18/02/2026: Very hospitable and helpful staff. Paolo was very helpful in guiding me through the menu before I arrived (I booked for a special occasion) and helping with food allergies. Food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The only downside is that the set menu is lacking the wow factor - the dishes are nothing unique. But, for the price it was good. Thank you
11/02/2026: My boyfriend and I went to Sapori Perduti and had a truly wonderful time.
We started with the tuna trio: delicious and super fresh. I loved the contrast between the different preparations, especially the caramelized onion part. You could really taste the quality of the fish, and the tartare was the ultimate proof.
For our first course, we had the pecorino gnocchi, perfectly creamy and incredibly flavorful without being heavy. I loved the contrast with the raspberry.
For our second course, the Cappello del prete, incredibly tender and with a truly delicious sauce that really enhanced it. Perfectly cooked.
The staff was super friendly and attentive; we felt welcomed from start to finish.
A very positive experience, pleasant atmosphere, and carefully prepared dishes. A niche restaurant in the heart of Palermo; we'll definitely be back.

29/01/2026: Rustic, beautiful place... local food. It was the first time in my life I'd heard of this place's reputation, and I finally tried it. They were right. Everything is really very good. The menu is rather concise, but you know what? They do that limited menu wonderfully. As they say. Little but good, actually excellent. There's no point in having a menu chock-full of courses when the kitchen doesn't know what to do. Appetizers were full and plentiful, so plentiful I can't remember exactly... first courses: gnocchi and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Second course: pork shank with a broth and potatoes that, oh my, sublime. Well done guys... Congratulations. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

01/02/2026: Chef Cuttaia amazed and delighted us from start to finish: we chose the Scala dei Turchi menu.
We heeded the chef's advice not to eat too much bread: there are more than ten courses, and not being able to taste them all would have been a real shame.
It goes without saying that every dish was perfect in every way: presentation, taste, texture, and quality of the ingredients. This review isn't meant to judge the undisputed quality of the dishes, but to share the emotions we experienced. What the eye saw never matched what we ate. It was a constant surprise. Some dishes evoked memories of childhood flavors (for us, the Morettino and the pasta soup in particular), others spoke of the chef's experience of the region. Special praise goes to the attention to waste and the use of every part of the ingredients (the octopus skin, for example). And a further surprise was the use of gluten-free products for everyone, with exceptional results, thus eliminating any deviation from the "normal" menu, at a time when, unfortunately, finding gluten-free alternatives when dining out is still far from guaranteed. Finally, the pleasure of discovering the kindness and generosity of the chef and the dining room staff in sharing their emotions and life experiences made everything even more enjoyable.
It was an honor to be your guests.
18/12/2025: We had very high expectations, and they were exceeded. The food was exceptional, Chef Cuttaia was always present at the tables, the service was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was relaxing, perfect for a unique experience. Thank you for the emotions you gave us through your cuisine.

20/02/2026: On our way home from Taormina we stopped here because it had a high review points. And I tell you - it did not disappoint!! Wow, flavors were amazing. Service great, everything was top notch!
Small restaurant with soul. Definitely would recommend!
We were there with a small child - so sorry for the mess! ☺️
If we will be back to sicily one day we would definitely pick this place to eat.
Unfortunately have no photos of food - because everything was so delicious that we forgot to take photos!

01/02/2026: We went for lunch yesterday and had a wonderful meal. The cuisine was meticulously prepared, with authentic flavors and generous portions, all truly excellent in a welcoming atmosphere. A question to the owners, however, comes naturally: Why the name "Osteria dal Panda"? I'm so curious! 😅 Congratulations, we'll definitely be back.
10/01/2026: We had a family lunch with 9 of us... today, January 10, 2026... what can I say!!! Everything was really good and fresh! Generous portions, but above all, GOOD!!! We chose the fixed-price tasting menu for €35 per person. CONGRATULATIONS!!! I'll definitely be back to try your delicacies 😊

14/02/2026: I went to Trattoria Vico Proietti for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend.
They welcomed us immediately, opening the door and seating us, giving us the opportunity to choose the table we liked best.
A rich selection of both fish and meat appetizers, both of which piqued our curiosity... taste, flavor, and tradition in every dish.
Having arrived from Palermo, I must say I was truly satisfied with the quality and the product, worth the miles traveled.
The wine, recommended by the manager, a knowledgeable and truly friendly person, was perfect and made the moment even more special.
The homemade dessert was excellent.
I'm not one to leave casual reviews, but here it deserves to be said: I would return for dinner tonight.
5/5 without hesitation.
07/02/2026: Great restaurant with a beautiful courtyard (especially in warmer weather). The antipasti are highly recommended (perfect for sharing). The primi and secondi are excellent. Great wines. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays.

03/02/2026: Delicious, home-cooked, and Sicilian. The line of locals during lunch hours is the best recommendation – you'll eat deliciously and inexpensively here. Warning! Don't expect restaurant service; sit where there's room (long tables that seat at least 8-10 people), order the "daily menu" for €12 – a choice of two appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses every day, so insanely delicious that you won't be picky, but will have to find room in your stomach to eat it all. Serve with the house wine, which, as always in Italy, is good and cheap. I definitely recommend it.

19/12/2025: Rude service, very bad english, menu lacking basic information. Not only that, but food was burnt, slow. And they wouldn't split the bill..incompetent! When payed, complained and left. their reaction: Standing outside and laughing at us, showing fingers. What a shame!
29/10/2025: Great place, delicious food, excellent service. We arrive early in the afternoon. Other restaurants around were closed, ragtzi at the plaza told us about Ci Volera, we were really hungry and my pregnant wife needed to eat so we were lucky we arrived here. I ordered the sea food risotto and it was yummy and very generous. I think the owner took care of our order . It was a good experience in the beatiful Syracuse. Molto Gratzie señora.

A special added bonus was the owner, who kindly shared a bit of his past with us through two photographs hanging in the restaurant: a simple yet deeply moving moment, making the experience even more personal and authentic.
A heartwarming trattoria, highly recommended.
08/01/2026: I loved the ricotta ravioli. The ribeye steak, however, was a very small slice for the price. The atmosphere is pleasant, a homey, family-run restaurant, not fancy.

08/02/2026: I've been to Corona Trattoria many times and will definitely return as soon as I can. Alessandro and his father welcome you and make you feel at home right away. They're always happy to recommend their truly special dishes, each with its own unique flavor! Orazio has a vast knowledge of wines to pair with their delicious dishes, and his mother makes unique cassatelle! The entire staff is friendly and professional. It's an experience worth repeating again and again!

10/02/2026: Off the beaten path, authentic Sicilian cuisine is served. The dishes are generous, but above all, high-quality, and reasonably priced. We'll definitely return. The citrus and strawberry sorbet is a must-try.
