30/12/2025: Stopped in for lunch by chance. Excellent and plentiful appetizers with delicious first courses...perhaps a little sparse...but I'm a big fan. The value for money exceeded expectations. The place has only a few tables, but it's clean and discreet. The owners are kind and professional.

18/01/2026: Excellent experience. We loved everything about it, from the venue to the food, and the service.
The atmosphere is typical of a tavern, as it should be.
The wine selection is beautiful and vast; we didn't try the spirits, but we noticed a few very good bottles.
There were four of us and we wanted to try everything: mixed appetizers, typical Maremma first courses (the tagliolini with truffle and venison prague were exquisite), Florentine steak for the main course, side dishes, and desserts.
Everything was perfect, the price was in line with the quantity and quality of the food.
I absolutely recommend it ;)
12/12/2025: A very intimate and welcoming place, with a roaring fireplace, tasty and well-stocked dishes, helpful and friendly staff, and a friendly and approachable owner. Excellent value for money.

02/02/2026: My first time here, I came with friends and immediately had a great experience. The gentlemen who served us were very kind and fast, the first courses were truly delicious, and the chestnut and mushroom soup was definitely worth trying again. I skipped the main courses and ordered a mix of side dishes, all delicious. If I were to find myself in the area again, I would gladly return.

31/01/2026: We ate divinely as always, they are all very kind, we will return to be able to taste all the dishes on the menu, it will take 6 months🤣 but we will return to 1000x1000, it really deserves it.... a hug to everyone

14/12/2025: Excellent food and super friendly and kind owners. We ordered two appetisers and we liked the one with herring & fried chestnut so much! According to the owner, it’s the recipe passed down from his grand parent. So good!
Pici and pasta with wild boar sauce were also superb! The desserts, especially Tiramisu, is a must-try!!!

Safi was extremely welcoming and kind—we felt right at home.
We stayed two days in a row!
It's the only place where you eat so well in all of Tuscany.

08/01/2026: It's strange of me to only now review a place I've been frequenting for years, where I've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations... and yet here we are. I don't have much to say except that every time I return home to Lucca, whether in the winter or summer, I go here with my family. I can't wait to bring my friends who aren't from the area, because in addition to the wonderful and delicious dishes that meet everyone's needs, it's located in a special corner of Monte Carlo. For tourists and locals alike, a must.
07/01/2026: Everything was perfect! The venue, the service, and the food were all top-notch!
As soon as we arrived, the welcome course arrived, along with a glass of prosecco. Once we'd chosen our courses (meat or fish), the entrée arrived accordingly: appetizer, first course, dessert entrée, dessert, coffee with accompanying pastries, and, of course, wine. We spent €70 each, which was more than reasonable for us!
We'll definitely be back!

They don't have any particular modern pretensions, but the traditional dishes are very well made, and the meat is excellent. The prices are also really good.

We ate everything based on fish: appetizers, first courses, and second courses were all excellent. The fish was not only incredibly fresh, but also beautifully cooked. Compliments to the chef, he was extraordinary! The attentive, friendly, and professional staff were also excellent!

06/03/2026: I’m so glad my hotel staff in Firenze recommended this restaurant—it was truly an excellent suggestion, and we feel lucky to have discovered it. The chef prepares seafood dishes with perfect flavor, from spaghetti and risotto to zuppa, tartare, and even desserts.
Piccola Corte completely changed my view of risotto and tortino al cioccolato; perhaps I had never tried a truly good one before, but now I know how outstanding they can be. We loved it so much that after dining here for dinner, we returned the next day for lunch.
This is without doubt the best restaurant of my trip in Italy. 😍❤️❤️

The servers are incredibly friendly, and every dish is equally excellent.
Honestly, an ideal place for a great meal.
