16/05/2026: First of all, the pizza is good, they know how to make it... but the service... at the end of the evening first and foremost and with the service during dinner, a very pitiful veil... orders are either forgotten or come out at different times on a table of 8 people 50 minutes apart... but the best remains at the end of the evening at the kind request to be able to pay each person's own bill... the dark-haired cashier in his fifties on the evening of May 15th with the restaurant now empty, the long-winded man who for this time passed the payment each person and that it would not happen again for the next times with an annoyed air because he 'has work'... and he doesn't waste 20 minutes like this... friend, next time he won't be there... you're not even smart... you're in 2026... you know you are subject to reviews... you smiled, it took you 10 minutes to do everything and that was it... goodbye ❤️

01/05/2026: They don't allow reservations for groups of less than 8 people, which meant we had to wait half an hour for a table. It wasn't my first time there, but the food is good, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. We had supplì and croquettes for appetizers, which were good. For starters, we had arrabbiata and carbonara, which were also good, although the arrabbiata had way too much oil. Overall, though, we had a good time.

17/05/2026: I don't usually write reviews, but honestly, paying €61 for just two (undeniably excellent) first courses, a glass of wine, a Coke, and two coffees seems really excessive!!! The amatriciana was passable, but the cacio e pepe was just plain pasta with pepper; and then €9 for a glass of house wine, I'm speechless. It's a shame because the location is very nice, but I don't want to be taken in like that.

16/05/2026: We are leaving this restaurant deeply disappointed. We came here because of the reviews, where many people praised the dishes and pasta. However, we experienced something completely different. The quality of the service was very poor. Our orders were not fulfilled properly, either in terms of quality or quantity, and several things we requested were never brought to us. On top of that, the food itself — especially the carbonara — was almost inedible. There were only three or four small pieces of bacon or ham visible in it. It did not resemble the kind of carbonara we are used to in Rome at all. Furthermore, it was so excessively peppery that one of us could not even eat it. We had also read in the reviews that the staff were very open and helpful. We pointed out the problem, but the response we received was simply: “This is how it’s made.” Finally, they did not leave the bill on the table for us to check, despite what we believe were excessively high charges.

03/05/2026: Good location, easily accessible, friendly, attentive, hardworking staff, special interior (on the walls the fingerprints of visitors in the form of messages, paper notes). We ordered beef from the oven, saltimboca - tasty, the meat melted in the mouth. Prosecco accompanied the dishes wonderfully. The owner delighted us with meatballs in tomato sauce, tiramisu with limoncello on the house - everything was tasty, generous portions, definitely the best culinary experience in Rome. I recommend it for a visit!

01/06/2026: The bacalao was absolutely delicious and looked fantastic. Unfortunately, it was served with potato chips, which, while good, were an odd choice. Regular roasted potatoes would have been much more suitable. But things are often different in Italy. Still, it was a strange combination. I'd gladly return for the bacalao and ask for a different side dish next time. Thankfully, it's not too touristy there; it's pleasantly quiet and cozy.

18/06/2026: Typical Roman restaurant/pizzeria. Excellent fried appetizers, especially the supplì. The carbonara was spectacular and very filling. I will definitely be back.

02/05/2026: Very traditional Roman trattoria. All pasta homemade in house and meat sourced from family farm. Small and family style. Our waiter was exceptional. Menu changes every day. Highly recommend.

02/06/2026: We ate a very good pizza, the lake poke was very tasty, the service was excellent and finally the waiter offered us a digestive made by him and it was pleasant, we were very satisfied and we will be back.

02/06/2026: Right in the center of Bolsena. Quality food, for sure, but a word of advice: the pizza should be round, not rectangular, and much larger. €15 is too expensive for a pizza that looks like a small pinsa.

13/05/2026: We went to the trattoria based on recommendations we received for good value for money, which is true. We faced a short queue, but the friendliness of the employee who greeted us made up for it. We sat outside, and the bonus was a view of the Colosseum. We ordered the tomato suppli as an appetizer (a fried rice ball), shrimp risotto, carbonara, and lasagna, accompanied by a liter of house red wine. The best dish was the carbonara, very tasty. The lasagna was very good. The risotto left much to be desired, including the seasoning, but especially because there was an expectation of having some shrimp in the dish and only 1 came. We found this very disappointing. They don't charge a cupperto or a fixed tip, you give what you think is best. The employees are really very kind and friendly and do everything for good service. It's the restaurant's biggest highlight. Regarding the environment, I deducted one star because of the bathroom, as there was only one stall available for everyone (creating a queue) and the tap didn't work (they connected a hose to a tap below to turn it on when washing hands). I believe they could have paid more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and to this tap issue.

13/05/2026: A complete disappointment. The pizza base is removed from the plastic packaging and baked with toppings. You order drinks from one waiter and food from another – strange. Overall, a waste of time; I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from. Tasteless.

29/04/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!!! We discovered this restaurant thanks to a recommendation from an Italian host and decided to go without hesitation. We arrived at 12:30 PM, but the owner told us they opened at 1:00 PM. So we waited 30 minutes in a nearby café. When we returned at 1:00 PM, we found that customers were already seated and several tables were empty. Yet, he asked us to come back at 2:00 PM, without any explanation. Frankly, they are the rudest people we have ever met. If we had seen the reviews beforehand, we never would have gone. A very bad experience on our first day in Rome. Of course, you don't wait to pay for this kind of disrespectful behavior.
