I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina romana

13/04/2025: Ottimo Pranzo, ci sono andato con la mia compagna per il mio 50° compleanno. Vengo spesso in questo ristorante, avevo dato 4 stelle l'ultima volta per via di un solo bagno, adesso finalmente ce n'è un secondo al piano principale. ( Forse è merito anche mio..?). Per quanto riguarda il cibo è ottimo, location eccellente, personale buono ma andrebbe formato meglio ma ovviamente tutti quanti noi abbiamo iniziato un lavoro nella vita quindi ci sta. Pagato il giusto calcolando quello che si è mangiato e il proprietario mi ha fatto pure lo sconto. Consigliatissimo. Cav. Marco Tulletti.

15/03/2025: I primi erano immangiabili costo del piatto 20 euro per mangiare pasta cruda piena di pepe non scolata con pochissimo condimento. Chiesto varie volte il pane ma non è stato mai portato a tavola. Il secondo senza condimento impresentabile. Passabili i dolci. Pessima esperienza.

01/04/2025: First restaurant chosen for lunch on our mini Roman vacation. A stone's throw from the Colosseum, a rustic but minimalist restaurant, in my opinion very beautiful and well-designed. There is also a small outdoor area with tables outside with climbing plants, very characteristic and perfect for a sunny day. The Cacio e Pepe was excellent and the ricotta and sour cherry tart was a wonderful discovery. I think both the pasta and the cake were homemade and if so they deserve all my compliments! The waiters were a bit brusque but the lady in the dining room (perhaps the owner) was very attentive and kind. I will definitely go back and I recommend it! Generous portions and fair bill.

04/04/2025: A bastion of simple but concrete and, I would add, accessible catering. Good fish at very honest prices. I found everything very good, keeping in mind the type of restaurant. I'm glad places like this still exist

19/03/2025: Disappointed. The place is quaint and the service is neither good nor bad. The real flaw is the poorly cooked food. My gricia was so dry that with one forkful I ate half a portion of tonnarelli. I won't comment on the saltimbocca.

10/03/2025: Nos encantó la sensación tradicional de este lugar! La comida en nuestro viaje de negocios era excelente, especialmente el cacio e pepe. Solo peculiar: el camarero era muy hablador! Aún así, vale la pena.

21/03/2025: Only one man in command...Sandrone, legendary chef of Roman and fifth quarter cuisine! If you love the genre, you can't help but come and delight your palate at Agustarello in Testaccio. Excellent dishes, plentiful and satisfying. Excellent value for money.

10/04/2025: 5 stars are too few to evaluate yesterday's lunch: not a lunch but a challenge that ended not with the slipper....more: complete cleaning of the serving spoon of a phenomenal Gricia, after an appetizer of porchetta and focaccia with lard. I would say more than satisfied. Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Thanks to those who recommended and brought me to this place!!!

09/04/2025: Se ve bien desde afuera. Personal muy amable. Sentado en una pequeña habitación trasera caliente brillante abarrotada a pesar de que la habitación principal grande está vacía. Parece habitación trasera reservada para turistas. Retraso en conseguir la segunda entrada. Pescado no fresco. La peor experiencia gastronómica en 9 días en Italia.

04/04/2025: If you want to eat in Roma then go to Santa Cristina! The food was amazing (!!) and the service was very friendly. A wonderful experience and a cozy, beautiful restaurant.
