Only one vegan option on the entire menu: among the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, the only dish you can eat if you're vegan is the busiate pasta with Trapani ragù (very good).
Otherwise, the staff is very friendly. Vegetable couscous is available by reservation only (at least one day in advance). Prices are above average.

I had high expectations, but I wasn't entirely satisfied. In this historic trattoria, I was looking for those distinct Sicilian flavors that linger in the nose as well as the palate. Instead, I found everything rather bland, with no lingering notes, no flavor that made me say "wow!"
I will, however, point out the well-made fried food, the noteworthy caponata, and the courteous staff, which is no small feat.
I'll return to try other dishes, hoping to at least add one star.

We went for dinner on Saturday recommended by locals, the atmosphere is reminiscent of Sicily, the staff is friendly and helpful. We had the tuna trio, bruschetta with tuna roe, exceptional salami and carpaccio, the caponata was delicious. To finish we tried the delicious and tasty couscous with broth to add on the side, then we went there the next day to try the frascotole with a seafood aroma as it is by reservation, something spectacular recommended to everyone

Trapani was our Sunday destination, and word of mouth from a friend took us to Cantina Siciliana, an award-winning trattoria in a strategic location, near the port and the historic center. Street parking is available in the Jewish quarter.
A typical Sicilian place with its decor, colors, and a very varied wine cellar. I personally had a seafood salad as an appetizer, along with the fish couscous, which was very fragrant and well-seasoned. It was paired with a glass of house wine. Next time, I'll have to try their traditional busiate pasta.

We went to this place tonight.
We loved everything about it, from the service to the food to the wine. We highly recommend the couscous...a must-try! Kudos to all the staff.
If you're in Trapani, you can't miss dinner here...

The atmosphere is very beautiful and traditional, full of Sicilian artifacts. The garlic couscous and fish soup are delicious.
