18/07/2025: The line is unbelievable huge the waiting time is about an hour, they didn’t have a lot of things on the menu even though it was only Thursday, the servers are rude even you speak Italian, probably they are tired of being so busy.

21/04/2025: Siamo stati il giorno di Pasqua all' Osteria 29 un pranzo eccezionale con un buon antipasto nella fedele tradizione romana una lasagna morbida e gustosa per non parlare dell' agnello che così buono non l ho mai mangiato e poi vuoi mettere la simpatia dell' oste... abbiamo passato un piacevole pranzo pasquale bravissimi!!!!

16/04/2025: Osteria semplice e schietta, offerta tradizionale e ben fatta, senza grossi difetti. Cucina abbastanza veloce. Unica cosa che non m’ha convinto l’antipasto fritto romano, composto da 1 piatto di ottime verdure in pastella.. ma solo quello.. se si confronta con l’antipasto dell’oste non c’è paragone per prezzo e varietà/quantità. Oste che interpreta perfettamente il ruolo, amichevole e un pò scojonato! 4 stelle se raffrontato con altre centinaia di locali simili che in realtà sono sòle!

20/09/2025: Average Roman restaurant, with standard menu and the typical outside seats in a narrow street with the usual cars parked around. Very close to the colosseum and easy to reach.

19/09/2025: We ordered tomato bruschetta and Napoli pizza. Very very average. Lacking flavours and taste. Veggies didn’t seem fresh at all. Don’t recommend.

09/08/2025: We had an amazing meal. My husband wanted cacio e pepe, and I just Googled a bit and found Casa Nani's menu, and it immediately appealed to me. I would have ordered everything on the menu, but I chose the pappa al pomodoro, which was amazing. I had some left over and took it home, certain that tomorrow's lunch will be fantastic again. We couldn't order anything else because we were so full; the dishes are so generous. The sangria was delicious; we'll definitely be back.

Every time I go, often, it's always a confirmation because no matter what first or second course you order, you're never disappointed. In fact, you'll want to return for more! Highly recommended.

30/08/2025: Fantastic food we had the grilled chicken with oven baked potatoes and the steak. The only thing I would say is that we had the pasta dish (carbonara and the plain one) it was VERY SALTY, we couldn’t finish it! Great service too! It gets very full quickly! We came here lots for our lunch and dinner! The owner is very attentive too! Great desert ♥️ I would definitely recommend it!

31/07/2025: We found this Osteria by chance while walking, and the menu beckoned us. We were glad we did because we enjoyed it. We had bruschetta al pomodoro to start and pasta afterward. What a delight!!! I don't understand some of the reviews because everything was truly perfect. The service is impeccable, and the establishment is very clean. The dishes are tasty and well-prepared. We received good wine recommendations. The setting is superb, in a small, somewhat private square frequented by regulars. The only downside is that I couldn't have dessert because the portions are generous. I also noticed that they have a winter dining room, so they're open year-round, not just during the tourist season. I recommend it and will return on my next trip to Rome.

28/08/2025: A late summer evening midweek, the square was packed with tables, almost all occupied and very close together, and it felt like a public beach on August 15th. We had reservations, so we zigzagged between tables and chairs. The friendly staff took our order shortly afterward. The wait was very long, especially if you were sitting on folding wooden chairs. By the time the appetizer arrived, the beer was either sold out or warm. You have to ask for bread. The courgette flower with burrata and anchovies was good, the cacio e pepe was neither good nor bad, the portions were not generous, and the pizza was definitely to be avoided. The bill was too high for the service.

03/08/2025: Beautiful location in the heart of the city. It truly feels like being in the countryside. Ample and convenient parking. Very nice decor with some refined touches. Prompt and attentive service, good food, but the pizzas were too thin for me and had a few burnt edges, but they were still good. Good selection of wines and beers, good à la carte menu and not too demanding. Fair price. All it needed was some relaxing background music.

01/09/2025: I ordered pizzas for home delivery. The guy who delivered them was VERY KIND, the unpleasant surprise came when I opened the boxes 😱 WHAT A GUY YOU MADE ME LOOK LIKE. My order: two Margherita pizzas with double mozzarella - one of them was rubber, it barely had time to cook the dough - one prosciutto crudo, arugula, and parmesan shavings - the shavings looked like Kraft-style cheese slices, both in size and shape and because they barely tasted like parmesan. Three supplì - they looked old. A portion of mozzarella balls that had barely felt the heat of the frying oil. Infinitely sad!!! It was the third or maybe fourth time we've ordered here... I'll definitely be careful next time. The pizza is still in my stomach...🙅🏼‍♀️

20/07/2025: A restaurant in the center of Rome, directly overlooking the Circus Maximus. A quaint, family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent seafood and mountain cuisine. Friendly and welcoming owners. Fair prices. Everything was excellent. Thank you, Alvaro at the Circus Maximus!

09/09/2025: We were planning to go somewhere else, but when we said we didn't have a reservation, we weren't treated the best, so we found this one. The food is excellent. We spent 40 euros and ordered two spritzes, a soda, and two pasta dishes that we couldn't finish.
