This restaurant is a mix of Ligurian and Roman cuisine, which is why it was chosen.
When we arrived, we waited a bit for our orders to be taken. The bread wasn't the best; I honestly hope it's from the day before, because no Italian would ever choose a baker who offers hard, crusty bread that's truly difficult to eat.
After a 1.20-minute wait, I tried to push for our drinks to leave. The couple at the table next to us had the same thought. At that moment, the waitress arrived with plates for another table and began by saying, "But if instead of 5 amatriciana and 1 gricia, I get 5 gricia and 1 amatriciana, are you going to blame me?" We were shocked, thinking, "Who would they blame?"
Finally, our dishes arrived.
Good food, eaten in a hurry and very hungry after an hour and a half of waiting.
At the cash register, the waitress asked us if we liked the pasta and that the wait was due to the fact that it was freshly made.
NO, it wasn't homemade pasta; it was certainly industrially made, good quality, but it didn't justify an hour and a half wait.
They offered a liqueur, whether as a matter of course or to make up for the delay, it's unclear.
Paying in cash, the receipt never arrived.
Honestly, it was the staff's attitude that left me perplexed, almost their pride in making people wait with the restaurant half-empty.
06/09/2025: The food is excellent, and the young and very friendly staff are just steps from the center and the sea. There are a few tables outside, which are quite quiet.
The price is fair for the quality of the food.
We'll definitely be back.

We came for my father's birthday hoping to find a nice restaurant, but ended up waiting an hour for very average pizzas that weren't worth the price. 1/3 of the waiter was friendly, but they ripped us off on the bill, charging us €93 instead of €80.

09/02/2025: Mi presento con due zii passati da Roma da Ulisse di domenica alle 13:30, senza troppe speranze. Premetto che era la mia prima volta lì e non avevo idea di che tipo di locale fosse, speravo solo non fosse troppo turistico. Dopo neanche 10 minuti di attesa ci fanno sedere alla sala sotterranea, un ambiente con luci soffuse e atmosfera rilassante. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e garbatissimo, il cibo ottimo e il conto più che onesto. I miei zii sono stati felicissimi e mi chiedono sempre quando ci torniamo. Consiglio il fiore di zucca, davvero squisito.

28/08/2025: Good wood-fired pizza, just too small! Really small takeaways, they were the size of a normal plastic plate, friendly staff.
24/08/2025: We stopped by to pick up four supplì and four flowers to take away... well, what can I say? €24 worth of fried food... a truly unexpected amount... our only hope was to go home and say it was worth it... and instead... the supplì were tasteless, and the flowers were equally tasteless, with a breading that really left much to be desired... I'll never set foot in there again! He told me wrongly that Nonno Lino is closed for holidays! Bye!

07/09/2025: New restaurant, excellent food, excellent quality, highly recommended. Prices are moderately high, but it's definitely worth it for a truly delicious dinner. One star less for the ambiance because the location is in a small alley and there's limited seating. For the service, food, and hospitality, they deserve a 10, and we hope to see them grow in the future into a venue as splendid as their quality.
30/08/2025: Delicious... The zucchini flowers were fantastic (you can really taste the anchovy) and the supplì was delicious... Three of us had the trio and one had the carbonara... The amatriciana was one of the best I've ever had, the other first courses were very good, the guanciale and pecorino were fantastic!! The gricia and carbonara were a bit runny, but they were so good, guys!! Homemade peach sorbet... Everything was top notch!! Go there!!

I definitely recommend it to Romans and non-Romans alike.
01/08/2025: The owner was rude when we said we wanted to leave because we didn't like it here, she wouldn't let us because we had a reservation and had to stay or she would charge us, the food was disgusting, mold on the ceiling, the pastries are beyond comment. Avoid this place.

04/10/2025: Very, very disappointed with this experience. An Italian friend had highly recommended this restaurant, but tourists are clearly not welcome. The welcome and service were already disastrous: we were given a table in the hallway, and when we asked if it was possible to move, we were rudely dismissed. The waiter literally threw my plate onto the corner of the table instead of placing it in front of me. Not a single smile, not a single attention from any of the waiters or the manager, extremely slow service... and on top of that, the food was very disappointing: the ravioli filling had no flavor, and the tomato sauce was way too salty.
In short, a bad atmosphere and a failed experience. A restaurant that relies on its reputation but doesn't care about providing a good time for its customers!
04/10/2025: Excellent food and very friendly service. We even got a small desert on the house!
We did sit outside, which suffered a lot from the windiness

25/07/2025: BEWARE of the bread, even if you don't eat it, they put it on the bill (it's not for the €3) ONE STAR FOR EVERYTHING, learn to respect those who give you a LIVING.
