15/05/2025: Posto molto caratteristico e accogliente, particolare la grotta resa affascinante dalla spiegazione della proprietaria che prima di Cinecittà fu un set cinematografico! Cibo di qualità e ben presentato . Ci era stato consigliato da gente del posto e siamo rimaste entusiaste . Prezzi buoni ma soprattutto perché si mangia proprio bene. Anche il servizio è stato veloce, disponibile e simpatica la proprietaria che nonostante l orario ci ha dato pranzo .Le porzioni sono generose perché noi eravamo sazie e abbiamo preso : un antipasto con salumi, formaggi e crostoni toscani, come primo ci siamo divise Pici col ragù e una zuppa favolosa, per secondo una succulenta tagliata e per finire 2 rinfrescanti sorbetti al frutto della passione.

13/06/2025: Su suggerimento dei locali abbiamo cenato presso "la Cascia"di Montemerano.Il posto e' grazioso personale molto gentile. Dopo un antipastino di bruschettine ottimo,abbiamo mangiato un piatto di gnocchetti al pesto di rucola buonissimo e un piatto dibaccala su cremina di ceci anche questo buono.Ma il top e' stata la torta al cioccolato ...non perdetevela

25/05/2025: The place is something magical, beautiful and well-kept. Too bad for the lack of organization. I called to reserve a table for 5 for aperitif but you can't reserve less than 10 people. Once you get there, you have to "make do" a bit to find a seat, because there is no table service. So you queue to get a drink, and if you want to eat they give you a remote control that rings as soon as it's ready (you have to take it there too). We did the first round with 2 gin and tonics and a "gin sour" (let's say not very good) with a cutting board and two coccoli for €56, while the second round with 3 gin and tonics, two glasses of wine and 3 pizzas for €75, which could have been acceptable if there had been adequate customer service. With an incredible place like this, you expect things to be managed better.

26/05/2025: For me, Antica Trattoria in Colle di Val d'Elsa is the epitome of an excellent restaurant in Tuscany. Eating at this restaurant is like 'eating like God in Italy'. The menu features a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that you rarely find elsewhere. The ribollita is the best between Florence and Siena, and Enrico's tartare is impressively refined. The entire menu is accompanied by wines of the highest quality. Everything about this restaurant is just right. It has a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, and sometimes the setting makes you feel as if you're in one of Federico Fellini's best films. Enrico and Luciana Paradisi, along with their daughter Christiana, are excellent hosts. It is also the best value for money that I have found in Tuscany. I have been eating at this restaurant for 25 years and have never been disappointed. The menu offers a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that are difficult to find. The ribolita is the migliore tra Firenze and Siena, while the tartare of Enrico is raffinata al punto giusto. The intero menu is accompanied by wine of high quality. It's perfect in this restaurant. The atmosphere is accompaniment, the cordial service and the ambient atmosphere are similar to the famous films of Federico Fellini. Enrico and Luciani Paradiesi, with the figure of Christiana, are also the fathers of the house. This is perfect and it also has a better quality report - before it was born in Tuscany. 23/05/2025: During my experience I encountered serious hygiene problems, finding worms inside the food. In addition, I witnessed a worrying scene with the owner lying on the floor in an apparent state of overdose. I strongly advise against this place. If you are looking for a place to eat, I suggest you go elsewhere, perhaps to a trusted kebab shop.

25/05/2025: Unique atmosphere, very rustic, it seems to go back in time. Surrounded by nature. Excellent service (even if the waiter insists too much in proposing the dishes) and very good food, even the pizzas. Good prices

09/05/2025: Historic restaurant in the Tuscan hills A place where you can taste local delights, including excellent pizzas, grilled meat, fantastic first courses, mind-blowing fried foods and much more. Highly recommended now, when it gets a little warmer, especially in the evening, to escape the city heat and take refuge in the cool air. I frequent this restaurant with my family, but we also celebrated a birthday there with 40 people, all of whom were pleasantly satisfied with the lunch. The staff is impeccable, the owner, who carries on the tradition of this place, is extraordinary. In short, if you pass near Buzzanca, it is a must to stop.

20/05/2025: Ho il piacere di fare una recensione da cliente abituale e non legata soltanto alla estemporaneità di un pranzo o di una cena…Perché vengo qua spesso? Perché ritrovo la continuità di una gestione affidabile di lunga tradizione che non cambia nell’arco del tempo. Trovo cordialità , cortesia e velocità nel servizio anche nei momenti di affollamento, e garanzia di qualità del cibo, a cominciare dagli ingredienti, e con una cottura sempre eseguita senza errori al punto giusto . Il menù è rigorosamente di terra, fatta eccezione per il baccalà alla lucchese specialità della casa . Personalmente, alternando regolarmente questa location con quelle “di mare” di Viareggio o Lido di camaiore, Le Meraviglie è diventato il mio posto preferito: giudicando dall’affluenza sia di gente per lo più locale (sempre una garanzia) per pasti singoli o per festeggiare qualsiasi occasione familiare , ma anche di molti stranieri di passaggio, non posso che definirlo un ristorante di successo. Il mix di antipasti vari caldi e freddi della casa è ampio e gustoso… ma se non si vuole esagerare e passare direttamente ai primi piatti c’è ampia scelta….Personalmente la mia preferenza va ai tordelli camaioresi… Mi confesso. “tordello dipendente”: la loro preparazione artigianale abbinata a un ragù fatto a regola d’arte sono secondo me una eccellenza…. Ma non da meno lo sono risotto ai funghi, ravioli e pappardelle al cinghiale per citarne alcuni… ovviamente dipende dai gusti. Tra i secondi la qualità della carne costituisce il valore aggiunto: del filetto alla griglia o talvolta al pepe verde o della tagliata di manzo, notevoli anche per la cottura prescelta che è sempre perfetta … ma il maialino arrosto o lo stinco al forno cotto asciutto e disossato, ed entrambi con contorno di patate arrosto, che poche volte si trovano così buone, sono una validissima alternativa . I funghi? Sono un discorso a parte: in stagione li abbiamo sempre trovati belli di aspetto e saporiti , cosa non facile…, fritti per contorno o con una cappella sul filetto di manzo. Ma fuori stagione il fritto di funghi “Portobello” per chi non li ha mai provati sarà sicuramente una gradevole sorpresa. Alla fine … chi ha spazio ancora per il dessert trova sicuramente di che scegliere. La spesa mi lascia sempre soddisfatto per il rapporto prezzo/qualità assolutamente favorevole e la sicurezza di voler ritornare presto….

04/05/2025: Tavolata di 20, quindi non facile gestione. Lui bravissimo, tipico toscano padrone di casa quasi intrattenitore! Assaggio di tutto, menù quasi da matrimonio… e per soli 35€ a testa! Consigliato per venirci dalla Versilia… da rifare!!

30/05/2025: It's a typical local spot. The service is very friendly, and even if you don't speak the language, the waiters do their best to understand you and respond to your request. The food is delicious!! The atmosphere is very simple, yet pleasant. It's not overly decorated. Highly recommended 👌

30/05/2025: Restaurant suggested by a colleague, also because it is located a little out of the way, but the hairpin bends that you face to reach it are worth it. We ate on an open veranda in front of a garden full of olive trees. What can I say, as you can see from the photos, which already make your mouth water, we started with Tuscan crostini and mixed polenta (no photo), followed by a screaming Florentine with fried porcini mushrooms, unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to taste the desserts because we were full and super satisfied.

25/05/2025: A very memorable and traditional trattoria. Rubel and the team are so welcoming and attentive and the food is prepared beautifully. We ordered the mouthwatering tagliatelle with wild boar ragu, roast pork, veal and the best side of peas we’ve tasted in a long time. We loved it so much that we revisited the next evening and ordered the tagliatelle with venison, peas, spinach and finished with an excellent tiramisu. I highly recommend this trattoria for an authentic and memorable dining experience

25/05/2025: A very special and traditional trattoria. Rubel and the team are so welcoming and attentive and the food is prepared beautifully. 03/06/2025: The restaurant is located right in front of Palazzo Pretorio di Suvereto. The setting is minimal but elegant. Music suited to the atmosphere. We did the fish tasting menu. Good but nothing excellent. We expected something more daring, risky, innovative...we were a little disappointed. However, the quality was excellent and the zero km products were excellent. The waitress Andrea (I think that was his name or at least the boy you see in the video) was very kind and very knowledgeable about everything. He managed the entire room with attention to everyone and spent more than one word with everyone. The outside is a little dark. At certain moments you couldn't even see the dishes well. I would add a few more lights.

18/06/2025: Terzo e ultimo locale fiorentino dove terminare una serata tra amici fatta di un brindisi dietro l’altro e tanta allegria. All’esterno una bella movida, con gente di tutte le età a riempire la strada di chiacchiere e risate. L’atmosfera, all’interno, è quella da occhi appannati, con luci soffuse e pochi lumi a delineare i contorni degli ambienti e degli arredi. Siamo letteralmente andati a naso, lasciandoci ispirare dagli odori che provenivano dalla cucina e dalle proposte che più ci incuriosivano del menù. Con la faccia quasi sul piatto per vedere cosa stavamo mangiando, abbiamo assaporato e gradito tutto. Atmosfera magica, delicatamente soporifera, sembrava quasi di stare nel refettorio di un antico convento. Ottimo ristorante da provare e riprovare, sempre con lo spirito di chi ha voglia di staccare e prendersi il tempo che merita…

16/06/2025: Reservamos aquí por recomendación de un amigo, lamentablemente esto no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Haré la siguiente advertencia diciendo que hemos comido en muchos restaurantes maravillosos y estamos acostumbrados a una comida hermosa (incluido en Florencia), por lo que nuestra comparación está bien equilibrada. El menú era limitado, lo cual aceptamos, sin embargo, lo que los dos pedimos (cerdo) fue decepcionante, dejé mi comida ya que no podía comerla y mi esposo no terminó la suya. Para ser justos, nos dieron un 10% de descuento en mi comida, pero ese no es el punto. Para terminar con una nota positiva, el restaurante estaba ocupado y por lo tanto tenía un zumbido y el personal era encantador.
