10/08/2024: We were in Taormina a few evenings ago in this restaurant that we already knew. In fact it is a guarantee for the quality of the food and friendliness. Perhaps we didn't expect to find so many people on a weekday so we had to wait a while for a table. But we ate very well!

07/08/2024: We arrived at this place, we were hosted in a perfect way by the staff and top DANIELE, an exquisite person, before writing this review I had to come 3 times, the first impressed me, the second the same thing but the third I was amazed, I didn't I had never eaten such good 10/10 food and Davide explains each course perfectly. I recommend you have to try this experience.

19/08/2024: eat healthy, eat well, there is nothing touristy but the dishes, of course they are there and the products used make themselves felt. Zero kilometers in the true sense of the word, great quality, joys for the palate. Focus on local dishes, not on pizzas (of which there are more than fifty and also good ones) if you want to be sure of eating as you would cook at home. The service is young but attentive, very polite and very kind to every request, even the most difficult ones! Try it to believe it!

01/09/2024: We tried this splendid restaurant on the recommendation of a local and I must say that we had one of the most beautiful evenings. I want to start from the location, it has a veranda on the lower floor, another middle floor all well-kept and very welcoming and then the terrace, where the owner had us accompanied by the dining room staff, super enchanting with a sea view. The menu is vast and difficult to choose given that the dishes appeal to everyone, but thanks to the super friendly, competent and professional dining room staff we were given the best possible advice. We took a mixture of raw meats, the freshest and best I've ever eaten, Two hot appetizers and two wonderful first courses, with lots of fish and above all tasty. At the end we had the opportunity and pleasure to exchange a few words with the owner, a humble, kind and also very professional person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

12/08/2024: The restaurant has a small covered porch, then most of the tables are on the street. It's not very convenient to get there by car due to the lack of parking. On the other hand, good cuisine. If you are in Acireale on holiday it is a must try.

27/08/2024: We stayed in this place one evening. Very nice place, nice view, very cute. Tables with a view. Good pizza. We expected the second courses to be better. The service is a little slow, orders are only taken by a single person who therefore has to juggle all the tables present.

06/08/2024: The only positive thing, the decor of the place. Inadequate staff: young foreigners who don't speak Italian well and who go to the kitchen to ask for every question. Amazing cover charge at 8 euros each. Food quality is not worth the price you pay. Furthermore, seeing a waiter petting and cuddling a customer's dog... I find it embarrassing.

29/07/2024: I lived in Milan twenty years ago and I expected the Italians to have become a little more intellectual in that time. That was definitely not the case when we visited 13 Giogno tonight. When I go out to eat, I do not want to take a computer with Excel installed to check the bill. After all these years, Italians still think they can cheat foreigners and make them pay extra. Even in an expensive restaurant, it was no more than 20 to 40 euros (I was not counting), but I expect the bill to be at least correct. Otherwise, the food is acceptable for the price and the service is good at first, but later on it does not live up to the standard. We had a good time, but I would not advise anyone to go to a restaurant that uses this or similar methods.
