12/07/2025: Waiters are nice but almost no one speaks English, which makes communication super hard. Had the marinated shrimps for starter and then couscous for main. All the fish even in the couscous came raw. I was absolutely disgusted, and felt a bit aggravated by not being able to communicate to anyone and understand if that was normal... Sad to say but this was by far the worst meal I've had in all of my travels in Italy. Giving 3 stars for the nice outdoor table and kind waiters.

24/06/2025: Away from the tourist crowds, the service is very attentive and pleasant. You can tell this is a family business, run with passion. The appetizers, pasta, and fish were all delicious. If I lived here, this restaurant would be one of my regulars.

15/06/2025: Hidden gem with very tasty food. We visited this beautiful restaurant with a view of the cathedral several times. Very good caponata, caponata con spada, very fresh cozze, delicious pasta con ricci, spaghetti scoglio and great fish. Very nice hosts and great service.

26/04/2025: Excellent value for money, we went for lunch on a weekday taking the less with first course, second course, dessert and coffee, all good and at an excellent price. Fast and impeccable service, very kind and helpful. The cannoli are delicious. Highly recommended.

19/07/2025: Fabulous setting! We first toured the museum and the salt flats, then ended our day with a stunning sunset and delicious food. The place is beautiful, and the people who run it are exceptional. A unique evening that will definitely stay in my heart.

05/07/2025: The drinks are good and the bartender is polite and knowledgeable, unlike the lady at the cash register: arrogant, rude and pissed off by too many people (As if it were our fault) not exactly the best as a presentation If people bother you, don't work with the public :) Good selection of drinks

03/07/2025: Lovely quiet restaurant with great food and service! Staff was very attentive. We shared two appetizers between 5 of to start off. Two members of the group had the fresh red snapper and they raved about it. The rest of us had pasta dishes and they were delicious as well. I highly recommend.

03/06/2025: Ho cenato 2 volte in questo ottimo ristorante situato proprio a lato del Teatro Politeama, e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. I piatti serviti sono di ottima qualità, si percepisce la freschezza delle materie prime utilizzate. L'ambiente interno è molto fine e la persona che mi ha servito molto gentile e professionale. La cosa che ho più apprezzato è il fatto che, ormai ovunque, non si trovi facilmente un ristorante di questo tipo, ossia dove viene perfettamente combinata la semplicità dei piatti proposti con l'alta qualità delle materie prime utilizzate, mentre si assiste più spesso a due macrocategorie, ovvero i ristoranti che offrono piatti semplici ma di qualità mediocre, e quelli che offrono piatti gourmet eccessivamente elaborati e con un eccesso di apparenza.

15/05/2025: Sad atmosphere, expensive and rustic restaurant. We ate mushrooms, which were supposed to be one of their specialties, and it was really disappointing. The same goes for the mediocre wines and the really bad primi piatti, all for a ultimately expensive bill.

16/07/2025: A very interesting place, located in an old bookstore, right in the city center (near Piazza dei Quattro Canti). The staff is young and knowledgeable. The cuisine is traditional Sicilian, expertly prepared and reasonably priced, especially considering the setting. Definitely worth a visit.

01/06/2025: It was a wonderful experience. The place is a fairy tale, the employees are all very friendly and the girl who welcomes you at the reception is truly professional and very nice. It was my birthday and on the beach they sent us fruit and champagne. A truly appreciated gesture. We will definitely be back

I ate very carefully prepared and defining things for the local gastronomy. I drank local wine... I recommend it with the utmost seriousness.
