07/08/2026: Just had the best meal of our 3 days in Rome! Very friendly staff. Gave us free bread and bruschetta! Bent over backwards to make us happy. All that and the food was the best we’ve had yet in Rome! Wish we were staying another night so we can eat here again.

03/08/2026: Next door to our hotel (Morgana) and what a find! They say eat where the locals eat and this is such a spot. You can see why when you look at the menu - Prices are very reasonable and the potions of the Primi Piatti are enormous. A proper ‘Italian’ Italian Restaurant and most certainly not a tourist trap. Our family of six found everything they could wish for on the menu and our fellow diners ranged from a romantic couple to a local family group of 14 - all attended perfectly by the excellent table waiters. Needless to say we ate there more than once in our few days in Rome.

05/08/2026: 4 for the atmosphere, but the rest is top notch. Excellent and PLENTY of Roman cuisine. Friendly, professional, Roman staff. Excellent experience. Recommended for everyone. Well done.

17/07/2026: We were extremely disappointed with the service. When we arrived, we were told to wait outside for a table. Instead of inviting us inside or even allowing us to wait in the entrance, the staff closed the door, saying they wanted to keep the air conditioning inside. On a hot summer evening, we were left standing outside while they focused on approaching people walking by or leaving nearby restaurants, trying to persuade them to dine here. As customers who were already waiting, we felt completely ignored. Not once did anyone check on us, update us on the waiting time, or make us feel welcome. It was frustrating to watch the staff actively trying to attract new customers while neglecting the ones who had already chosen their restaurant. Good service starts with making your existing guests feel valued. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed at that basic standard. We decided to leave and dine elsewhere. With so many excellent restaurants in Rome that treat guests with respect from the moment they arrive, we cannot recommend this place.

10/07/2026: Super fresh fish, in the center of Rome, at more than fair prices. All topped off with great friendliness.

10/07/2026: We found this place in Rick Steve’s guide and were underwhelmed and unimpressed. The food is relatively bland and expensive for what it is. Desserts don’t seem homemade.

29/05/2026: Excellent cuisine, well-recommended by the excellent staff. The atmosphere, while quiet and wholesome, isn't particularly distinctive or architecturally striking. Highly recommended! The meat is superb, beautifully displayed in the beautiful glass-fronted refrigerator. The lovely veranda offers ample space, unlike the interior, which, while comfortable, feels more intimate. We'll definitely be back soon!

16/06/2026: Very heavy on the seafood and authentic Roman cuisine. Not many other varieties. Food was good but menu needed more chicken or pasta choices. Nice romantic/family atmosphere, A little heavy on the prices but you get what you pay for. Just wish that they have a wider menu also its closed on Mondays.

10/06/2026: After a few days in Rome, all the pizza and pasta can start to taste the same, but this restaurant’s pizza had an authentic flavor that truly stood out from the others we tried. Another big plus was the clean restrooms, which offered actual privacy. They also had a diaper-changing station, which was a rare find. I even noticed a basket with diapers and a basket of toys for children. God willing, we’ll be back on our next trip!

07/08/2026: We had pizza in the restaurant and we didn't have a better pizza in Rome. It was great and most importantly it was ready right away. We didn't have to wait at all and the Aperol was huge and had enough alcohol. I highly recommend this restaurant.
