27/08/2024: Locale molto carino situato in centro a due passi dalla zono pedonale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'atmosfera. Il cibo delizioso, con materie prime di ottima qualità e presentato con molta cura..... si mangia anche con gli occhi! Il personale gentilissimo e il servizio veloce. Ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. Assolutamente da ripetere e da consigliare.

22/08/2024: Esperienza pessima. Nonostante avessimo avuto la possibilita di prenotare alle ore 22, il personale ci ha messo fretta sin dal principio. Servizio pessimo: la cameriera, senza nemmeno averci salutato, si è mostrata scocciata nel prendere gli ordini e nel servire il piatto dall'antipasto, quasi lanciandolo sul tavolo. Inoltre, il clima di disagio che ci è stato trasmesso era tangibile, tanto che ci siamo tutti accorti dell'attesa del personale che, ansioso perché andassimo via al più presto, si è seduto di fianco al nostro tavolo a lanciare sguardi, nel tentativo di controllare che finissimo al più presto il nostro pasto. Quando non avete intenzioni di lavorare o, almeno fino a tardi, non prendete più prenotazioni, nonché prima di curare i clienti, vi esortiamo a curare il vostro personale. Insegnategli l'attenzione e sopratutto la gentilezza ed accoglienza, totalmente assenti quella sera. Ultimo suggerimento: insegnate alla vostra cameriera che ci ha servito a salutare i clienti e lavorare col sorriso.

14/08/2024: So happy to find a sicilian place in Firenze. We loved the fresh arrancinis prepared specially for us and Rachel was such a great hostess. We really appreciated how hospitable and welcoming she was. We highly recommend!

31/07/2024: We found this place by chance when we were leaving Galeria dell'Academia and my daughters asked to go in because they saw the arancini (which look like Brazilian coxinha). We were very lucky because the arancini were very tasty, especially the spinach and ham and cheese ones. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly.

14/08/2024: Food was fine service was fine, they do the bread extras thing (wasn't bothered arguing it), I wanted something quick and quiet, and it was.

19/07/2024: I would have liked to give all 5 stars but unfortunately something really disturbed me during dinner... The owner/chef is a wonderful person who has a very good team and is now very dedicated to his customers, in fact we had the opportunity to chat a lot... On his advice we took the two dishes of the day...and so we took a plate of spaghetti with grouper sauce and a typical spaghetti with fennel and sardines Palermo style, both dishes executed exceptionally...as a second course with fried shrimp and rings ...and here comes the disappointment...it's okay that on the menu it specifies that they are frozen products (which in a seaside place I can't imagine) but seeing tiny rings and prawns as well...nooo...at least some prawns frozen and some decent rings since you charge €18 for the dish...I'm sorry I don't have the photo but I was on the phone at the time Anyway, having said this, I thank you for offering the coffee and I renew my compliments for the two first courses... obviously I recommend going to eat in this restaurant for the service, food and location

19/08/2024: My family and I went to eat there because we were going from Palermo to the Valley of the Temples and we didn't have many options. Even though they had already closed the kitchen because we arrived late, they took great care of us and were very kind to us. The food was super delicious and we were looking forward to returning when the kitchen was open. Very nice. The super delicious dessert

11/08/2024: Friendly staff, very nice place, the dishes didn't impress us much but we ate quite well

06/08/2024: Original flavors of our traditional cuisine, but the dishes are not burdened by too many ingredients. The starters, first and second courses with fish are excellent, and the desserts are good; The service at the tables was courteous and present, we felt welcome. The prices are a little higher than other similar places but the quality is superior. The environment is decorated in Mediterranean style. We will definitely be back.

17/08/2024: Trattoria nel centro di Trapani facilmente raggiungibile. Ci sono due sale: la prima temperatura tropicale, la seconda temperatura glaciale (solito condizionatori a 17 gradi). Piatti della tradizione che non mi hanno certo entusiasmato: le bussiate annegavano nell’olio del condimento, la mentuccia copriva tutti gli altri sapori; le sarde fritte buone anche se molto unte. Prezzi nella media, ma a Trapani si può trovare molto di meglio.

17/08/2024: Meravigliosa location, colma di oggetti della tradizione siciliana. Menu vasto e curato. Pietanze deliziose e sufficientemente abbondanti. Personale gentile e discreto. Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta. Consigliatissimo!

26/07/2024: Good little restaurant that offers typical dishes like cappellacci di zucca (pasta stuffed with squash) with ragù or sage butter. There are vegetarian and even vegan choices. I loved the semolina with vegetables and pesto! The only slightly negative point was that we were given one dish too many when checking out. Wanted or not? We returned and were refunded without issue.

13/08/2024: They have a great wine selection including natural wines. Superb wine knowledge and very kind staff. Also open till the end of august !

10/08/2024: Ho avuto occasione di cenare alla Fastuchera più di una volta e l'impressione che mi ha suscitato è sempre stata "tiepida" come i piatti serviti sempre tiepidi come se fossero cucinati parecchio in anticipo e poi riscaldati. Il menu è sempre lo stesso tranne qualche poco fantasioso piatto del giorno. Viceversa, la proposta dei vini è piuttosto variegata e l'ambiente è accogliente. Insomma meglio bere che mangiare.

28/07/2024: Very intimate interior and exterior venue, also suitable for group dinners with friends.... Excellent and fresh food... the owners who are family run (husband wife children) always nice and polite always with a smile

23/07/2024: A simple and welcoming place, the Rosa Blu has a wide menu that ranges from fish to meat and pizza. We chose pizza and were satisfied. The Sicilian cannoli are also excellent.
