14/06/2025: Hi Sergio, thank you so much for your full service and friendship from stepping into the door to arriving to my hotel. I am so appreciate to your warm help for our teams safe return to hotel in late night. As this is my first trip to Sicily, I have no idea on Sicily's great food. I order some dishes and share with my friends, and we are surprised to the freshness and richness of the foods and high level of decorations, service and wine pairing. The amuse-bouche and welcome drink is perfect. This is real gourmet dinning, and I regret to miss your full course dinner. I will revisit your restaurant and enjoy it later. The price is very much affordable!

We came back here after 7 years and did not regret it. It is necessary to book a table for dinner, otherwise there are no seats. I recommend

02/07/2025: The food here was incredible. Raw seafood platter was great, the wine selection was amazing, and the pasta dishes were fantastic. Despite not liking gnocchi all that much, the crab sauce they were in was first class. The vongole was also great too. Be warned however - reservations are hard to come by.

06/07/2025: Food average. Very small portions. Very very rude waitress. Too rude, never experienced such service. Rolling of eyes multiple times, talking about us in Italian to her colleagues thinking we re not understanding. She literally looks like she doesn't want to work. Such a poor level of service from this waitress. If I were the owner I would fire her immediately as she truly forces customers away.

21/06/2025: Very nice and refined place in Trastevere. Professional and kind staff, very good raw fish and also hot appetizers and desserts. A little disappointed by the first courses that didn't tell me anything special, both the one with squid ink and the pecorino and anchovies. Prices are not low but the quality is high we knew the owner well so they treated us very well

17/07/2025: Frequentiamo questo locale da sempre. Ultimamente la qualità è davvero scesa. Di tutto. Organizzazione, cibo, servizio, igiene. È davvero un peccato. Prenotiamo con anticipo e appena arrivati, dobbiamo aspettare almeno 15 minuti perché il tavolo non è ancora pronto. Ma andiamo oltre. Ci accomodiamo e dopo aver scelto, bisogna aspettare altri 15 minuti (forse anche di più) perché non c è linea ed è impossibile ordinare. Superato il secondo ostacolo, finalmente riusciamo ad ordinare. Tuttavia, prima arriva la pasta e dopo mezz'ora abbondante la carne. Di conseguenza, chi aveva scelto la carne come unico pasto ha dovuto guardare gli altri che cenavano e aspettare, ancora una volta, pazientemente. La pasta era buona. Carne idem. Pane secco, probabilmente non fresco di giornata. In conclusione : pessima organizzazione. Dispiace perché avevamo ospiti stranieri e non abbiamo fatto una bella figura.

21/06/2025: I have been frequenting this beautiful Sicilian place for years, where I find courtesy, professionalism and excellent food, the pastry shop what can I say... sublime! Today I tasted a very fresh shaken coffee, a real treat, made by the barista Mirko always very kind and friendly! If you are in the Prati area you can't miss going to "Catanese" I highly recommend it!

06/07/2025: One of the best restaurants and places I visited in Palermo. Trattoria Biondo is a very nice Sicilian restaurant with a Sicilian vibe and delightful food. That being said don't confuse it with the pizzeria that is around the corner that is always very booked. If I ever visit Palermo again, will absolutely go to this place again. Maybe a small minus would be that the restaurant is quite small, but that adds to the aesthetic. By the way don't be appalled by the neighborhood on the way to the restaurant (especially at night) it's worth it. Molto bene :)!
