22/02/2025: Had a great lunch. We had to wait a long time for the food. Quite the price. Price/quality not in balance.

05/11/2024: Every time I return to Volterra, whether it's outside in the summer or inside in the autumn, I make at least one stop. Nice and welcoming place, two tables for several people at the entrance, four for two in the room overlooking the street and others in an internal room. Polite and courteous staff. Sunday 4th (last day before the winter closure, reopening March/April) I ate spaghetti with seafood, grilled sea bass and radicchio in the same way. All very good. Prices are in line with those of other restaurants.

10/04/2025: It's a lovely place in a lovely Piazza and the service was excellent. But I got to tell you.... I left my whole plate of food and my wife left half of hers. The pasta was super fresh but ...low quality meat. Too much gristle. Too much fat.

11/04/2025: Was very pleased to be accepted as a walk in on a busy Thursday evening. They put us in the "back" which turned out to be a beautiful setting with a high domed ceiling and lovely traditional stained glass windows with the name of the restaurant. We had the tomato and bread soup as antipasti, which was really delicious. We saw this restaurant and the soup on Stanley Tucci's series, so we're really intrigued to try it. And very pleased we did. We also had mains of wild boar and polenta as well as the suckling pig with potatoes and veg. All very delicious too. A really great place to eat. Highly recommend.

11/04/2025: Just returning from a great dinner here. Lively, warm, Florence dining room. Our waiter was so friendly and helped make choices. The real measure of a restaurant is when things aren't perfect. My pasta arrived under cooked. They immediately made it right and delicious. I will be back and don't miss the profiteroles if they are on the menu.

18/03/2025: Invited to celebrate a birthday in great company, we found this place ideal for the event with a room practically all our own. The table service is quick and professional with friendly staff. The menu offers a decent selection of dishes that can satisfy all palates. In particular, I recommend it to those who like wild boar ragù because for the first time I enjoyed it cooked their way with a small dose of chili pepper that gave it that extra note of flavor without burning that I really appreciated. The outdoor area is large and with a decent swimming pool to enjoy in the summer months.

31/03/2025: We enjoyed a fantastic lunch outside, the "piazzetta" in front is very nice, there are not many seats so booking is absolutely recommended. We ate some divine fried artichokes, and I ate spaghetti with excellent artichokes, cheese and pepper!

28/03/2025: If I could give more stars I would, but Michelin has already thought of that with the green star! Excellent from the start, from the bread and breadsticks (all km0 flours, worked perfectly) and the initial amuse bouche. The courses were impeccable, interesting, refined and young. Obviously the wine list was also impeccable! Their interest in the territory, the ingredients and the producers can be felt in every bite and every word; in fact the sommelier was not only exhaustive but I feel like saying that he managed to convey passion and ideals in a real and sincere way, a very prepared and characterful guy. At the end of the meal we glimpsed and greeted the chef, who seemed to us to be a humble person and excellent company. Oh yes, an enchanting location! Thank you so much for a lunch that we will not forget!

09/03/2025: lekker gegeten op het terras met zicht op het plein op een zonnige lentedag. Gerechten mooi gepresenteerd en verzorgd gebracht. Het dessert werd opgediend met kaarsje nav mijn verjaardag, mooi gebaar! Vriendelijle en vlotte bediening

07/04/2025: Enchanted place. Far from the city crowds, however, easy to reach with a bus stop right in front of the place if, like me, you also want to take advantage of the b&b. You will rediscover the ancient flavors of typical dishes handed down and expertly prepared by Alessandra, with the engaging friendliness of the owner Luca. I applaud both of them for their welcome and absolute dedication towards each of their guests. A thousand thanks.

23/03/2025: High expectations for this place. Unfortunately the service was insufficient, the boy completely inexperienced. We went for the Chianina written on the menu and it wasn't there. Only 2 cuts of meat available. Tartare: one good but the other with truffle not. Coffee not available.

22/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante e gentilissimi i proprietari . È stata un esperienza indimenticabile. Prodotti freschi e genuini, pasta fatta in casa e piatti ricercati. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque fosse in zona di fare una tappa in questo splendido ristrorante. Tra l’altro anche amanti dei cani! 🥰🥰

30/01/2025: Passeggiando per le vie del centro storico di Sansepolcro è giunta l'ora di pranzo, tra i numerosi ristoranti ci ha colpito il Ristorante Fiorentino. La sala da pranzo si trova al primo piano di un antico palazzo, è arredata molto bene. Il menù non è molto ampio ma presenta proposte decisamente interessanti, la carta dei vini è buona. Il personale è gentilissimo, la Chef Alessia superlativa: è simpaticissima e preparatissima. Quando Alessia parla traspare l'amore per il suo lavoro e la tanta esperienza che ha. Ci ha fatto molto piacere vedere la Chef entrare in sala e servire i clienti. I piatti da noi ordinati erano tutti buonissimi, alla prossima.

08/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante su consiglio di una signora di Sansepolcro, che non finirò mai di ringraziare!Ottima cucina tradizionale toscana, fatta secondo le ricette di una volta, prezzi nella media, pur essendo un locale quotato da Michelin, la proprietaria Alessia è molto simpatica e allegra, professionale allo stesso tempo. Materie prime eccellenti, location stupenda, il ristorante si trova all'interno di un palazzo antico e precisamente dal 1807! Musica di sottofondo eseguita da un bravissimo pianista che invita i presenti a cantare per rendere l'atmosfera davvero conviviale. E' anche B&B.Consiglio assolutamente!
