12/08/2024: Quality and quantity 10 and praise! Fabulous raw seafood and dish of the day boiled octopus of excellent quality, perhaps the best I've ever eaten. If you want to eat truly fresh (and plentiful) and expertly treated fish, Paolo's restaurant is an unmissable stop, you can breathe Sicily both in the quality of the raw materials and in the friendliness and hospitality of the service. Exciting location in the middle of the lights of the Kasbah, and exceptional quality/price ratio.

09/08/2024: Excellent quality food, even if the carbonara isn't exactly the best, but as far as the fish is concerned, it's really excellent. The service is a little slow and the place isn't beautiful inside, but it's better outside. Overall very good.

12/08/2024: Day 10/08/2024 was my wife's and my wedding anniversary, we booked, we arrived late but with great courtesy they made us sit right away we had two cocktails and an aperifish guys as they say in Palermo "you couldn't steal from the mouth" all excellent and to tell you I openly recommend it

13/08/2024: Ordered aperitifs with cutting boards. The aperitifs arrived immediately, for the cutting boards (3) the wait was long and the quantity was very small, considering the cost of €12 each.

It has changed but for the better, the food is amazing, the staff is prepared and kind, but the real added value is Graziano, a excellent host super recommended

18/07/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante Il Cappero presso il Therasia resort con mio marito, un'esperienza culinaria che difficilmente dimenticherò. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità, e l'atmosfera del locale ha subito creato un ambiente piacevole e rilassante. Una menzione speciale va a Michela, la nostra guida gastronomica per la serata. Con grande competenza e passione, ci ha illustrato i piatti del menù, descrivendoci ogni dettaglio con precisione. Le pietanze sono state semplicemente straordinarie. Ogni piatto è un'opera d'arte, preparato con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità.

16/08/2024: We chose this farmhouse to spend the August bank holiday. Welcoming and professional staff. Excellent food. Very attentive to my needs. I am celiac and have other allergies and with great care they prepared for me from the starter to the dessert. We will return with pleasure

15/08/2024: Just returned from dinner on the eve of August 15th! The kitchen literally ruined our evening, saved only by the kindness of the waiters and by Andrea the head waiter who was extremely mortified by what had happened! Dinner for 6 with a lactose intolerant girl. Fixed menu and so you think "it won't take long and above all it's difficult to make a mistake". Famous last words! A plate of fries arrived for 5 because don't worry because the cheese-free one arrives early (dish arrived after the first!) Starter arrived and the waiters didn't know which one was the lactose-free one and after several trips to the kitchen they told us it was one which later turned out to be with cheese. The lactose-free one under the caponata had a piece of paper left there with “LACTOSE-FREE” written in red marker that had never been removed. Brought back and replaced. First of the two starters arrived wrong with cream cheese on top. Sent back. Secondly, we didn't want it. Second course now two hours after the starter arrived but nothing exceptional and in any case dinner now ruined. Disorganized and incompetent kitchen, waiters who try to put a patch but who occasionally fail. We will never go back again considering that other diners besides us were complaining. There are many more beautiful farmhouses (really neglected bathrooms with rusty glass) and with quality menus with much greater attention to customers. PS the much publicized bonfire was a half bin with two logs lit. Other than playing the guitar with a bonfire lit!

18/08/2024: My partner and I ate here at the beginning of June 2024. We had high expectations since this had previously been a Michelin-starred restaurant and had received good reviews. It was simply a huge disappointment, and it's clear why they no longer have any stars. We chose a six-course menu, and many of the dishes were outright unpleasant. The fish dishes tasted like cod liver oil. The venue had bright lighting and was simply uncozy. The only positive thing I can say about our experience is that there was a very skilled and friendly sommelier who was on a placement from a restaurant in Japan.

08/08/2024: We were in Siracusa for two nights and we repeated this restaurant, because we loved it so much. Have a try and taste whatever you want, because it will be an wonderful expericence!

27/08/2024: Bellissima location estiva con un panorama mozzafiato sul mare di Letojanni, cibo divino. Le mie linguine all’aragosta avevano un mare da raccontare. Pesce freschissimo e una scelta di vini e di champagne senza confronti anche naturalmente nei prezzi ma si sa, la qualità si paga! Consigliatissimo. Conviene prenotare. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

25/07/2024: We went to have two wines and there was nothing on the menu... Our surprise was when they gave us the wines they recommended and charged us 6e or so for each one... Place next to the port but not recommended for having a It came at that price. A fraud. Ask before asking for prices.

11/08/2024: We went to Pino and Gianni for the first time, we left very satisfied for three reasons: First: great food. Second: good service. Third: acceptable price quality. We will return.
