20/07/2024: I recently had dinner at this restaurant, but I have to say I was disappointed. Some portions were incredibly small and completely ridiculous compared to the prices asked. For example, I ordered a mini portion of pasta with fish: only 8 paccheri at a cost of 18 euros. The bruschettas with tomatoes were equally disappointing: a slice of bread cut in half, for 12 euros. Furthermore, I had asked for a fillet of meat, but I was brought another type of meat and the potatoes were overcooked, almost burnt. Despite everything, I must admit that the food was still good, but the prices are absolutely unjustified, especially considering the portions served. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good value for money.

27/07/2024: I have no words for how great this place is. Fantastic food (I recommend the Cottelette Milanese con pasta pomodor, everyone was having this). Beautiful place 30 mins outside Centro Milano, authentic vibe.

20/08/2024: The food was inedible!!!! There were 9 of us and none of the food was edible. The fish starter was all canned and none of it was fresh. The pasta with mussels and sardines were totally overcooked and inedible. When we complained about the food we were laughed at. The next tourists will probably come anyway and they'll think so. I hope that many people read my review and definitely don't eat there.

13/08/2024: Good only for the location and the staff. The quality of the food is simply unjustifiable, especially given the bill (more than 40 euros per person for half a starter, a first course and a glass of wine). Classic tourist trap. Anyone who gives 5 stars probably doesn't know how to eat.

27/08/2024: I was excited to try this place because the reviews are so good. However when I walked in I was ignored, and I was the only person in the store. When I caught somebody’s attention and ordered, the gentleman was very annoyed at me although I simply said what I wanted to get (one arancini). When he gave me back my change, he tossed it on the counter and walked away. It was a really unpleasant experience. Although the owners will reply to the reviews below saying the person misunderstood what happened, in my opinion there is no misunderstanding that they do not like non-Italians to order food here. **updated review to include their response below, which is very immature and rude. If anything, they are the racist ones :) Definitely eat elsewhere!

27/08/2024: The staff I encountered here are terribly rude. If you walk in and are treated disrespectfully, like I was, I suggest walking straight back out and avoiding the below average food. Plenty of other places in the great city of Rome to get better food, and not have your experience of this awesome city degraded. Such a shame

27/06/2024: A really nice place, well furnished, excellent service and what can I say about the cuisine? Truly, truly perfect...excellent Sicilian cuisine. The cannoli then........takes you on a trip to Sicily. Everything was excellent, I recommend it

16/08/2024: Beautiful discovery in the center of Bologna (not the usual tourist "T"). Refined dishes and a delightful venue to indulge in a special evening. I will definitely be back!

12/08/2024: One of the few places that resists the massification dictated by tourism that invades Bologna. Menu based on fish and excellent quality ingredients, original and tasty dishes, excellent wine and impeccable service. We had dinner in a small internal courtyard in a very intimate atmosphere. In addition to the first courses we had an exquisite dessert. Advised!

26/08/2024: The food is actually good, the octopus really tender, the meat on point, the fish well cooked too. Its a pitty that the service is so rude, i couldnt help but see a difference on how they treated the italian tables vs. the foreigners. Special mention to the woman in the night service with long, curly hair…when you pay 50€/pax you expect the service to be accordingly.

20/08/2024: Recommended by a friend, we were sure that it was good, but instead it was a spectacular experience!!! We tasted the Sicilian pesto and the catch of the day, which tasted of the sea and how fresh it was. Good wine, very friendly staff.

31/08/2024: Posto visto per caso passando in una via del centro, ci ha subito attirati perché sapeva di tipico e non di “acchiappa turisti”..che dire se non che è stato molto più di questo! Felici di aver seguito il nostro istinto perché ci siamo trovati benissimo sia con il servizio sia con il cibo squisito. La scelta è vasta e ce n’è per tutti i gusti, abbiamo mangiato sia carne sia pesce ed era tutto perfetto. Giusto anche il rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo.

28/08/2024: Suggestiva la location nella salina con un tramonto da favola, è il pezzo forte Abbiamo preso un pò di antipasti e un primo a testa, ottime le busiate alla trapanese meno quelle allo scoglio. Il minitavolo per 4 persone crea un problema di gestione degli spazi non risolvibile facilmente. Gli antipasti erano buoni (le cozze proprio no, piccole e probabilmente riscaldate) prezzo 35 40 euro a persona

06/07/2024: Exquisite lunch at Sikelia! Cozy and familiar environment, warm hospitality from Attilio, who advised and guided us on a culinary journey, taking us to his beautiful land. We took the Gran Sikelia starter, a real delight! Then we tried the rustici with pistachio sourdough and prawns and the linguine with Trapani sauce and scampi, DIVINE! The latter are definitely worth trying too! This time we were too full to do it... and we couldn't not try the cannoli! The filling with ricotta is delicate, the pastry and pistachios are crunchy!
