We arrived here thanks to our agriturismo, the Magic Olive Grove, and then a feast of Umbrian flavors. The Postiglione appetizer was excellent,
Picchirelli with pesto and confit cherry tomatoes.

We were there for lunch.
The service was very friendly and quick.
The food was good, hearty Umbrian fare. However, I wouldn't recommend the devilish rooster; it had clearly been subjected to fiery torture for far too long.

A restaurant serving traditional Umbrian dishes, which aren't bad. Unfortunately, we ordered truffle dishes, but instead of grated ones, they were powdered. And Umbrian truffles must absolutely be grated, as tradition dictates. We ate outside, and it was lovely. There was music. The service wasn't impeccable, but it wasn't bad either.

A restaurant where you can eat well and spend a fair amount. The first courses are excellent, especially the potato gnocchi with Sagrantino wine and the tagliolini cacio e pepe with black truffle. The cuisine is simple, well-prepared, and the portions are generous. Excellent value. A recommended place for a no-frills dinner in the center of Spello.

Writing a positive review is a must, as it's not a given to find restaurateurs as polite and generous as the owner of "Locanda del Postiglione." We ate wonderfully in a welcoming and clean restaurant. The traditional dishes we ordered were exquisite and of excellent quality. On behalf of myself and my friends, I thank the waiter, a very kind man, and the owner for accepting our reservation, even though it was closing time shortly thereafter.

The food was really good, but it seemed like a taste. The place was very nice, but the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, and they played the radio, music that had nothing to do with it. Listening to Jennifer Lopez in an Italian restaurant in a medieval village, really. Then when I told the waitress that it would be more pleasant to listen to Italian songs, she arrogantly replied: "Every seat chooses the radio station it wants." Congratulations. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🇮🇹 you guys are amazing.
