02/04/2025: I don't understand why the place has a rather low rating, completely inconsistent with the high level of food. We just came for dinner without knowing the rating of the place and without any expectations. We ordered beef a-la Fiorentino, rare. Great. Delicious. The Chianti is great. The classy man, taking the order, was very polite, friendly and competent. As a person, who is more than spoiled when it comes to food, I highly recommend this restaurant. Really.

30/03/2025: Recommended by locals, we sit down to eat Pappardelle with wild boar and artichoke risotto, burrata and cherry tomatoes The pappardelle was flaccid and the risotto was served without burrata All with the waiters who were in a hurry to clear our plates

09/04/2025: Bellissimo! Very cozy place, delicious food, excellent service! The waiter explained the dishes in English, he tried very hard! Be sure to try Tiramisu, it doesn’t have a lot of sugar, which makes its taste special, I’ve never eaten anything so delicious before! I enjoyed the food and atmosphere of this place, it is a real gem in Pisa. I managed to eat here at lunchtime even without booking a table. Dogs are welcome; there was a cute pug sitting next to the next table, which only added to the cuteness and coziness of the overall atmosphere of the place! I would happily eat here again. Grazie!!!

05/03/2025: We had dinner last night. What can I say: excellent dinner, well presented and tasty dish. But the real strength of the place is, without any doubt, the restaurateur: a real strength starting from friendliness and competence. Then the icing on the cake: unfortunately I was the protagonist of an episode that could have created many problems: I inadvertently spilled my excellent glass of wine on the ground. Some drops probably caught the coat of a lady sitting at another nearby table. Naturally I apologized to the other guests and offered to make amends in any way. Here the Restaurateur took the chair, with a capital R and not by chance, intervening with the Lady who had had her coat slightly stained by my wine, saying that she would be the one who, if anything, would pay for the cleaning of the head. An owner/owner with 110 cum laude given the city where her restaurant is located. Definitely coming back.

19/01/2025: Trattoria recommended by the owner of a farmhouse in San Casciano where we stayed. The online ratings are consistent and reflect the quality of the venue. Considering the cover charge, two jugs of water, a large platter with excellent local products, three bruschettas with delicious porcini mushrooms, two first courses of cheese and pepper (one with tartare and the other with fresh truffle), a fillet with lard colonnade and truffle flakes and a creme brulee split in two, we spent a total of 100 euros. In addition we must add an appetizer offered by the house (bruscato bread accompanied by various sauces and olives) which pleasantly welcomed us. I recommend anyone who is passing through to stop by (possibly with a reservation)!

18/01/2025: Ample parking. Magnificent view. Very nice interior. Very good first courses and meat. Pizza to be avoided carefully. Courteous and attentive service. They have definitely increased their prices compared to a few years ago

12/01/2025: Siamo venuti per mangiare una pizza e abbiamo scoperto che di sabato non la fanno. Il menù è piuttosto ridotto, basato per lo più sulla carne. Cibo nella norma, nulla d'eccezionale. Prezzo decisamente alto per la zona. Al di sotto delle aspettative.

10/03/2025: I could start by saying spectacular but I’ll rather place as unforgettable. We went there on a Saturday night and the place was pristine, well organised, clean, and overall spotless. We sat immediately and our waiter explained us the two menu options, one is meat based the other fish based. The whole table went for fish as the menu descriptions already let us wanting more. Out waiter first explained we could mix and match items from both menus which is great. I was really interested in the risotto from the meat menu, then chef came over our table and told me he would see about my request as he didnt think that would work for sequence of the tasting. However he found a way to fit that risotto not only for me, but, to our surprise to the whole table. It's now 2 days since we ate there and honestly I wont forget that risotto! Eating at Ora d'Aria was a pleasure, it was a magic experience in the world of tastes and excellent service. And just when I thought I saw everything we got our dessert and honestly it was to die for! The simplicity of the dish and the taste of heaven are memories I'll carry with me forever or until I manage to eat next at Ora d'Aria. This place was utterly calm and tranquil, the music was such a vibe for a restaurant and the toilets were incredibly spacious and clean. The place is right at the centre of town and yet manage to preserve a cosy and warm environment. If you are looking for honest tasteful flavours just book your spot here.

25/02/2025: Wow!! Coming from London where we are blessed with many restaraunts and having quite high food standards, we were very impressed with the food and the service. We were able to select our own tasting menu (does not need the whole table to have the same food) which is great so we could try everything they had to offer. Note that they only do red/white bottles by the bottle, but they were able to suggest a wine that would be suitable for both meat and fish dishes. It is a very small and intimate restaraunt with only about 8 tables, and the kitchen is right there and you can see how they operate through the glass window. The kitchen was very professional and also very quiet throughout the meal. Chef Marco Stabile was overseeing everything, and presented us with our wine. He also helped served other food items for other tables, and overall it seemed like he was very passionate about his restaraunt.

27/03/2025: A place that stands out for its excellent interpretation of pizza by the slice. Well-balanced dough, precise cooking and quality ingredients contribute to a harmonious result. A point of reference for lovers of the genre.

17/03/2025: Recently, before attending a theater show, my girlfriend and I decided to stop at the Antica Pizzeria Fiorentina in Viale Bligny 41, Milan. The pizzeria offers slices in two sizes: normal and large. I opted for the large version with ham and mushrooms, while my girlfriend chose the ham one. Both pizzas turned out to be delicious, with a soft and light dough, highly digestible. The informal and welcoming environment, with white and green tables and decorations that recall Tuscany, made the experience even more pleasant. P.s. To end on a high note, you can't miss their typical Dai Dai treat!

12/04/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Osteria Chiacchera. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Violeta, charming, kind, and very attentive. The food was delicious, and the whole meal was a real pleasure. A lovely memory from our time in Siena. Highly recommended (also featured in the Guide du Routard)!

19/03/2025: I went there for the first time a few weeks ago, I had heard good things about it and I can actually say that the food is good, as a welcome they immediately leave you some focaccia and olives and cured meats, as a welcome I have to say the Right here, one of the two waitresses was a bit sulky and hasty, the place is half empty so I don't see the rush. A very nice place, the only flaw is the Salty bill, a bit of a tourist trap. For a small mixed meat appetizer, two first courses and a second course, a dessert, without wine, with water and without coffee, a nice blow of 84 euros! Would I go back? No, but I'll leave it 4 stars anyway out of fairness because we ate well

07/04/2025: A place where they sell quality and substance. The substance of people who know how to do their job very well. A superb grilled meat; a fantastic cut and perfect cooking. A very good choice of wines, fantastic side dishes, delicious desserts and friendly, fast service. There's no need to say anything else.
