Despite Teo's (the owner) modesty, I think I have to give the Oscar to the best Carbonara in Rome. And I've been to a lot of restaurants. And not just carbonara. 10 with honors. Top service by the great Gianluca.

It was Monday and not many places are open in Trastevere, so after trying a few others, we sat down here. In my opinion, the food wasn't worth it, the worst in all of Rome. The tomatoes tasted like they came from a cheap carton. We didn't like the food at all; it seemed like a run-of-the-mill meal.

A rustic and welcoming trattoria, just steps from Tiber Island and the archaeological area. Authentic traditional Roman cuisine with simple, top-quality dishes!
The calamari with artichokes and puntarelle with anchovies and burrata are excellent, as are the pasta and fish dishes. The wine list is decidedly extensive and interesting. The staff is professional and welcoming, as only found in Rome. Thanks to Tiziana for guiding us through our choices without making us feel mundane.
An excellent trattoria where you can eat and relax away from the chaos!

Everything we ordered was great, but the gnocchi bolognese was on another level… easily the best ever. Our waiter Dario made the whole experience, super attentive, spoke multiple languages to our group, and gave spot-on recommendations.

Delicious Roman food (battered cod, oxtail in sauce, spaghetti carbonara, fettuccine) and salad. Cheap, except if you overdo it on drinks. Highly recommended.
