21/05/2026: Went to this busy and Google 4.6 rated restaurant and was disappointed. Had an outside booth which was ok but away from the sight of the waiters. The risotto was very good. The lasagna was ordinary. The osso bucco was ordinary and the beef was a little tough. The olive oil for bread did not come for ages.

26/05/2026: As a food and geography enthusiast, I've been frequenting this wonderful restaurant for seven years, and each time I'm so enchanted it almost moves me to tears. The entire team that supports the phenomenal chef takes care of every wish. During my last visit, a few days ago, I had the pleasure of meeting the new waiter, Alessio, originally from Narcao, Sardinia, who impressed me with his professionalism, passion, and simplicity. Since then, I can't wait to return to Sant'Antioco and am already planning one of my next trips!

Without a doubt, for us it was the best restaurant in Suvereto. + Extremely kind, courteous, and professional staff, yet very human and welcoming. + They explained everything to us, making us feel at home, without forced formalities or false appearances. + Truly excellent food. + Exceptional value for money. + All the dishes were meticulously prepared, well-presented, and truly delicious. + No excessive wait between courses. + The desserts also deserve a special mention: truly excellent. It was honestly the best culinary experience of our entire stay.

03/06/2026: Great quality of food and staff

03/06/2026: We've now been in Italy for two weeks, and this is by far the best dinner we've had. FOOD / DRINK - This place focuses on Milanese food, and it's definitely different from generic Italian, let alone Florentine or Roman fare. Most of our dishes were or rested on amazingly cooked risotto, as befits Milan, and it was all deeply flavored and just a bit chewy and made you gain weight just looking at it, so saucy were they all. I had ossobucco (over a bed of yellow, creamy risotto), and it was as good as any I've ever had. The servings were also sizable. Three of five in our party took a good lunch-worth home. The place has a full bar, and, I suspect, a wine list -- but the house red was more than up to the task. There were also many bottles of ZenVero around the back room -- a new Milanese ginger liqueur that was actually quite tasty (in a ginger-cello sort of way). SERVICE - Friendly and helpful and efficient. We walked in without a reservation at 7:30 (opening) on a Wednesday night. They seated our party of 5 -- but by the time we left, the place was pretty full. Reservations recommended. AMBIANCE - In other reviews you'll see notes about the bright lighting, and they are not entirely wrong -- if you are looking for dark, romantic corners, this is probably not the place for you. On the other hand, we could see our food. And if my mother-in-law had come along for the meal, she wouldn't have needed to use the flashlight on her phone to read the menu. NET-NET - I would go back there tomorrow night. I would go back there every night for the rest of our stay. I am flagging this location to come back to should I ever be in Milan again ... or Turin, or Bologna. A dining delight.

30/03/2026: We chose bistecca la fiorentina from their menu and I must say it was delicious, as were the rosemary potatoes that accompanied the meat. The service was excellent. The tiramisu truly deserved the acclaim it received a couple of years ago.

25/03/2026: Seriously do not understand how this place does not have a 5⭐️ rating. I had scampi risotto and it was out of this world. Imagine home made food refined to a level of perfection. Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and mostly Italian visitors. Cannot recommend it enough, thank you to the whole staff ❤️❤️❤️

27/04/2026: What an absolutely fantastic restaurant. The team were so friendly and helpful. My wife is Coeliac and has a strict Gluten Free diet and the team could not be more accommodating. We ended going back the second night during our visit as we were so happy with the amazing food and service we experienced. My wife said the GF pizza was the best she has ever eaten. The team even made her some fresh GF bread when we sat down at the start of the meal. Incredible. Well done to the front of house team and the amazing chefs. A truely great restaurant.

05/04/2026: We waited an hour without being served. When it arrived, our T-bone steak was completely different from what I'm used to. After asking the waiter, they finally served it. Furthermore, the steak wasn't even hot.

04/04/2026: We made a reservation through an open KakaoTalk chat room and ordered the set menu for two, and it is the best value for money...! The meat at another restaurant yesterday was too tough, but I definitely acknowledge this place as a T-bone steak hotspot. I'm so glad I was able to eat a proper T-bone steak before leaving Florence! I recommend the T-bone steak over the pasta.

09/06/2026: Perfect restaurant for a dinner in Pisa. You have the choice between the main restaurant area, the terrace or the garden in the back. Central but away from the turistic area. High quality food for very reasonable prices. Gabriele and his team are also very kind and welcoming. It is a family run business and I would definitely recommend it again!
