Located in Trastevere in a beautiful square. The place is normal, nothing special. Both the service and the food are adequate. He conveyed no emotions. Average price. It could have some nice potential. However, overall it didn't convince me.

Typical restaurant overlooking a beautiful and quiet square. The cacio e pepe is the strong point and is actually good. However, it is served in a basket of parmesan which could very well be avoided since it is inedible. Carbonara is to be avoided. Just as I wouldn't take back the Giudia artichoke, which arrived promptly, but was cold and excessively burnt. The fried fillets, however, are excellent. The service is fast and attentive, but the layout of the tables, reminiscent of tetris, is really bad. Update... Excellent tiramisu, but the biscuit prevails over the little cream.

This places was recommended by several podcasts I listen to, and maybe it has become too popular for its own good. I would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. The food is good not excellent in my opinion. The service is good. The atmosphere had a lot of tourists, which is why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere.

Great classic Roman restaurant. Very good Cacio and Pepe and overall a wonderful Roman experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Price quality ratio is perfect. Worth a visit!

I made a reservation by email and visited in the evening. Immediately after opening, there were some customers who came in even if they didn't have a reservation and asked if they could let us in, but it seemed like they were fully booked and there was a time limit. I had the artichoke and carbonara. It's very delicious, but the authentic carbonara that doesn't use fresh cream is quite salty, and although it was delicious, it was too salty and painful for me. The amount is the same as ordering one plate in Japan at primo, so it may be a lot if you order a second plate as well. It looks like cacio e pepe inside what looks like a cheese bowl. If it were possible, I would like to try cacio e pepe at this restaurant. The chicken stew with tomatoes was also hearty and delicious. The customer service was polite, even to one Japanese person. However, if you are one or two customers, you may be seated on the terrace without any questions asked. There's a stove, but it's cold.

For the past few days, I've been waiting for that meal that would wow me. There were plenty of very good ones, but that amazing one arrived tonight at Roma Sparita. Everything we ordered was just great. The appetizers, the subtle intensity of the flavors in our pastas, an artichoke romana and 2 delicious desserts, tiramisu and chocolate souffle. Great service too. Just a spectacular dining experience!

This lovely, atmospheric, and quiet restaurant serves the best cacio e pepe in Rome and it’s served in an edible parmissan bowl. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly, efficient, humorous, and knowledgeable. Don’t miss this terrific gem!

Disappionting roman food in gorgeous part of rome! It was super packed. Staff wanted quick service to get more people in and wasnt a relaxing atmosphere. The bread was gross which isnt a good sign in rome. Cacio pepe bowl was so salty that it would make anyones blood pressure hit the roof! I got a steak that was rare NOT medium like asked and couldnt eat it bc makes me sick to see blood come out of steak. Even the cicoria was bad and DRY! I have been livin in rome and can NOT recall a bad meal BUT finally the day came. Thanks Roma Sparita for the tourist trap over priced experience!
