Pasta and fish were very tasty, friendly staff.
But the hood in the kitchen must have been faulty, because the smell of frying was wafting into the hall.

I went to this place last night with my partner and what can I say, an amazing experience. Everything was delicious starting from the appetizer based on cheeses and cured meats, to the polenta with wild boar ragout, to the sliced meat which, despite being well cooked, was very soft and delicious, to the wild boar hunter which, despite its delicious aroma, we didn't even take a photo of to be able to eat it immediately, to the homemade pistachio cheesecake.... All excellent and high quality! The boy who served us was very good and always with a smile and also the owner of the place, very kind and smiling. We will definitely be back!

Trevignano always has its charm. In recent years, restaurants have been created that follow the fashions of the moment, with elaborate dishes with a gourmet-like presentation in their own sense. The risk is that the sense of local, family-run cuisine is lost. Luckily, taverns like this still exist and exist. Informal, rustic environment. Inserted in a historical context next to the ancient clock tower. You immediately realize that you are inside a tavern and not a restaurant with a stink under your nose. You are immediately enveloped by the scent that comes from the kitchen. And passing right in front and peeking inside you immediately notice the presence of only WOMEN. And you are assailed by the certainty that you will eat as if someone had invited you into their home. Fresh pasta, biscuits and homemade tarts. Light pasta sauces but at the same time full of aromas and flavours. 5 of us consumed 2 mixed cold cuts appetizers. A tonnarello with cheese, pepper, mint and lime, very creamy. A pappardelle with white wild boar and juniper ragout. Lightly scented, it didn't even seem gamey. Two polenta with sauce of ribs so soft that the meat fell away from the bone by itself. And two fettuccine with carbonara cream and grated scorzone CRAZY.
Very kind, helpful and friendly owner. Cheerful, friendly and attentive room service. The house wine is a good red from the Trevignano grapes, the bread is not produced there now but from the bakery located nearby. EXTRAORDINARY accompanied by a truly excellent freshly pressed organic extra virgin olive oil.
For 5, 120 euros a very honest price considering 2 waters, a coke, half a red.
We will definitely be back and will recommend it to many. Congratulations, a truly beautiful discovery.

La mancanza della vista lago( nonostante la location molto carina ed accogliente) è ampiamente compensata da tutto il resto: cucina genuina con materie prime di qualità, nulla di tristemente turistico come spesso accade in località come queste, servizio attento e cordiale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo per un pranzo o cena a Trevignano

E olio , può sembrare un piatto semplice ma come intenditrice di carne ci posso dire che non tutti la sanno fare ed è stata la carne piu buona che io abbia mai mangiato : succosa (anche da fredda con il tempo ) , condita al punto giusto , ottima !!!!!! Taglio perfetto

Leggero , non c era un filo d olio sulla carta sottostante , una panatura che ho adorato con uovo e farina perfetta !!!! Ne avremmo mangiato altri due piatti per quanto era delicato e leggero !
Patatine fritte : non congelate (soprattutto )
Ma di Avezzano tagliate imperfette ma questo è il bello
Gustose , non troppo salate ma non sciape, idem per il fritto non unto !!
Sembra un piatto scontato ma non lo è !
Servizio gentilissimo Veloce (due camerieri per una 30 di coperti) veloci e sorridenti , una ragazza carinissima e il proprietario che solo a vederlo ti viene gioia !!!
