16/06/2025: We visited this restaurant for lunch on the recommendation of the owner of the hotel where we stayed in Siena. For the appetizer, we had something like an asparagus quiche, blueberry and mushroom risotto, and dessert. Blueberry and mushroom risotto? ? At first, I couldn't imagine what it would taste like, so I was nervous, but I'm so glad I tried it! You can barely taste the blueberries. The saltiness was just right, and it had a gentle flavor that I could eat forever. This is the dish that left the biggest impression on me during this trip. And then dessert! The cream was topped with orange peel liqueur, and it was really delicious! At first, I thought the portion was too much, but I ate it all. It's a dessert that I'd like to eat again.

07/06/2025: The service was perfect, but the food was more mixed. I had the fish, which was a bit dry (overcooked?), and I didn't find it very well prepared. Otherwise, the pasta was very good, as was the cocktail.

07/06/2025: Friendly welcome, no dessert offered, some lines on the bill were difficult to understand, including €3 for cutlery (broken fork) and a €3 "vio giulivo" whose meaning escapes us. A positive point for the waitress who greeted us and who speaks French, it's a shame she doesn't intervene. Not in the dining room.

03/06/2025: Finally I found a local tavern with exceptional friendliness, atmosphere, ambiance and of course original Chianti bottles, finally we found the typical osteria of the past, the staff is very kind, the cuisine is excellent, the price is honest and highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

24/05/2025: This evening I had dinner at the trattoria La Chiocciola, for me it is always a pleasure to return. Very good food, friendliness and a very pleasant environment, Flavio, the owner among the tables does the work of 3 waiters by himself. Compliments.

23/05/2025: there are parking lot nearby but hard to find a space. it's a family restaurant, owner and waiter all into one. so you need to wait long time to serve. we order florentina steak mediocre, but pici pasta was good+1 bottle of aqua and one coke, total 84 euro.
