12/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questa Osteria in occasione di una visita nella città di Rieti cucina come fossimo a casa degustato una bruschetta con lardo e miele , tagliolini alla carbonara , maltagliati alla velletrana , tagliolini con fave guanciale e pecorino , secondi piatti invece polpette al sugo , trippa alla romana e parmigiana di melanzane naturalmente non poteva mancare il dolce crostata con marmellata e mousse di ricotta con noci e rum i piatti erano tutti molto buoni il prezzo più che onesto il servizio veloce e professionale .

08/05/2025: Dopo una attenta ricerca con TripAdvisor decidiamo di fare una tappa a Rieti per pranzare e puntiamo forte su questo locale . A volte la tradizione ed il buon nome lascia a desiderare ma nel caso di specie viene gelosamente tramandata ai posteri . La struttura è caratteristica e ben accogliente ( una tipica osteria del luogo ) il personale disponibile e gentile pronta ad accompagnarti in questo viaggio culinario...iniziamo dalle pietanze : la parmigiana ( con il bis ) squisita , il galletto alla diavola con antipasto da asparagi da provare sempre ma la differenza è stata fatta dalle polpette veramente eccellenti ... Prezzo rapportato al gusto , (se vuoi mangiare bene devi spendere ) decisamente un esperienza positiva

27/09/2025: Nice, quiet place. The fried pizza with mortadella and the supplì are really tasty. The carbonara pasta is good but nothing exceptional. I didn't like the tonnarelli cacio e pepe. Anyway, the prices are great and the staff is very friendly.

07/09/2025: New restaurant, excellent food, excellent quality, highly recommended. Prices are moderately high, but it's definitely worth it for a truly delicious dinner. One star less for the ambiance because the location is in a small alley and there's limited seating. For the service, food, and hospitality, they deserve a 10, and we hope to see them grow in the future into a venue as splendid as their quality.

02/06/2025: Siamo stati nuovamente qui dopo poche settimane …per lavoro ci troviamo spesso a Palermo.Sempre tutto buonissimo e il personale gentilissimo e disponibile.Abbiamo provato due nuovi piatti fuori menù la parmigiana di melanzane con finitura di pecorino e la pinsa amatriciana come antipasti da condividere.Come altre portate abbiamo preso cacio e pepe fantastica e straccetti alla cacciatora.Cibo davvero di qualità.A prestissimo Caligola

17/10/2025: The food was really tasty and well-prepared — the pasta was amazing! Everything was fresh and flavorful, clearly made with care. I also tried counting calories using the service shown in the photo attached to my review. It’s super convenient — in just a minute I knew everything about the calories and nutrients. For anyone watching their diet, it’s a great find: you can easily track what you eat without spending much time.

03/10/2025: The food is amazing! We ordered the Seafood Salad, Tagliolini Seafood, a fish of the day and a tiramisu. The seafood salad and tagliolini is quite similar in terms of the ingredients but the tagliolini texture is amazing!! The portion is huge and we finished the plate. Fish of the day is very fresh and well cooked. Tiramisu needless to say, was good as well. We will be back!!

02/11/2025: Rudeness and incompetence reign supreme! We called the day before to reserve a table and were extremely rudely told they don't reserve tables... The following day (November 2) we went to the restaurant at 12:45 and they asked us if we had reserved... After explaining what had happened the day before, they first let us into a room, there were at least twenty of us, and then they made us leave with unbelievable rudeness because they had to set the table. It took 30 minutes to order, after an hour they brought us the side dishes but we still had to eat the first courses... Rudeness, disorganization and questionable food quality (pappardelle with wild boar was inedible), to be avoided!

09/02/2025: Mi presento con due zii passati da Roma da Ulisse di domenica alle 13:30, senza troppe speranze. Premetto che era la mia prima volta lì e non avevo idea di che tipo di locale fosse, speravo solo non fosse troppo turistico. Dopo neanche 10 minuti di attesa ci fanno sedere alla sala sotterranea, un ambiente con luci soffuse e atmosfera rilassante. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e garbatissimo, il cibo ottimo e il conto più che onesto. I miei zii sono stati felicissimi e mi chiedono sempre quando ci torniamo. Consiglio il fiore di zucca, davvero squisito.

13/09/2025: I returned to this restaurant on September 12, 2025, for lunch with my daughter and wife. We tried various dishes (meatballs, zucchini flowers, amatriciana, and arrabbiata). I specifically ate the rigatoni with pajata sauce, and after about an hour I began to feel severe abdominal pain, followed by vomiting, a high fever, and diarrhea (still ongoing). Disgusting.

13/10/2025: Delicious food. The restaurant's story begins just a few steps from Campo de' Fiori, in Piazza della Pace, where his great-grandfather worked as a carbonaro, a coal merchant. Meanwhile, his great-grandmother opened the first restaurant of its kind in 1912, and thus La Carbonara was born. Over 100 years of family history, now in its fourth generation.
