I celebrated my daughter's first communion. Lorenzo, the owner, was 100% available. Everything was perfect, and even though we had agreed to arrive at 12:30, due to rain we arrived at 11:30. Lorenzo welcomed us without any problem, and the aperitif began shortly thereafter. The food was delicious, from the appetizer, to the butter and sage ravioli, the wild boar pappardelle, and the roast meat. The woman who served us was also excellent; the plates were always clean and the cutlery was always changed. I RECOMMEND IT.

We stopped by here by chance and were really surprised by this place. The food was truly excellent. The chicken al mattone and pork fillet were really good. The tiramisu was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a photo because I'd already had a couple of spoonfuls.

A family-run restaurant with a homey feel. Owner Lorenzo is a fantastic person, attentive to the needs of his guests with care and kindness, as are the other staff members. The traditional Roman dishes are excellent, from appetizers to first courses and second courses, and it's always a good idea to save room for dessert (sometimes difficult given the abundance and deliciousness of the previous courses). Their confit cherry tomatoes are incredible; it's not a meal at Trenino without a couple of portions! Highly recommended.

Everyone shares their experience. The place is welcoming and well-presented, as is the welcome. We ate meat, from chicken to pork. What I had was pork. Not a good impression. The taste was that of reheated roast meat. I understand that you can't expect it to be cooked on the spot, but neither can it be reheated. Everything else became irrelevant. Maybe it was just my impression, but I can recognize a reheated dish, and that was it. The cuisine needs reconsidering. For me, NI.

Excellent trattoria with an open grill, where the food is excellent and you're always greeted by the kindness and professionalism of the owner and his wife. Highly recommended and definitely worth returning.

10/06/2026: Super kindness and food! I came to the Achille Lauro concert at the Olympic Stadium and they saved me for a quick bite to eat, and I ate divinely. Highly recommended. Pasta alla gricia is TOP!!!!

Ai Spaghettari

20/07/2026: This was the highlight of our food and wine tour for sure. My family of 4 loved every dish.
19/07/2026: Had AI Spaghettari for take out one night and enjoyed their food. Went back to get takeout on a Saturday ngiht ay 8pm and was rejected to order take out even though their restaurant wasn't full. I'm not sure if that is a common in Italy but ended up at another restaurant around the corner.
