesn't simply serve lunch: she recounts origins and anecdotes, making each course an emotion as well as a taste. From the wild boar stew scented with herbs to the desserts reminiscent of childhood, everything speaks of a love for the land and a time when cooking was an act of love and patience.

29/10/2025: Superb. Very interesting, historical take on the menu. Everything was delicious. Service was incredible. They took our dinner reservation for a night they were to be closed by mistake. We got there and the chef had opened the place just for us! Highly recommend.

07/12/2025: I visited this restaurant with my family and we were truly impressed. The place is beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful. We chose the Truffle Experience, and even though two people at our table had mushroom and dairy intolerances, the chef was very attentive and offered some truly delicious alternatives. We also really enjoyed some dishes from the Terra Mia menu: kudos to the chef for the quality and attention to detail. The location is spectacular; eating suspended under the glass floor is a unique experience. The only flaw is that one of the tables we were sitting at was swaying a bit, and it's also a shame to see some broken glass in such a unique place, where the atmosphere is a fundamental part of the experience. Overall, a great experience: we'll gladly return!

05/12/2025: A very welcoming restaurant with comfortable rooms, a symbol of the warmth and value Umbrians place on their guests. Sumptuous appetizers featuring traditional cured meats. The tracchia and the excellent sausage with country-style potatoes are excellent and unparalleled in flavor. All this in the heart of colorful and fragrant Spello, with unparalleled views of the variety of crops: cyclamen, but also violets, faraway flowers, and begonias that tastefully and patiently garland the balconies of this enchanting medieval village.

They immediately served us high-quality appetizers and first courses, an excellent wine selection, delicious and beautifully presented second courses and desserts. 1) An appetizer, two first courses, a second course, and a dessert, a bottle of wine for €30, a total of €100. There were two of us... Prices in line with the excellent quality of the place...

21/09/2025: We had lunch outside on a beautiful mid-September day. The setting is truly picture-perfect, and the service and food were top-notch. The fried fish and trout were very good... we'll definitely try them again.

13/10/2025: A good restaurant, but with a disappointing finish. The wait (not just for us, but for other tables as well) for payment, which lasted 30 minutes or more, was excessive. Maybe it was just Sunday.

16/09/2025: We went here as a tour group for a lunch, the food was traditional Umbriam food sourced locally, The place it self is off the beaten track and is reached by some steep and small lanes on a very twisty road, but don't be put off by this, the food was well prepared and tasted fab, all washed down with a choice of wines. We were placed in a part of the restaurant which afforded some amazing views of the country side, all in all the effort to get here was well worth it. Staff were lovely and helpful. I am not too sure how the meal cost as it was included in our tour price, plus it was a set meal, so we didn't choose from a menu, but if anything is to go by, I would say what ever you pay would be worth it.

30/11/2025: La Pergola La Pergola restaurant is located in a truly picturesque alleyway: the charming entrance invites you in and promises a pleasant experience. The first part of the restaurant, however, is rather anonymous and doesn't do justice to the atmosphere that only emerges later: the internal garden, with a very well-kept and welcoming outdoor area, is undoubtedly the highlight of the place. Regarding the food, we started with the Baffo, which unfortunately turned out to be excessively salty. Next, we ordered some first courses: the toppings were good and well-balanced, but the pasta arrived a bit overcooked, which detracted from the overall experience. Among the desserts, the zuppa inglese was excellent, but the tiramisu was less convincing, falling short of expectations. The wine list is extensive, but we found several omissions, as was the case with the beers. A shame, considering the potential. The staff seemed rather distracted and not particularly knowledgeable, which impacted the overall experience. In short, La Pergola boasts a very pleasant outdoor setting and some interesting dishes, but there's room for improvement in both the cuisine and the service. It could become an excellent place with a little more attention to detail.

14/12/2025: Fantastic lunch. The set menu is a real plus in a place like this. Home-made flavors, tradition. The chef is wonderful, coming over during lunch/dinner to make sure everything is fine. Very welcoming location. I absolutely recommend it.

08/12/2025: Positive experience last night. Excellent food, super fair prices, very friendly owner who tells the real story of Spoleto. It will become my regular stop. I recommend it to everyone.
