13/01/2026: Everyone shares their experience. The place is welcoming and well-presented, as is the welcome. We ate meat, from chicken to pork. What I had was pork. Not a good impression. The taste was that of reheated roast meat. I understand that you can't expect it to be cooked on the spot, but neither can it be reheated. Everything else became irrelevant. Maybe it was just my impression, but I can recognize a reheated dish, and that was it. The cuisine needs reconsidering. For me, NI.

03/01/2026: Excellent trattoria with an open grill, where the food is excellent and you're always greeted by the kindness and professionalism of the owner and his wife. Highly recommended and definitely worth returning.

03/03/2026: Exceptional. We had tartare, broccoli, artichoke, carbonara, pannicolo, and veal brisket.

21/02/2026: A well-deserved 5 stars for this restaurant! Simple dishes, but executed with exceptional skill. I've never eaten focaccia like this, with those chunks of tomato on top, juicy and flavorful. The amatriciana is the best in Rome, made with real guanciale, and the fusillo with tomato sauce and ricotta was literally so good it made you cry. The service was incredibly kind and sweet; we appreciated every single detail. Unbeatable value for money. Highly recommended!

08/12/2025: We were there on December 8th. We ate well and drank just as much. It's a historic place, and the owner, Isabella, is very cool...but don't go in large numbers because Isabella says she can't do it anymore :) :)...Best regards, and see you next time, if you want to 😀 😃

06/11/2025: A very positive first experience, even though the carbonara was really peppery, and we're used to eating it with spaghetti (which we'll try next time instead of mezze maniche). The appetizers we had before the pasta were also very good. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes!

05/10/2025: This restaurant is in the center of Fidenza. The staff is friendly, the service a bit slow, and the owner is very courteous. The food is good; I was hoping for a few more appetizers, but it's still a sufficient lunch. The option to take home any uneaten food is a great option. Prices are average for other restaurants.

16/03/2026: The atmosphere is refined and the service is top notch. I ate a good battered cod and a carbonara which I didn't like very much because the bacon wasn't crunchy at all.

15/03/2026: An evening with a nearby table of people smoking disgusting electronic cigarettes in the face of the bans and the best part is that they were friends or acquaintances of the owner or manager, bill presented verbally, I'm not complaining about the early but I would like to know what I'm paying for, never again

14/03/2026: I did enjoy the Italian cuisine, specially at this restaurant. I suggest all to Try their authentic Pasta Carbonara. You could fell the freshness of ingredient and the harmonic mixture. Complimento allo chef, e grazie per una bella serata.

08/01/2026: We ordered pizzas soup and some polenta. The polenta was not good, 4 people sent it back, the Pizzas are more like flat bread with cheese. Very expensive and not tasty.

04/01/2026: What can I say? We had dinner here with my family. We didn't have high expectations, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The first courses were excellent, with sauces that made it easy to mop up the sauce. The main course was excellent whitefish with a truly exquisite sauce. Not to mention the carbonara, excellent, exquisite, a wonderful dish. This place is worth it.

19/03/2026: One of the best restaurants we tried while in Rome. The food was absolutely amazing. Both the carbonara and the tiramisu are 10/10. We waited for about an hour in line before getting in, but it was definitely worth it. The service was a little all over the place and we never received the starter bread we ordered but overall, it was a pleasant experience!

18/03/2026: Been coming here for years, and Trattoria da Enzo never disappoints. The food is consistently outstanding, full of rich, authentic Roman flavors and made with real care. Every visit feels like a true local experience. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the service always keeps things moving despite how popular it is. They no longer take reservations, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. One of the best places to eat in Rome, hands down.

02/03/2026: If you want a 100% authentic Roman experience, this is the place! This restaurant takes you back in time and lets you try old-fashioned Roman cuisine, made with offal and giblets. However, if you want one of the classic first courses like carbonara or amatriciana, you won't be disappointed. The service is friendly and very welcoming! My friends and I will definitely be back! Come on!

15/01/2026: Family restaurant, excellent food and delicious pizza. The atmosphere is very quiet and the service is impeccable. Excellent for lunch/dinner or a pizza. They also offer home delivery. I recommend booking in advance.

11/03/2026: I'd like to know why people pay for a simple cake without cream or any other preparation. The bill says 24 euros for the cake, and the service charge is 15 euros. They charged a 4-year-old girl and an 18-month-old. 👎👎👎 I'm also sorry for the slow service. Before you go, think carefully because when you ask for the bill, you can see if there's anything wrong with the cake. 🍰

26/02/2026: The food is excellent, Roman cuisine, plentiful and flavorful, with excellent fried foods. The place is small, so when it's busy, it can get a bit noisy, but that's a welcome feature. If you're in a hurry, we've experienced slow service a couple of times, but nothing disastrous.

23/02/2026: We got ravioli with pumpkin sauce and it doesn't worth it to that price. 13 euro just for a few pieces! Crazy

08/01/2026: We spent several days in Rome and Ristorante Archimede near the Pantheon was a pleasant discovery during our trip. Good quality and authentic food, pleasant service, convivial atmosphere in a charming dining room, and reasonable price. We're looking forward to visiting the restaurant again the next time we'll be in Rome.

03/01/2026: A restaurant with great potential and a pleasant atmosphere, but the service could definitely be improved. We discovered Archimede restaurant by chance, strolling down a side street, away from Rome's busiest tourist streets. We entered out of curiosity and were immediately struck by the decor and style of the restaurant: elegant, refined, with a decidedly Roman and refined atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the service, which fell short of expectations. The waiter forgot to bring us bread; I had only ordered soup and was unable to order it. When I asked for bread, he gave me an inappropriate response ("Where's your bread?"), only to later apologize. The bread arrived very late, and after about ten minutes, it was taken away because my companion had ordered gelato. I was told I shouldn't have any more bread, even though dessert wasn't for me. The wine service was also rather sketchy: when I asked what wine was being served by the glass, the answer was simply "a good one." I was also repeatedly called "Doctor," without any knowledge or reason. When leaving, I noticed that chocolates were being served to other tables, probably offered with coffee, but they weren't brought to us. Finally, when we got the bill, we were told that the wrong dessert had been marked and that we were two euros more than the bill stated. We paid without arguing, but the receipt was taken away, leaving us with only the card payment receipt. A place with great potential and a pleasant atmosphere, but the service could definitely be improved.
