10/08/2024: Delicious food the best lunch we have had on our trip to Sienna! The rabbit was excellent and the sliced beef with herbs was very, very good. The tomato soup was very tasty and the pasta pici all’aglione was some of the best red sauces we have tried. Service and our waitress were very kind and we all cleaned our plates!

29/07/2024: My partner and I had dinner this evening 07/28/2024. Stopping to talk only about the food would be an understatement, not even to say it is of a superior quality (I recommend pici white ragù with truffle). We met Mr. Giuseppe, what can I say.....an incredible man with human qualities that are truly to be appreciated. He was able to accompany our dinner by recommending dishes and talking about this and that, all with truly appreciable kindness and friendliness. At the end of our dinner we felt as if we were at home, we were the last remaining customers, and we stayed talking with Giuseppe for another hour, we truly felt at home. I obviously recommend the place, firstly for Giuseppe, and secondly obviously the food which is of truly superior quality. We will definitely be back, thank you Giusè!! ❤️

15/08/2024: Excellent food, wonderful staff, friendly owner, I will definitely return every time I pass through Siena. Highly recommended! P.S: I recommend the livers, the pici all'aglione and the panzanella, but you should try everything.

13/06/2024: Didn’t dine here because the moment my wife and I entered the establishment to take a look at the menu and check out the space, a waiter rudely approached us and asked us in Italian to either leave or take our seats. When we tried to explain that we needed just a minute to decide , he insisted that we leave - repeatedly speaking over us and behaving aggressively. We are respectful anywhere we visit, so it’s tough to understand why he’d refuse guests (the restaurant was not full). If I had to guess - well, just search their reviews for the word “rude.” Most of these reviews are from people who aren’t Italian. In fact, the majority of these reviewers have Asian surnames (my wife and I are Asian). Coincidence? Regardless, complete lack of hospitality or kindness, and not representative of what should be a charming town and people in San Gimignano. 5/5 trash.

26/08/2024: Nice evening spent at an outdoor table in the center of Prato. Good wine from a local company. As an appetizer, cold cuts and cheeses, courgette flowers in batter and as a main course the Tagliata. Very generous portions. Really everything was excellent. I also liked the sorbet. In summer the tables are outside, but upon entering I could see the place inside which is very particular and characteristic. I would really like to return.

25/08/2024: I recommend this restaurant if you want to discover Tuscan cuisine at very reasonable prices and cook with fresh products. A small downside for the welcome (a downside which was forgotten thanks to the smiling and available waiter) a little cold on the part of the French-speaking waitress. However, we forgive him and blame it on work stress. Indeed, the restaurant was full, a victim of its success.

19/08/2024: Great place to eat Tuscan cuisine, of excellent quality! Friendly, very kind and knowledgeable staff! In our short stay we went twice, and certainly if there is an opportunity, we will return to taste their dishes

17/08/2024: Located in the heart of the city, not far from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the restaurant boasts a large terrace that can accommodate a large number of guests. The waiters are pleasant and the food good. Prices are more than reasonable

29/08/2024: Il Ribot è un punto fermo della buona cucina lombarda e milanese. Locale storico, prelibatezze di tutti i generi, tagli di carne di ottima qualità. Uno dei pochi ristoranti a Milano su cui si sa di non sbagliare!

30/08/2024: Spectacular! The pici absolutely must be tried both in the Tuscan version and in the cacio e pepe version revisited in a sublime way! The pasta is homemade and you can taste it! The cut is very tender and the vegetables deserve a taste for their delicacy. If you want to try the dishes of the day, you can't go wrong there either. Next time I will also try the desserts because I will certainly return. I came back and the desserts are also excellent.

28/08/2024: We ordered an aperitif plate of cured meats and cheeses for two, and 20 MINUTES passed after ordering before it arrived. The cost is €8, now I wasn't expecting who knows what but €8 and they bring me ONE slice of raw ham and ONE slice of another cold cut, 3 very small pieces of cheese with two croutons (one of which with chicken livers which in my opinion we need to ask if they can like it or not since it is a particular thing) and did it take 20 minutes to prepare this dish? It seems a bit much to me, without even bringing two saucers. Moving on to the first ones, they also arrived after 20/25 minutes of waiting. I didn't like the good tortelloni, the hemp and ricotta pici, perhaps due to my personal taste. We drank 2 glasses of prosecco and 2 of red. The price of the glasses is not marked on the menu when, in fact, it should be so that the customer can decide whether to want it or not based also on the price. Maybe it's because I'm Venetian, but a glass of prosecco for €7 is EXAGERATION.

18/08/2024: A real treat, excellent and authentic dishes in a friendly atmosphere, and the owner explains her entire menu to you with kindness, in Italian, English or French.

15/08/2024: Everything is perfect in this restaurant! The owner offers traditional Tuscan cuisine and happily introduces us to her dishes. She speaks French and English. She took the time to explain all her dishes to us. Everything looked good and the dishes we tasted were generous and delicious. All the staff are welcoming. Go there without asking any questions. There is something for everyone!

13/08/2024: We booked a table for 2 for pizza, a mediocre place, at times unsatisfactory, no type of alternative dough Vegetarian pizza: aubergines, courgettes, artichokes, olives and half raw white onion... I don't feel like recommending it

11/08/2024: The food is really delicious! From the appetizers to the first courses, the Florentine... dishes of excellent quality and the right quantity, when you wake up your appetite is satisfied! The wines are also excellent, with a wide choice of local wines and a bit from all over 🇮🇹. Excellent service, kind, friendly, very nice!

25/07/2024: Characteristic location in the town center. I wanted to eat pizza and the calzone was very good. Really great service and fair prices.
