23/03/2025: With my husband and children we went to Rugantino several times and we always had a great time. The food is excellent, the staff are prepared and kind and the atmosphere is familiar. This time we took the oxtail which we hadn't tasted yet and we were truly amazed... never had it tasted so good! We have always eaten very well but they have outdone themselves.

18/04/2025: Leaves a lot to be desired. Pasta tastes more like cheese than sauce, the place is tiny and they take out the trash while you eat, beers in plastic cups for €7. Of course, be prepared for a long queue

06/04/2025: There were two of us for lunch on Wednesday. Welcoming place and staff. Chicory and percorino tonnarelli, kebabs and broccoli... all delicious. Fair price. When I come to Rome I have been going back for some time.

11/04/2025: Now for the 2nd time here for dinner! The tastiest pasta carbonara I've had here so far! Definitely recommended to eat here :) If you make a reservation you will be seated inside, the atmosphere is a bit bare and you will sit among the “locals” but that does not make the food any less tasty!😉

09/01/2025: I went to the tavern some time ago and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to book to celebrate the anniversary with my partner. Once we got there the place was closed. It may happen that there are problems but at least warn them since it is not always convenient to get around in Rome.

06/04/2025: Comfortable, welcoming and familiar environment. Amazing cuisine, plentiful and tasty. Courteous, attentive and never intrusive dining room staff. Definitely worth repeating!!!

04/04/2025: I went to this place on a Sunday in March The location is very accessible in a neighborhood just outside the center. We ordered a carbonara and a cacio e pepe. Unfortunately I didn't like the carbonara at all due to the nauseating smell of the egg yolk certainly caused by the type of poor quality eggs (I allow myself to make this observation because I am a producer of eggs for personal use and I know the product very well). The cacio e pepe wasn't bad but nothing unforgettable. For the second course we had veal morsels with artichokes, nothing exciting. The strong point of this place is certainly the abundance of dishes and the cheap prices, but honestly I wouldn't go back. Two first courses, one second course, a water around 45 euros.

13/04/2025: The former are discreet, nothing special but the quantity-price ratio is decidedly poor. In the amatriciana the dose was 15 rigatoni, perhaps 50 grams of pasta for 13 euros, the dessert 7 euros, a tiny slice of cake. All topped off with a 3 euro service which works very well as soon as you finish the last rigatoni to take away the remaining bread.

08/02/2025: If you want a classic Roman pizza in an environment reminiscent of the taverns of the past, Pizza&Fichi is perfect. It never changes, you eat tasty pizza, fried foods and homemade desserts and you spend little.

08/02/2025: I have been going to this family-run, simple and fantastic restaurant for years. Personally, in addition to the pizzas, first courses, second courses and desserts, I really like how they cook the fish.

23/03/2025: Cozy, quiet place, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. The wait at the table was a little long. Definitely an experience to be repeated.

11/04/2025: Very bad seasoning, very poorly served food (the mussels, only the shell) and an unbelievable MANDATORY service charge of 17%. Stay away from this place, what a regret!
