07/03/2026: Trattoria in a lovely area of ​​Florence near the stadium. Plenty of parking all around. Decorated in a vintage style, with wooden tables and paper tablecloths. There's a lovely festive atmosphere. The menu is quite varied, with meat, fish, and pizza options. We had the famous coccoli with stracchino cheese and excellent prosciutto, grilled veal sirloin, baked cockerel, French fries, and grilled vegetables. Half a liter of house wine and a bottle of water were included. Overall, the food was decent, nothing special. Prices were average. The staff were very friendly. I'll be back to try the pizza. I recommend it to anyone in the area.

We were delighted to eat at Cacio e Vino again and enjoy the passion and love with which their dishes are prepared. 21/12/2025: Dinner with friends, a wonderful surprise, with a very refined atmosphere. The "whatever you eat" menu is worth trying; I wasn't disappointed. Local produce, or even their own, is served. The price is fair for the dinner offered. There's no à la carte menu, and everything offered is top-quality and seasonal. We'll definitely be back to try other delicious options. Congratulations!

04/03/2026: We stumbled upon Gimmy Giò almost by chance for lunch and were so delighted that we decided to return for dinner, turning the evening into a special moment. Lunch was a true treat: a minestrone soup with rice that smelled of home, followed by tender meat pizzaiola with chickpeas and potatoes. A genuine meal that immediately convinced us of the quality of the ingredients. For dinner, we returned with a dear family friend, who moved to Bucine three years ago with his partner: it was the perfect place to gather around excellent food. We started with a rich appetizer, then moved on to a perfectly cooked grilled meat, served with mixed vegetables, potatoes, and flavorful chickpeas. We finished on a high note with the inevitable cantucci biscuits and Vin Santo, chatting in a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Michele and his staff were exceptionally welcoming at both times of the day: courtesy, prompt service, and a warm welcome that makes you feel part of the family. If you're looking for authentic Tuscan cuisine in Colle Val d'Elsa, Gimmy Giò is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

15/01/2026: A perfectly renovated rustic restaurant, serving traditional appetizers and a fantastic Florentine steak, featuring a variety of meats and aged cuts, all of which are always over 4 fingers thick. Fair prices for the excellent quality!

21/11/2025: We stumbled upon it almost by accident, just passing through. We ordered a platter of cured meats, which I must say was good. The osso buco was a bit less so, as it was burnt, which meant it tasted the same. The pici with ragù were enjoyable. Overall, it was good, but I wouldn't go back on purpose.

20/11/2025: High price 2 appetizers and 2 soups, water without wine because it wasn't available. €59 to eat under the loggia, which was also very hot because it was covered with a plastic curtain.

26/12/2025: In the heart of this fairytale, colorful village lies Mr. Innocenti Michele's Enoteca, where we stumbled upon it by chance. Excellent food, a vast selection of local and international wines... the tartare and all the ragùs are hand-cut, making a substantial difference to the palate. The staff is young, professional, and very knowledgeable. Well-deserved 5 stars. We'll be back soon!
