05/12/2025: Truly excellent dinner. The raw fish appetizer is extraordinary: incredibly fresh and rich in flavor. The parmigiana is also excellent, while the caponata is good, though not exceptional. The first courses, both the one with bottarga and the one with shrimp and pistachios, are very tasty and well-balanced. Don't miss the tuna with caramelized onion, cooked to perfection and truly delicious. Attentive and professional service, elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. A highly recommended place in Taormina.

17/10/2025: We ate them raw (scampi, red prawns, shrimp). Everything was incredibly fresh. Then there was a stuffed cuttlefish that melted in your mouth. The staff was friendly and professional. Recommended.

24/09/2025: We had a good first course (fish couscous), but they should include more fish and less shellfish, because when you pay for it, it's fair to eat a little more than shellfish, which you can't. Otherwise, it was normal.

02/11/2025: Some of the dishes are high-quality, but the overall experience felt a bit forced rather than refined. The service was rather tense, and the portions were truly minimal: €32 for a plate of four scampi seemed excessive to me. The main courses were very good and well-crafted, but the quantities remained modest. There was a clear desire to focus on refinement, but in my opinion, a little more balance was needed: elegance, yes, but with more substantial dishes. Furthermore, some details that should make a difference were neglected: glasses found slightly stained or poorly re-glazed, damp breadsticks (though later replaced), water re-poured without asking if we wanted it. Small gestures, but together they give the impression of a certain lack of attention.

18/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante, che in tanti anni ha sempre mantenuto una qualità altissima sia delle materie prime che delle preparazioni. Cucina originale siciliana, semplice e di altissimo livello. Servizio cordiale e attento. Uno dei posti nei quali io e la famiglia ritorniamo sempre con grande piacere.

05/06/2025: Excellent Sicilian restaurant in Bologna. Very good octopus with potatoes, not your average octopus. Then the stuffed squid, which is like a journey to Sicily. A feast for the palate. Good sparkling rosé wine by the glass. Excellent lemon sorbet with mint. Delicious and hard-to-find Zibibbo Passito (flavors I haven't tasted in 15 years). The place has a perfect, relaxing atmosphere with jazz music. The owner, Attilio, is exceptionally kind.

24/11/2025: We went in and left immediately. The owner was very, very rude. It's a shame because I know the food is good. I don't know if I'll be back.

31/10/2025: In Syracuse in Ortigia there are two restaurants that have this name (Trattoria del buon gustaio) but the owner is always the same and here too, like the other place, the food is very good but unlike the other one, no pizza... Customer attention and well-prepared dishes...

10/06/2025: A small, family-run restaurant with a very helpful and friendly owner. Great prices and a good selection of items, both at the counter and à la carte. They even have a small dining room where you can dine without the crowds of people at the bar. Excellent!

10/10/2025: We stayed in Noto for three nights and ended up dining at Tannur every night. The ingredients were top-quality and presented with exquisite elegance. The chef, whom we met, was a true professional who accommodated all our requests. The place is beautiful and clean, with a family atmosphere, starting with the owner Corrado, his mother, and the talented, friendly, and knowledgeable waiter Stefano. Highly recommended!

06/10/2025: Wow! Such a delicious fresh meal at a family restaurant! The special ravioli was amazing! Pasta Norma was so hot and delicious. Fresh crisp green salad and yummy octopus salad too! A great suggestion from our sgent...a local spot for sure!!

10/12/2025: This place was recommended to us when we booked our accommodation. Located very close to our lodgings, we went there every morning for breakfast. The staff speaks English, Spanish, and French. The pastries are delicious, and the cappuccino is excellent. The decor makes it very charming.

02/11/2025: Nothing that would entice me to return. I was hoping it wasn't a touristy place, but other than the beautiful setting, everything was adequate. I don't know if there's anything better in Castiglione, but I wouldn't return here.

19/10/2025: Lovely place and excellent quality Special dishes that you obviously can't get everywhere, and yes, it's certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for. A bit of a wait, but we went on a Sunday for lunch.
