12/08/2025: Best pasta I've ever eaten, great tiramisu. Overall all the food is great, I've tried all the traditional options. The staff doesn't know a lot of english but the chef personally comes to take your order and to suggest you food. 40 euros antipasti + primi + secondi + dolce + wine and beer, would deffinetly recommend <3 Deffinetly a hidden gem, everything was absolutely great!

23/07/2025: Siamo finiti in questo posto a caso (nel senso che Tripadvisor ci ha indicato che ci fossero delle opzioni senza glutine, ma non ce l'ha suggerito nessuno). Abbiamo scoperto un posto fantastico e alla mano che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il pasto è stato fatto da bruschette di antipasto e un primo (oltre acqua e caffè). Il tutto è stato migliorato dal fatto che tutto è stato preparato anche per me in versione senza glutine e, da celiaco, sono stato felicissimo. Il conto è stato più che onesto (90€ per quattro persone). Consigliamo a tutti questo posto.

11/07/2025: In questo ristorante si mangia bene, la location è abbastanza accogliente ma i prezzi sono eccessivi. 6€ una bruschetta !!! e un piatto di formaggi per 2 persone 18 € ! eccessivo troppo…..

10/07/2025: Excellent hospitality and customer service, a simple yet impeccable atmosphere. The wine selection was spot on, at reasonable prices. From this management, you'd expect more flavorful dishes, or elegant ones with a touch more flair. Instead, while everything was good, the dishes were fairly standard, almost anonymous. In my opinion, the kitchen could do better than the dining room.

19/07/2025: Bel locale con una buona cucina romana in parte rivisitata. Piacevole anche per il dopo cena. Servizio giovane ma cortese ed efficiente. Rapporto qualità prezzo da verificare costi che non ho pagato io.

13/07/2025: Si cnferma essere uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti. Cibo di qualità, ben presentato, vasta scelta nel menù, location meravigliosa. Dispone di una terrazza che viene utilizzata in estate.

07/08/2025: I was at this location on Tuesday evening with my husband... a small place with just a few tables, the outdoor seating is along the sidewalk where pedestrians pass (rightly so) and cars along the street. As for the food, it's quite tasty, crispy, and typically Roman. THE ONLY LITTLE FLAWS IS THE ROMAN TRIPPE WITH MINT AND PECORINO for €16 (in a "small cup," where I'll post the photo and tell the waitress too) which can't compare to my portion of STRACCETTI WITH Arugula, Cherry Tomatoes, and PECORINO for €16. I recommend the BRUSCHETTE WITH BACON AND CHICORY and the CARBONARA paired with two glasses of MESCITA wine, both more than pleasant.

08/07/2025: Seconda volta che passo da Massimo, e c’è un motivo! Il palato gode! È una bella, accogliente e calda trattoria romana che aggiunge anche la pinsa ai piatti della tradizione oltre a quelli classici della cucina italiana. Ho provato il pollo con i peperoni e successivamente gli scottadito accompagnato da focaccia calda. Un piacere per il palato. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, buone! Non ho ancora provato la pasta ma non mancherò: quei bei piatti fanno voglia! Lo consiglio. Una garanzia. Servizio cordiale e attento. Prezzo onesto per la qualità offerta. Location molto molto bella! Provatelo!

02/06/2025: Coerente con il suo ruolo di pizzeria-trattoria di quartiere, questo locale si distingue per l’accoglienza calorosa e la disponibilità del personale, sempre pronto a soddisfare con gentilezza ogni richiesta. Tuttavia, dopo diverse visite tra aprile e maggio — sia in coppia che con amici — ho avuto modo di provare un’ampia varietà di piatti. La pizza romana si conferma l’unico vero punto di forza: sottile, croccante e ben condita. Qualche primo piatto si difende, ma gli antipasti risultano deludenti i carciofi alla giudia L'arredo, ormai datato, contribuisce a un’atmosfera che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Se piace la classica pizza romana ( anni 70) consigliatissimo , per il resto anche no.

16/07/2025: The traditional Roman first courses are excellent, having tried them on two occasions, both times very satisfying. I tried the cacio e pepe and the tonnarelli aglio olio e peperoncino, and they were truly delicious, al dente and spicy. I had some concerns about the second courses (the boiled meatballs were good but very dry). The restaurant has a very pleasant, well-ventilated outdoor area, with tables arranged so as to maintain appropriate social distancing. The staff is friendly and helpful.

08/08/2025: A wonderful experience having lunch here. I was able to enjoy delicious pasta outside, while taking in the tranquility of a beautiful neighborhood like San Lorenzo. Excellent service and prices.

04/08/2025: A vintage restaurant tucked away in the heart of San Lorenzo. Excellent value. The staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommended: the house specialty, a mix of vegetables, sausage, and wood-fired cheese... simple and delicious!

03/07/2025: We found it by chance and it was the best thing in Rome, the waiters were very nice and attentive and the food was spectacular, from the risotto of the day to the panna cota. If we return to Rome we will definitely repeat.

04/07/2025: We enjoyed the experience at this location. There were 5 of us, and the owner set up a comfortable seating area outside for us to have dinner immediately when we walked up. Our dishes were great ( seafood pasta, pesto pasta, spaghetti with clams, carbonara, and the buccatini). We would definitely come back again.

03/09/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by our Airbnb host who lives on the street (it's her favorite restaurant in the neighborhood) and I have to say that it was excellent but also that the waitresses and waiters were adorable. We enjoyed pasta dishes, tiramisu and two negronis on the terrace and it was absolutely perfect. Rome is one of my favorite cities and now I know one of the best restaurants. Thanks to the whole team!
