Difficult to go wrong in Bologna, but if you end up here you can be sure you did really well! The menu is not just a collection of standards, but reveals a love for originality, so Real Craftsmanship. And the wines are in the same category: not samo samo standard but selected with care and knowledge. So I guess I can recommend this place.

The pasta with sardines was watery, with lots of onion and very little sardines. The fried fish for two was mostly fried vegetables, and it was all quite greasy. I expected better...

It's always a pleasure to dine in this quiet little place, with excellent cuisine and a great deal of kindness and attention to detail. The dishes are varied, with unusual but delicious and well-prepared fish options, and great care is taken in selecting vegetables, always with an eye to seasonality.
