13/03/2025: Beautiful, well-kept environment, I can't wait to see it in the summer because it has a beautiful view. Very good fillet, best roast potatoes I've ever tasted, excellent wines. The only flaw was the service was a little slow on weekends but still good service. It is a restaurant that I highly recommend to everyone.

06/04/2025: Ambiente y servicio estaba bien. La comida era terrible. Empezando con unas patatas fritas rancias y bolas de serrín. El entrante era enfermizo con crema y sobretrufado. El plato principal era soso y poco condimentado. Las verduras eran espinacas en un extraño puré o alcachofas en una masa pesada. El vino era lo único delicioso. Evitar.

Ottima cucina toscana: piatti intramontabili e irrinunciabili come crostini neri, collo di cappone ripieno, tonno del Chianti, ribollita, pici, galletto arrosto, rotolo di coniglio farcito, faraona... Buon rapporto qualità - prezzo. Servizio attento.

16/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato qui in primavera, e siamo riusciti a mangiare su un tavolo fuori, i coperti non sono molti, però i piatti sono molto gustosi e caratteristici, quindi si consiglia la prenotazione e si vede un bel panorama. Si spende il giusto

15/12/2024: Sono pochi i ristoranti all elba che non siano di livello medio. Questo supera di molto la maggior parte in qualita e sapori. Situato in un paesino su una fresca collina . Bell’ ambiente e buoni piatti.

20/03/2025: A wonderful restaurant with an excellent atmosphere and attentive waiters! We tried the steak with baked potatoes and the meatballs - both were fantastic. As a starter we had the salad with prosciutto, which was also very tasty. For dessert there was tiramisu, which wasn't prepared in the classic way (with chocolate powder and chocolate chips), but was still delicious. The absolute dream, however, was the panna cotta – simply perfect!

02/04/2025: Sono stata presso questo delizioso e incantevole ristorante all’interno delle mura di Castiglione della pescaia lo scorso settembre con il mio fidanzato. Personale accogliente e gentile e il cibo tutto squisito lo consiglio ! Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci , ogni anno da oramai più di 10 anni è la mia tappa fissa a Castiglione.

21/03/2025: Found by chance, because we arrived late in Florence due to heavy traffic and the place where we had booked dinner warned us that the kitchen closed at 10 pm, so we stopped at this place found by chance on the street, near the Medici Chapels, attracted by the positive reviews in the Routard guide. We tried both first courses, I had ribollita, and a Florentine steak in the center, with side dishes and dessert. Everything was excellent, with more than reasonable waiting times and a good quality-price ratio. A note of merit for the wide selection of wines by the glass in all price ranges, for the very good and tasty apple pie and for the guy who served us the first night we were there, professional but also very friendly and ironic. Not so much the waitress who served us the second time we returned, very rigid and reserved, I understand the tiredness of the weekend in a tourist city, but when you are dealing with the public a smile and a little kindness don't hurt

25/03/2025: This restaurant is a little gem in the city center of Florence. If you’re looking for authentic Italian and Tuscan food, you’re in the right place. Andrea will take great care of you, from the excellent wine selection to the amazing food. I had some delicious antipasti, fresh taglierini with porcini mushrooms, and a bistecca alla fiorentina that was out of this world—it melted in my mouth like butter. Coming from Ireland, I can say this is the best meat and service you can find. Go, relax, and enjoy!

08/04/2025: April 2025: we went for lunch on a week day, helpful and friendly staff. we tried the platter (good) the Pici garlic (quite good) pappardelle with Chianina ragù (excellent) ribollita (excellent) wild boar (fabulous) the Tuscan bread was very good. cover charge medium/high price

30/03/2025: En plein cœur de la ville, nous cherchons un restaurant qui propose les fameuses spécialités milanaise, l’escalope milanaise , mais nous avons appris que c’est plutôt la côtelette milanaise et l’osso bucco avec un risotto à la milanaise au safran. C’était excellent, si ce n’est, à mon avis pour la côtelette, un peu fade et servi avec quelques tomates et de la salade. Je réessaierai autre part une spécialité
