27/03/2026: The one restaurant NOT to be missed by foodies in Ragusa. Forget about others ( we tried the other Michelin * locally. Big disappointment) - The venue is exceptional. Deco and ambience are beautiful, memorable and unique. - the food is incredibly creative, refined. The association of tastes, textures, colours is magical, always balanced though all ingredients are sublimed. The presentation is artistic, sober, classy. - the service is admirable : attentive, cheerful, caring, obviously « they believe in what they do », though discreet and always helpful. - the wine cellar is a marvel. The wine pairing is excellent though reasonable. Surely one of the best ( if not The best) fine dining restaurants in Sicily ( after dining at 15 out of 22 Michelin * restaurants).

06/04/2026: We had a reservation for lunch and had no expectations. This one was probably the loveliest meal we had in Florence during ihr stay. The service was great, the wine was tasty, the tiramisu was the best we had during our trip. I would wholeheartedly recommend trattoria Giovanni!

14/02/2026: I went to Trattoria Vico Proietti for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend. They welcomed us immediately, opening the door and seating us, giving us the opportunity to choose the table we liked best. A rich selection of both fish and meat appetizers, both of which piqued our curiosity... taste, flavor, and tradition in every dish. Having arrived from Palermo, I must say I was truly satisfied with the quality and the product, worth the miles traveled. The wine, recommended by the manager, a knowledgeable and truly friendly person, was perfect and made the moment even more special. The homemade dessert was excellent. I'm not one to leave casual reviews, but here it deserves to be said: I would return for dinner tonight. 5/5 without hesitation.

15/03/2026: From the outside and the reviews, I thought it was a less touristy place, but I was wrong. Small and touristy, but poor quality. We ordered two starters, where the pasta was overcooked and tasteless, a meat-based main course, the only good thing being the good-quality cherry tomatoes, and a dessert that, at the end of the meal, was decent. The price was over €20 per person, which was excessive for the quality of the ingredients.

13/03/2026: The waiter (I think Luigi himself) was super friendly and made for a very pleasant dinner. Not only were we served very well, but the food was also really delicious! Definitely recommended!

18/03/2026: Trust the advice of the Corona brothers and their father, and you'll have a magnificent journey through the finest Sicilian specialties. Top-quality products, superb dishes, and excellent prices. The off-menu offerings are mouth-watering; we wish we could have tried everything, so as not to miss anything. The atmosphere is familiar yet elegant: not the kind of elegance that's too tight, but the kind that makes everything even more harmonious! Absolutely the best place in Palermo!

It's quite far from the center of Catania, but it's worth a visit for two reasons: you can experience the flavors of Sicilian cuisine and savor the authentic local atmosphere of a place where a family-run business feeds its regulars. Wine is served in carafes, drunk from plastic cups, but everything tastes delicious, and the staff will smile at you sincerely, happy you've come to eat at their place. Be warned, there's often a wait to be seated, and it's only open for lunch. I highly recommend it, too, for its very reasonable prices.

16/04/2026: This restaurant is mostly frequented by locals. The service is incredibly warm and welcoming, the food is delicious and the portions are generous, yet they don't charge a table fee or service charge. The other diners are also very kind; while we were waiting in line outside, someone told us it was a very special restaurant, and we were very lucky to have found it. Inside, you'll also feel a particularly friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

08/11/2025: I am super dissatisfied. They have a menu on the internet, we choose our food and make a reservation. After which we go to the place and find out that the menu is completely different dishes from one plate. Pretty poor. I do not recommend. We paid for our water and went to another restaurant. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in Sicily.

06/04/2026: Terrible service. A guy with a ponytail says you can only sit with a reservation. The group of customers after us arrives and asks, "Do you have a reservation?" No! But they sit down anyway because they're foreigners. Congratulations on the service. We may have spent the same amount of money, but we were clearly treated differently. Change the staff, people want to work. Mr. BURGIO, with love, a former loyal customer of yours 👋

13/04/2026: We asked a man on the street who seemed local for a good restaurant. He recommended Seby. "Tell him he sent you..." We went and had a divine lunch. Typical dishes, carefully prepared with ingredients and presentation. We had a table in the ancient courtyard because we hadn't booked, so it was packed inside, very atmospheric. Not unimportant: the service was very efficient and courteous. Finally, a place where they serve food on warmed plates so it doesn't get cold quickly.

19/03/2026: Although we were the only guests (Wednesday in March), we felt very comfortable and received excellent service and delicious meals. The food was fantastic and the local wine selection superb. We will be back.

08/03/2026: Not just a simple dinner, but a sensory journey through Sicilian aromas and flavors, beautifully presented, even theatrically, by the fantastic Giacomo! He accompanied us on this evening, where we traveled from our seats, all while enjoying a Sicilian sparkling wine recommended by Giacomo. After dinner, it was a pleasure to chat with the chef too!
