30/08/2024: This was the worst dining experience we’ve had in Rome. Our food never came out and when we asked the server about it, he was incredibly rude. Another server told us he would check how long we waited for the food and never came back. The original server came back, threw the handheld payment reader on the table and yelled at us that we “need to pay.” We never said we wouldn’t pay but should’ve been offered something more than tiny limoncello shots. The manager/owner said there was nothing she could do. I’ve never been treated this poorly by a server before. Don’t waste your time or money, way better food and service elsewhere.
29/08/2024: One thing first: the main course (pasta) is good and tasty. But what kind of antipasto is this? Almost 12€ for “Burrata”? These were three halved cocktail tomatoes, carelessly placed on the edge of the plate and then a few leaves slapped on from a purchased mixed salad bag. Antipasto underground and really cheeky for this price.
Service slightly disinterested, but quick. All in all, the only thing that really scores points is the beautiful ambience. That's where it ends.
Not recommended if not worked on.

17/08/2024: We have been here every time we are in Roma. Friend Family owned restaurant. Food is impeccable delicious. I have a wooden plaque that they gave me with their name, the second time I was there. Returning to Roma in September and this definitely one of our stops.
05/08/2024: We came here tonight and was very surprised at the quality and service provided the food was absolutely outstanding, we don’t normally go to the same place more than once, but we are definitely going tomorrow

31/07/2024: The waiter on the night shift at the tables outside (an Italian gentleman) was extremely rude at times, if you speak Spanish or look like a Spaniard be warned. Food was good but I Will not return. Street is noisy.

09/08/2024: Locale storico per la pizza romana sottile ambiente cordiale e familiare la qualità della pizza l’ho trovata molto buona croccante e ricca i fritti sono stati asciutti e di qualità elevata per gli standard romani . Un must il supplì ripieno di burro e parmigiano che dà un sapore armonico in bocca i fiori di zucca croccanti e ripieni alla grande.
La location interna è risultata comoda e spaziosa pulita e accogliente.
Che dire a me è piaciuto sicuramente da tornarci nuovamente.
24/07/2024: A name of absolute importance in Roman pizza, I have been a customer for more than twenty years and it is always a pleasure to try the pizza for the 60th anniversary, an excellent and fresh reinterpretation of the timeless and historic courgette flowers and anchovies, the cod fillet is crunchy, tasty and dry as always, excellent draft beer and for those who prefer the wine field a selection of niche and high-level wines

09/08/2024: Restaurant located in the center of Garbatella, a historic and characteristic neighborhood.
The staff is very approachable, kind and helpful. The food is of great quality and recalls the flavors of the past, in fact it is a place to choose if you want to eat typical Roman cuisine, the real one. Oh I forgot, the tiramisu is one of the best I've ever eaten, I recommend it.

18/08/2024: Chez Ulisse, les plats typiquement romains sont cuisinés avec goût ; ils respirent la tradition et l'amour du travail bien fait. La Cicoria ripassata alla Romana est exquise, les pâtes à la Carbonara ou al sugo di coda, parfaites. Ajoutez une ample terrasse aux tables joliment dressées, un honnête verre de vino bianco della casa, quelques suplì et vous touchez un coin de paradis. L'adresse aligne nombre de qualités ; l'une d'elles est notamment de se loger dans le quartier de Prati, en marge des sentiers battus et rebattus par les hordes de touristes. Cet établissement ouvert depuis 1927 est frequenté par une clientèle essentiellement locale. L'adage "À Rome, fais comme les romains" n'en est que plus invitant à goûter les lieux.

18/07/2024: A very characteristic place, unique in its kind of Roman cuisine in Salerno, warm and welcoming, with fast and friendly staff.
The starters are excellent, I recommend the chicory and the cold cuts plate.
The carbonara is good and really similar to the one eaten in Rome, but I recommend paying the small extra price to have more bacon.
The porchetta is really tasty and crunchy on the outside.
The artichokes alla giudia are absolutely worth trying, this dish is also very similar to the one eaten in Rome.
The desserts are also good.
The prices are good, considering that the Salerno average is very high, compared to the quality they offer.
I don't give 5 stars for the environment, despite it being a very nice rustic house, only for a slight background noise, probably due to the crowding and height of the rooms.
We will return with pleasure.

22/08/2024: Historic place in the Ostiense SanPaolo area, the setting entirely in wood and masonry recalls a classic religious building from the beginning of the century, the quality of the dishes is above average and the cost is low, the staff pays good attention to customers.

14/07/2024: I went to this restaurant by chance, because I was on holiday in Rome with a colleague of mine and that day we visited the catacombs of San Callisto. A few years have passed, but I still remember the kindness of the owner.

06/08/2024: Sono stata a Casa Nani per un apericena con amici, propongono una formula con un po’ di stuzzichini a €21,50 più il bere a parte, quindi per mangiare due polpette, del prosciutto e poco altro si spendono come minimo €27/30.
Ovviamente se uno vuole la formula dell’ apericena tutto il tavolo deve prenderla.
Il cibo è buono nulla da dire, però non vale la pena.
