Everything was delicious: the Chianina tartare was incredibly fresh and tasted spectacular, and the pici with Cinta Senese ragù was truly delicious. Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended! Well done! I wasn't even hungry, but after trying your dishes, I wanted to continue trying more. You absolutely must stop by.

There were challenges between waitresses, which created tension in the atmosphere when you really go there to relax and feel a pleasant environment. We had made a reservation, clearly specifying that we would bring strollers and a small dog (a toy poodle), and received no objections or instructions to the contrary. Once we arrived at the restaurant, however, the welcome was anything but professional: presumably the owner, in a brusque and decidedly impolite manner, prevented us from even sitting down, clearly showing annoyance at our presence and dismissing us abruptly. Beyond the lack of flexibility, what was striking was the attitude: disrespectful, lacking in customer care, and completely out of line with what one would expect from a business that serves the public. Even if there had been organizational difficulties, one would have expected a minimum level of availability, or at least a polite and constructive approach. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling deeply uneasy and disappointed. A restaurant should, above all, be a welcoming place, but in this case, the fundamental premise was completely missing: respect for the individual. I've never left a negative review for a business: my approach has always been to avoid it, even when mix-ups or unpleasant experiences occur. This time, however, I couldn't help but do so. For the first time, and hopefully the last, I encountered an attitude that it's no exaggeration to call demeaning toward customers. I believe this type of behavior should cause serious reflection for anyone who works with the public, especially tourists, for whom hospitality, respect, and professionalism should be essential values.

The atmosphere is truly pleasant and refined, perfect for making a great impression and chatting peacefully. The dinner was exceptional: every course, from appetizer to main course, was simply exquisite, carefully prepared, and beautifully presented. But I want to give special praise to the service: a young woman took care of our table impeccably. She was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, and explained everything to us in detail with a smile. Finding such young, passionate, and attentive staff really makes a difference. Highly recommended!
