01/06/2025: It was a wonderful experience. The place is a fairy tale, the employees are all very friendly and the girl who welcomes you at the reception is truly professional and very nice. It was my birthday and on the beach they sent us fruit and champagne. A truly appreciated gesture. We will definitely be back

03/05/2025: Se non lo conosci difficilmente ci capiti, se lo conosci… non ci torni. All’ingresso sembra semplicemente un bar, solo chiedendo scopri che fanno anche ristorazione e ti fanno accomodare in una stanzetta abbastanza modesta, spartana e deprimente specie se, come nel mio caso, ci capiti fuori orario e quando non c’è nessuno. Opto per un primo piatto (penne olive e acciughe) né abbondante né particolarmente gustoso. Con una bottiglietta d’acqua e il coperto spendo sui 13 euro. Nonostante la buona volontà e gentilezza del personale (credo tutti componenti della famiglia proprietaria) non resto soddisfatto. Valido probabilmente per i pranzi di lavoro della gente del posto, sconsigliato se siete in zona per turismo o in vacanza. C’è di meglio. Molto meglio.

Unfortunately the dishes did not live up to expectations. Expensive fish starter where the fish didn't taste or smell fresh. Good swordfish rolls, but really small, not proportionate to the cost of the dish. I wouldn't go back.

29/05/2025: Convenient parking a few blocks away. Clean place, friendly and helpful staff. Waiting times, it's a weekday, short. Mussel soup very fragrant with herbs, with fantastic tomato sauce and presented with two crunchy croutons. World-class. French fries, I would venture to say fresh, impeccable. Swordfish rolls with raisins and pine nuts breaded and presented on a skewer very good. Fresh and pleasant red radicchio salad. Two glasses of insolia definitely more than honorable, a bottle of water and two coffees, also perfect, for a total of €55 with receipt and debit card. We left satisfied: we couldn't find a flaw so the quality/price ratio seemed undoubtedly high. The mussels alone deserve another round.

29/05/2025: We were on vacation, we had dinner two nights in this trattoria. The place is welcoming, the dishes special, particular, excellent raw materials excellent tastes. The waiter who served us, a nice mix of courtesy and sympathy .... truly perfect!

22/05/2025: If you want to escape from the chaos of the city this is the right place! Beautiful restaurant immersed in the middle of the salt flats with a relaxing atmosphere. Inside, well-kept rustic style, outside the tables overlooking the salt pools. Excellent service!!! Despite the 2 buses full of tourists, guests of the restaurant too, the service was very fast! The dishes are abundant and excellent quality! Absolutely promoted. Highly recommended

22/04/2025: Hi, I had lunch with friends at Easter, my considerations are: 1) Good dishes but limited in quantity; 2) You had to choose a minimum of 2 first courses otherwise they couldn't be ordered🥺; 3) We chose the fried Calamari and Shrimps, they only brought us the Calamari. P.S. to fill ourselves up, we ate the Sicilian cannoli otherwise we would have to go to MC Donald😂 For me, not recommended. N.B. in the photo: Baking dish with 3 portions of Calamari and 2 portions of chips🥺😭

The second course is good, but I would say that I would avoid the mixed salad (unless it is from the garden, with more imaginative salads!)... any other side dish would be preferable. Good wine and the dessert was also appreciable... The service was pleasant and courteous. Pleasant dinner.

09/04/2025: If you are looking for an unforgettable culinary experience, you cannot miss this Sicilian cuisine restaurant! I chose the tasting menu and each course was a real explosion of flavours. The starters were a triumph of freshness and creativity, with five courses that told the Sicilian tradition in a sublime way. Every bite was a journey through local ingredients. The first course exceeded all expectations: a generous portion of pasta alla norma accompanied by sublime grated ricotta. The second course ended on a high note, with a second course based on tuna cooked to perfection and accompanied by a salad Finally, the desserts! Two desserts that were works of art: one delicate and fresh, the other rich and enveloping. A perfect ending to a meal that was a sensory journey. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. If you love Sicilian cuisine, this restaurant is a must! I can't wait to return to savor these delights again.

19/04/2025: Das stylische und Schöne Restaurant verfügt über eine große und gute Auswahl an Speisen. Von Lamm bis Kaninchen kann man eine tolle Auswahl treffen. Durch die regionalen Produkte und sympathische Köche kann man hier hervorragend speisen. Man muss reservieren und es lohnt sich.

27/05/2025: It's great to have a meal in a place where you can see the beautiful Palermo Cathedral. It was my first time to try sea urchin pasta, and it tasted a little different from Japanese sea urchin. I think it goes very well with bread, so I'm sure the bruschetta would be delicious too.

15/05/2025: Sad atmosphere, expensive and rustic restaurant. We ate mushrooms, which were supposed to be one of their specialties, and it was really disappointing. The same goes for the mediocre wines and the really bad primi piatti, all for a ultimately expensive bill.
