Bye Bye Blues In Palermo

It’s been interesting coming back after a number of years. The place has been renovated since I was there the last time. Very nice inside. Air conditioning was great, as despite being March, it was very warm outside. As usual they were all super nice, polite, kind, accommodating with requests. There was not anymore a menu à la carte, only two set of tasting menu (4 or 6 dishes). I was actually very happy about that, as the tasting menu was really good and prices absolutely fair. They also make their own delicious bread and breadsticks. Very good also the wine list. Everything was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed every dish. Highly recommended.

Very refined, excellent service, excellent food, friendly staff...

A place that leaves me speechless, somewhere between gourmet and luxury (cellar and wardrobe) and home-style management. Japanese and cappuccino cups (for the same dish) are brought to the table lightly. A bit of soundproofing would be useful, the existing acoustics make everything boom, the description of the dishes turns into an order from a pizzeria on a Saturday night. The "Japan" experience had more highs than lows in the kitchen and more lows than highs at the table. The wines seemed a little beyond the classic "double" price in the wine shop, but that type of bottle may fit, while others may not. I recommend it with a few buts, but if you want to aim to give "experiences" you need to review something...

Ristorante, che sposa la teoria del bello sensoriale ad una ricercatta cucina gourmet. Menù con piatti studiati ed elaborati in una fine mise en place, da una mano delicata e seducente, come solo una mano femminile lo è, quella appunto, della chef, bravissimaa e preparata. Servizio al top, grazie ad un'impeccabile, direttrice di sala, anche preparatissima sommelier, e dal suo entourage. Carta vini esaustiva, pregna di scelte locali, nazionali ed internazionali. Location minimal chic, monotono e monotematica, ma gradevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità, ovviamente, contestualizzato nel renge di livello paritetico.

Ristorante di notevole spessore enogastronomico, in quel di Mondello, che vanta una genesi gourmet trentennale. La loro cucina molto curata, di livello internazionale, è diretta da una mano certosina femminile, quella della chef Patrizia Di Benedetto. Una location minimal chic estremamente seducente, lineare con in promenade una stupenda cantina ou visage,pregna di cantine doc ed internazionali, dove eccelle una meravigliosa selezione di champagne. Il servizio impeccabile, gentile, accoglie ed accompagna, il cliente, nel suo percorso gustativo. Menu ricercato, elenca piatti di selezionate carni pregiate, di pesce fresco, crudi studiati ad uopo di palati esperti e sopraffini. La presenza discreta, gentile, umile della chef è una nota importante, degna di plauso. Rapporto qualità prezzo in linea con il range dei pari del settore.

Dopo aver suonato al campanello vieni accolto in un ambiente chic ed elegante. Gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario e del personale completano la cornice. Amuse bouche eccezionale composta da un gamberetto, un’arancina alla zucca e una pizzetta, pane fatto da loro con olio e sale di Marsala aromatizzato all’arancia. Anche i grissini realizzati dallo chef top! Ho assaggiato un crudo di mare di altissimo livello e la ricciola con insalatina di arance sublime. Ottima carta dei vini nazionali ed internazionali. Mini dolcetti di fine pasto offerti dallo chef completano la serata. Che dire posto di riferimento a Mondello. Complimenti !!!!

パレルモから車で30分のモンデッロビーチの高級住宅街にあるスタイリッシュなレストランです。提供される料理はどれも一捻り二捻り効かせていて、食べる者の想像力や好奇心を引き立たせます。例えば魚介のスープはブイヤベースのような味付けながら、素材はしっかりと存在感を示しています。スーシェフは日本人で現地在住20年のマツグマさん。昨年、東京に支店がオープンしています。料理は和食器で提供されますが、この組み合わせがまた堪りません！
