Coming from Rome, we booked for lunch on Easter Monday. Our reservation was for 2:00 PM, and upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mirko, the owner. Lunch was a succession of five-star courses! The rib-eye steak was "popo bona," as they say in our area, as were the rabbit and the grilled Cinta Senese pork. The first courses were also excellent, but the meat was from another solar system. To finish, a perfect zuppa inglese (trifle) and typical local liqueurs. In short, let the owner advise you and the waiters pamper you. Highly recommended, given the excellent service despite the hectic Easter Monday. Thank you, Mirko, and thanks to all the staff!

A stunning location in the center of Spello, chosen to celebrate a significant birthday, we found an intimate and comfortable setting. Mirko and his staff pampered us with food, drinks, and courtesy. The food was excellent, the antipasti platter was phenomenal; the strangozzi with truffles and pappardelle with wild boar ragù were delicious; the beef stew was delicious, and the lamb Spello-style was finger-licking good (and that's saying something from an Abruzzese). Excellent wines complemented everything, along with the attentive service of the staff. Thank you and Bravi 👏👏

Very rustic romantic place, excellent food, very helpful and kind waiters, really nice place, just a little difficult to get to because it is located in the historic center

We had dinner this evening at Pinturicchio, welcomed with kindness and professionalism by Marco. We ate delicious first courses and exceptional meat. The recommended wine was very good, and the homemade dessert was delicious. If you're passing through, come by because it's definitely worth it. 5 stars.

25/12/2025: I booked through The Fork app for Christmas lunch, and the photos already intrigued me. It's in Piazza del Popolo, accessed through a splendid stone archway. The entrance is very characteristic, and the dining room is beautiful, with a stunning fireplace where they grill lamb. My partner and I ordered two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, dessert, and coffee. Both the waiter and waitress were very kind and professional, offering excellent recommendations. All the dishes were excellent, made with the freshest ingredients, and I had the pleasure of sampling the traditional food and wine of Todi in a warm, historic setting. I highly recommend it!
01/12/2025: Umbria Restaurant, in the square. Traditional cuisine, prices in line with the quality, and generous portions. Welcoming atmosphere with just the right amount of formality, always with a smile and courtesy. Really good risotto with chestnuts, porcini mushrooms, and rum, the lamb was perfectly cooked!

06/01/2026: Very refined atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. As for the food, it's good and the dishes are carefully executed... one negative note, but that's a personal preference. The wine is a bit acidic, but again, that's my personal preference. The top rating isn't based on my personal taste, because I think they deserve it.
04/01/2026: The atmosphere is traditional, well-kept, and simple. The staff is friendly. The dishes are good, although some are a bit small in quantity, but they're good quality. The truffles are delicious.
