14/01/2025: Happened by chance with the family on Christmas day. I was expecting a simple meal considering I hadn't booked and it was December 25th. Instead we found a warm and welcoming family-run environment, excellent food, homemade pasta, in short, everything was delicious 😋

10/01/2025: Locale a pochi passi dal centro di Spoleto. Personale e titolari cortesi e disponibili. Cucina tipica di qualità. Strangozzi alla spoletina deliziosi e spezzatino di cinghiale morbidissimo.Una bellissima scoperta. Super consigliato

04/02/2025: Provare per credere. Location unica e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il ristorante è ricavato all'interno di un ambiente storico, lasciato quasi intatto. La cucina l'abbiamo trovata strepitosa. Non un solo piatto è risultato banale. Complimenti anche allo staff, sempre molto gentile ed attento.

15/02/2025: Very nice and well-kept location, in the center of the town. Too bad for the rest: kind and smiling staff, but distracted and sloppy, with little care of the table and customers. Meager menu, very modest portions (4 small ravioli as a first course) and mediocre food quality. Excessive prices. Truly a shame!

30/03/2025: Dinner with dear friends and families. The quality of the food and the fragrance of the pizzas are indisputable. Excellent restaurant that amazed everyone with the timeliness and excellent service from the waitress who didn't let us miss anything. Courtesy and hospitality from all the staff. I highly recommend for anyone looking for quality.

24/02/2025: Una bel ristorante con piatti della tradizione Romana rivisitati in chiave Umbra. Un connubio perfetto che ci ha lasciati piacevolmente colpiti. Locale comodo da raggiungere lasciando la macchina al parcheggio grande e gratuito sotto al paese e prendendo l' ascensore panoramico fino al piano 1 ed il secondo fino al piano 3. All' interno più di una sala, sfruttando ogni spazio del locale, con ampi soffitti a volta. Tavolini in legno con tovagliato da trattoria a quadretti , bicchieri e caraffa di coccio con lo stemma dei tre terzieri e con mobili e soprammobili dal richiamo medioevale molto in linea con le tradizioni locali. In quattro persone, abbiamo optato per due taglieri ghibellini, con una buona e vasta scelta di salumi, diversa e varia rispetto a quelli solitamente offerti in zona, con assaggio di due tipologie di formaggio e miele, verdure al forno e gratinate, un assaggio di torta salata alla cicoria, uno di lenticchie in tegame del territorio con cotechino e uno di polenta con guanciale e tartufo. Quattro primi con porzioni abbondanti e ottimamente conditi, di manfricoli cacio e pepe con scaglie di tartufo, manfricoli con fave, guanciale e pecorino abbelliti da julienne di pomodori secchi e le locali pappardelle ai porcini. Cottura dei manfricoli perfetta. Due i secondi, un tenerissimo coniglio porchettato dal ripieno strepitoso bagnato dal fondo di cottura ristretto , servito e abbellito con fette di arancia ed una tagliata dalla cottura perfetta con rucola, pomodorini e grana a scaglie. Buono anche il vino rosso sfuso della casa e tra la carta dei vini, anche il tipico vino "Ciliegiolo". Servizio veloce e prezzi nella media ma con porzioni più abbondanti. Per digerire consiglio una passeggiata per una visita al Duomo di Narni, alla chiesa di S Francesco con i capolavori restaurati ( ingresso gratuito) , chiesa di Santa Maria Impensole, i giardini di S.Bernardo con la splendida vista sul fiume Nera, visita a Narni sotterranea ( a pagamento ) tutti distanti non più di 300 MT dal ristorante . Consiglio vivamente anche per la vicinanza dall' ascensore panoramico.

03/03/2025: A disappointing experience in every respect. The prices are excessively high compared to the quality of the food (each course is over €30), which is mediocre and lacking in character. The menu is not attractive and the quality of the product is average. The restaurant has a nice structure, but the atmosphere is desolate, with the place practically empty with forgettable songs from the early 2000s at very high volume. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

24/02/2025: Cena indimenticabile. Location affascinante, sapientemente messa in risalto da un recupero architettonico di grande effetto ma non scontato. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto a fornire qualsiasi informazione. Piatti con accostamenti ricercati, frutto di ricerca e sperimentazione da parte dello chef, a cui vengono aggiunti piccoli assaggi che danno un'ulteriore idea del menu. Meriterebbe una stella. Da consigliare

12/03/2025: Family lunch with dog in tow. Everything excellent, very high quality ingredients. The bruschettas are really delicious, especially the one with the exceptional tartare! I would go back just to eat 10 more! Excellent truffle strangozzi and excellent meat too, we tried the pork stew which melted in your mouth and the excellent skewer! Special desserts, very good! Fair quality/price ratio.

02/03/2025: The place is nice, even if the table where we were sitting was dimly lit (the spotlight was pointing at the blow-up of the chef). The service was mixed (the waitress was rather cold and mechanical, the waiter was much friendlier; they forgot to bring us the bread - which was excellent - and we had to ask for it), the wait at the table was very long (partially understandable: it was Sunday lunch), luckily the dishes were all to our liking, demonstrating expertise in the combination of flavors and creativity while respecting tradition. Portions are not excessive, which was ideal for us as we get full easily. Therefore the general opinion is positive, with the intention of returning on a weekday, if there is the opportunity. Prices aligned with the quality of the dishes offered.
