During our visit to Pisa, I tried bordatino, a typical local dish, and was truly thrilled: an authentic, rich, and genuine flavor, prepared with great balance and attention to quality. It was one of those dishes that lingers in your memory and is worth the visit in itself. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere refined yet welcoming, never cold. A restaurant that perfectly combines elegance and tradition, perfect for those who want to discover authentic Tuscan cuisine in a more sophisticated setting. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: Lunch with friends, a welcoming, intimate atmosphere, and an excellent wine list, especially for the local wines (Tenuta la Borriana). As for the à la carte menu, nothing to complain about: refined dishes that maintain Tuscan tradition, including the delicious mutton tartare and tongue carpaccio, followed by impeccable Guancia and desserts; in fact, their revisited Bongo would be a real treat. We'll be back with more friends 🫶🏻

20/03/2026: Terrible value for money. Service is slow. But it's crowded, so Milanese people don't deserve it.

20/03/2026: Good statehouse . Various meat options and meet is very good . Service is also good but not great . What I did not like is industrialized approach. Def not fine dining . Prices are however very high . But what we really did not appreciate is how they treated Italian vs tourists . We had reservation and they put us at outside section that in March in Milan at night is very cold . There are heaters that helped , but for 150e per person bill , it was very suboptimal experience . I would not go again. There are better options closer to the city center for tourists .

21/10/2025: The place is really beautiful. The food prices are not expensive, but the service is poor. We waited almost 20 minutes for the waiter, and the same happened when we asked for the bill. The waiting time for the food was the longest in the region. I ordered Peposo a typical Tuscan dish, but it had too much black pepper. The mashed potatoes were not consistent. I don’t recommend.

13/03/2026: I went to Trattoria Angiolino and I have to say I had a truly wonderful meal. The restaurant is located in San Donnino, in a somewhat remote and not particularly renowned area near the Arno River, but once you arrive, you discover a truly unique place. Inside, the atmosphere is very simple and authentic: a small room that almost feels like a tavern, with a homely and welcoming atmosphere. The food was exquisite. The penne alla pecora arrived in two seconds, and it was immediately clear that mutton is the place's signature dish. For my second course, I had the overcooked cheek: fabulous, incredibly tender, truly spectacular. In the end, I spent the right amount and ate very well. Although it's a bit inconvenient to get to from the city center, it's definitely worth a visit. I'm not giving it a fifth star because I usually do it when the dessert is also top notch, but I noticed that they're already prepared the day before and don't make them right away. In fact, I preferred and recommend the cantuccini and vin santo.

03/03/2026: Must try AND definitely try again! The attention to detail is top-notch! TRADITION AND INNOVATION blend perfectly in a beautiful location where you can enjoy excellent food paired with a wide selection of wines. I've tried it both for special occasions, like my daughter's 18th birthday, and for casual dinners. It's always a great choice. The service is truly attentive and at the same time friendly, making you feel right at home. GREAT GUYS!

02/03/2026: We already knew this lovely restaurant from having previously dined al fresco in the charming square. A few nights ago, we were convinced it's truly worth a visit, thanks to the unique dishes and the very pleasant interior. The staff is attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back at Casa Gori!

02/04/2026: I was there a couple of years ago, and while everything has remained the same, I have to say it's a small but fantastic corner of paradise. The food is DIVINE, absolutely authentic, and the owners are friendly and kind. I hope to return and find everything the same as it was back then!!!
