One of the restaurants with the longest lines in Rome! We arrived almost an hour before opening and the line was huge, the good part is that they let you order drinks while you wait :)
The food is very good, the burrata was wonderful and the pasta was ok! If you're willing to wait in line, it's worth a visit. But I wouldn't go back again, because I believe there are less hyped places with food just as good!

We waited in line with everyone else. The restaurant opens at exactly 12:00, with the ringing of the church bells. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Everything was unbelievably delicious — from the bread, the artichoke, and the fried zucchini flower to every pasta dish you could choose. Absolutely worth it.

Without a doubt, the most authentic trattoria in Trastevere. I go there every chance I get. I recommend it to all tourists. I recommend not leaving without trying the tiramisu.

Is the line long? Yes. Can you eat better food at a better value somewhere else in Rome WITHOUT a reservation? Definitely not.
I came here during my honeymoon a few years ago on the recommendation of a few different friends and we loved it enough to come back this year with my family. I would recommend arriving before they open to avoid waiting a long time. While we were unable to do that this time and did wait nearly two hours, we were able to order drinks while waiting in line and enjoyed passing the time talking together. Everything was cooked to perfection from the cacio e pepe to the lamb ribs. Nothing was too salty, everything simply prepared and delicious. I can tell by the texture of the sauce that each cacio e pepe is made to order the traditional way, not using a pre-made sauce to work around the difficulty of melting the cheese at the appropriate temperature. I could eat this cacio e pepe every day. Tiramisu and mascarpone with wild strawberries was a perfect end to the meal.

Delicious food, great to meet fellow travelers in line, but oh my lord they rush you. It’s overwhelming and unpleasant, but the food is worth it.

Fantastic pasta. We loved Gricia the best. Tiramisu top class. The negative was the queue time (1.40 hours on a Tuesday evening) and that it was very noisy and stressful inside the place.

Worth queuing for. Eat everything. Order different dishes and share. Queue system that works beyond expectations.

The pasta was amazing, but the wait is very long. We arrived at 7pm and waited 1,5hours in line. The waiters service drinks for people waiting in the line so getting an aperol spritz made it better to wait. They also have tiramisu for take away, which we enjoyed on our walk home.

You have to have the burrata and the carbonara!!!! Totally worth the wait and the price! The best restaurant I have been in Rome since I moved in here a month ago.

A unique dining experience. The artichoke and croquettes were just okay, but the pasta was the best I've ever had. The tiramisu is also highly recommended. The service is excellent.
