Culture, flavor, and, of course, food! This place has been in the notes since 2016, all hopes were met!

Very nice place with exquisite pasta, especially the amatricciana and the grace. Don't leave without ordering the tiramisu.

I went on a Saturday lunchtime. I went there 30 minutes before opening because I heard it was popular, but there was already a line. About 30 people will be accepted in the first round. Amatriciana, carbonara, and polpetta were all delicious. It has become my favorite because it feels like a bright and lively Roman restaurant with strong flavors.

Good Roman trattoria, worth the queue which still moves quickly, very kind waiters and owner

Seems to consistently have a bit of a wait. Food is good, but nothing necessarily standout from many other options in Rome. No complaints, just not particularly memorable.

We loved eating here. We arrived around 1:15 p.m. and had to wait in line for about 30 minutes but it was worth it.
The artichoke a la giudia, the carbonara pasta and the calcium e pepe pasta are very good.
Also the desserts.
They do not accept reservations so it is best to come early to avoid long lines.

Very good food. The portions are of good size. The kitchen is slow and a bit chaotic. More expensive than average. The service is excellent.

The true and authentic Roman cuisine reinterpreted in a modern key with raw materials. Km 0 and a lot of attention to the customer...You will have to queue, it's worth it

The only place I have stood in line to get in before was Galatoire's in New Orleans. That was worth it. Here, not so much. The Jewish Style Artichoke was fabulous. The traditional Roman pasta dishes fine but not exceptional. The staff works quickly, efficiently, jovially and squeezes you into tiny tables on top of each other like anchovies in a can. A surprisingly extensive wine list. They probably don't sell many 900 Euro bottles of Barolo. The ultimate question, is it worth the coach/cafeteria class experience? For us, once was enough.
