02/02/2026: The new management, taken over by two young people, deserves to become the go-to place in Siena. They cook with respect for both tradition and the ingredients, always incredibly fresh, which they prepare with love. The dishes are few, but more than enough for a very satisfying selection. Both the two of them and the girls serving are kind and attentive. Everything is clean... including the bathrooms. A little gem: the basement tavern for large groups. Thanks guys. 31/01/2026: I was there recently. The restaurant recently changed management, but the menu features the same traditional local dishes. The owner and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, making this a truly authentic Sienese restaurant. The quality/price ratio is admirable; try it and believe it!

01/03/2026: Recommended by a local friend, an excellent choice. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Arnaldo guided us right from the start through the menu (special mention for the latter, which I forgot to photograph, but is very valuable for its uniqueness!), and then he paired it with an excellent red wine he produces, DODO. Since there were two of us, we took the opportunity to try the other's dishes, and we were not disappointed. The ribollita and the pastrami were definitely exceptional. After concluding the evening with his crema catalana sbagliato, I can only give it 5 stars and promise to return. I recommend booking in advance.

26/01/2026: Review of the restaurant because I didn't stay overnight. The restaurant is very spacious, yet the service was excellent, efficient, and courteous. The food is excellent and the price is fair. I had the delicious polenta with wild boar ragù and a perfectly cooked tagliata with top-quality meat. The dessert was also delicious. Well done, highly recommended.

12/02/2026: Fabulous! My wife took me to Suvereto for my birthday. A very pleasant surprise: dinner at I Ciocio, this wonderful restaurant in the historic center of one of Italy's most beautiful villages. The warm atmosphere immediately puts you at ease, before moving on to the divine dishes with fantastic flavors and aromas, along with great wines recommended with wisdom and professionalism. 09/03/2026: Fantastic restaurant in the hills. Beautiful views, friendly service, and fabulous Tuscan dishes. The environment is clean and tidy, and dog-friendly. The sign at the entrance recommends not bringing cats. The road is a bit rough, but it's worth it. Kudos to the staff.

17/03/2026: On Saturday evening, we had dinner at this restaurant, which we'd known for years. We ate well; the only complaint was the "cacio e pepe" pici, which was just cheese; there was no pepper at all, but that can happen. The only downside, however, was the bill, which I hadn't checked at checkout because we had guests. When I returned to the hotel and read the receipt, I noticed that the "welcome appetizer" brought to the table while we waited for the appetizer was ultimately charged as a "peasant cover charge." We're talking only €3 per person, but it seemed like something the restaurant offered while we waited for the main course. What really shocked me, however, was that they charged us €17 for three (three in total) pieces of pork ribs (the dish was listed on the receipt as "ribs and sausages - only ribs"). For the sake of clarity, when my wife ordered, she had asked for four spare ribs, in addition to the "rosemary tagliata" (priced at €18.00). After the tagliata, she was brought a small plate with three pieces of spare ribs (instead of the four requested, but for goodness sake, it can happen). It was really just a taste, not even a half portion. And this "taste" cost us €17. That seems like a huge outrage to me. And I don't think it was an oversight on the part of the restaurant, because the dish was listed on the bill as "ribs and sausages - only spare ribs"... You did a good job; it's a real shame to lose out on these things.

14/03/2026: Yesterday, while looking for a pizzeria in Mantua, I went to "Croce Bianca". A welcoming place with a cheerful atmosphere and wonderful, high-quality pizza. I especially ordered the Saporita Extra. The staff was kind and very attentive to service, making me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone. ☺️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

27/01/2026: Fabulous!!! A truly excellent experience at Tana dei Brilli in Massa Marittima. Fresh, high-quality food, with an excellent selection and creation of cheeses. The wild boar sauce with polenta was simply exquisite, rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves authentic, carefully prepared cuisine. I will definitely be back!

25/01/2026: I called the day before to reserve a table for two. I was given the time: 2:00 PM/2:15 PM. We got there on time, maybe a few minutes early. Once inside, I was told the reservation was for 2:15 PM/2:20 PM. We waited outside until 2:30 PM. We went in to find out how much longer we had to wait. We were told they couldn't turn the customers away. In conclusion, we had to leave. It would be enough to say next time... WE'RE FULL! Instead of making people wait needlessly!

09/03/2026: A wonderful experience! The lady makes ravioli in the window😊 We had crostini with Colonnata lard, which were fabulous!! Followed by a mix of crostini with truffle, tomato, liver, beans, and cavolo nero, and tomato puree. Meat tordelli with ragù and homemade ricotta and spinach ravioli with tomato sauce... truly delicious! We'll definitely be back 😍
