04/07/2025: On the advice of our friends we went to the Pirandello restaurant after visiting the Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino museum a few hundred meters away. The two owners were very welcoming and good company. The food was all delicious, the first courses were enormous, there must have been 150/200 grams of pasta, excellent and with quality sauce.

16/08/2025: Excellent service, a unique place. Amadeo and his family are very friendly. Typical and hearty food. Signature wines. 🍷🥂 If you're passing through Catania, I highly recommend it.

14/08/2025: Definitely delicious meal with modest portions. Since the the place is not that spacious they serve food on social table. You share the table with others and they serve all the food almost at once so fast they can accommodate another customers.

29/07/2025: Had the best food here in Giardini Naxos. The servers are very nice and know what they’re talking about. I loved the vibe of the restaurant. The food was amazing. The antipasti, pastas and the fish were so fresh. The wine was great too. They also sell all the wines they serve. We were also surprised by a band that suddenly performed in the restaurant.

29/07/2025: Non si sbaglia mai in questo ristorante piccolo e molto caratteristico curato in ogni particolare. Accoglienza e servizio ottimi , gentilezza e disponibilità eccellente e tanta simpatia; e ora PARLIAMO DELLA CUCINA semplicemente eccellente sia per la qualità sempre ottima sia per la presentazione . Salvatore è "un grande" non sbaglia un piatto dal crudo di mare, la tartare di tonno, i primi i secondi tutto senza mai sbagliare nulla. Infine non perdetevi i dolci fra cui consigliatissimo il gelo di cannella e consigliata la panna cotta Grazie "ragazzi" ci rivedremo presto

03/08/2025: The two of us who took the pigeon-with-oyster course both got food poisoning. Otherwise the food is about a 7/10 execution of Sicilian haute cuisine. The service is very hurried at the end if you reserve for 9pm (if you want to do the full tasting menu make sure to book for 8pm or earlier).The sommelier made a poor recommendation and served a wine with serious volatile acidity issues.

17/08/2025: During my stay in Trapani, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, where the cuisine, personally supervised by the owner, is simply exceptional. Every dish I tried was delicious and prepared with high-quality ingredients. I also really appreciated the availability of excellent gluten-free options, a detail not always easy to find. Unlike many restaurants in tourist destinations, where service tends to be rushed, here the customer service is top-notch. Francesca, the owner's wife, manages the dining room with unparalleled professionalism and friendliness. She doesn't just take orders, but also welcomes and pampers each customer, understanding their needs and making the experience even more enjoyable. The quality-price ratio is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a true culinary experience in Trapani, far from the usual tourist standards.

09/08/2025: Delicious food, attentive, friendly, and helpful service. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Scicli! It's a shame we ate outside (and rightly so, in the summer) and couldn't enjoy the beautiful interior!

18/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant! It perfectly reflects the charm and atmosphere of the village of San Marco D'Alunzio!!! As for the dishes, everything is delicious. From the appetizers to the desserts! Everything is made with excellent raw materials, with love and great professionalism! But the main course of the restaurant is Pippo, the owner, who knows how to put everyone at ease. Thanks to him and their masterful dishes, a magical, unique and timeless atmosphere is created... absolutely worth trying, you won't regret it!!

17/08/2025: Hospitality and friendliness are the hallmarks, as are the authentic flavors of Sicilian tradition. After more than 10 years, we returned to this fantastic, timeless restaurant, and once again it amazed us.

01/07/2025: We came across this restaurant as tourists in Sicily. Even though we hadn't booked a table, they welcomed us 😌 We had dinner enjoying the dishes we chose from the menu, everything was really delicious! A bit of a wait was the price to pay for not having booked, but the goodness of the flavors and the pleasure of eating well made up for it.

30/06/2025: We had a banquet at Vico Proiette, and we were very happy and even the guests complimented us. Very good fish-based food, fast and impeccable service, kind staff, Mr. Antonio the owner always available for every need. Highly recommended. See you soon

06/08/2025: A superb discovery in Ortigia! Le Vin de l'Assassin is a gem where French cuisine brilliantly blends with Sicilian cuisine. The very welcoming owner is French and will passionately guide you through an impressive wine list. We enjoyed everything from starter to dessert! The burrata salad with salmon was divine, the lamb shank melted in the mouth, and the pasta de la nonna comforting. To top it off, the tiramisu with a rum baba base is truly delicious, a unique and memorable dessert.

04/08/2025: Didn't have much natural wine, even though they are in Raisin. Too many staff without structure and knowledge. We never got the right three, were asked for dessert twice in between. Nice place, but little knowledge on wine and service.

10/08/2025: Highly recommended! It's close to the tourist area, but don't think this is one of the typical traps. Amazing food on a very high level! The waiter spoke both Italian, English and German fluently and the service was definitely 5 stars across the board! Super fresh seafood, really really good grilled fish, soooo tasty pasta. Definitely try the bruschetta a la chef with fish and the octopus salad! Delicious pistachio cream as desert! Only downside was the noisy street right next us when sitting outside - not really something they can influence. Ask the waiter for recommendations too, they know their stuff! Could not have asked for a better place for our last night on Sicily! (also only a bit pricier for us because we had two bottles of wine 😅)
