28/04/2026: A good osteria in the San Giovanni area. You can choose between meat and fish dishes. The appetizers are very good, accompanied by excellent, fresh bread. Recommended for a casual dinner where substance prevails over appearance. The dishes are simple yet authentic and flavorful, and the prices are in line with other restaurants in the city. Upon entering, you'll experience a sense of culinary tradition and authenticity.
27/04/2026: On the recommendation of Roman friends, I dined at this restaurant, and I must say it did not disappoint. This Roman trattoria is a great place for lunch or dinner, a relaxing experience with excellent food. The atmosphere is superb, and the service is top-notch. 02/06/2026: I went to Pentolaccia for lunch with friends. We sat outside because it was so nice, and the setting was as elegant and clean as the inside. I ordered baked salmon with pea puree, a glass of white wine, and lemon sorbet. Everything was delicious and top-notch! We'll definitely be back!
26/05/2026: The portions are very small. Everything is very scarce. The ham slices are very thin, almost transparent. The same goes for the steak. It's expensive for the service.

21/05/2026: We arrived intending to start with drinks and then have dinner. They didn't like it from the start, and the unwillingness to serve us began. We gave up on having dinner and left. There were five of us, and we were going to spend quite a bit. We won't be back.

01/05/2026: My wife and I came here for a late lunch after checking into our hotel. We waited maybe 10 mins for a table (we were sat outside which is precisely what we were hoping for). The food was excellent: we each had a pasta dish and shared an artichoke dish which was phenomenal. The 0.5 litre of the house ref was a great way to begin our day in Rome. All in for ~€50. Oh and our waiter was great, very nice and made us laugh. I’d love to come back again.

11/06/2026: We had lunch at La Caravella Roma and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I ordered the spaghetti while my wife had the ravioli, and both dishes were delicious, well prepared, and full of flavour.
The service was attentive and professional throughout our visit, making us feel welcome without being intrusive. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely lunch while exploring Rome.
If we find ourselves in the area again, we would certainly return for another meal. A very pleasant lunch experience that we can happily recommend.

04/04/2026: A school group looking for a good restaurant on the last night of their trip, we went into Hostaria Bruno and received a wonderful welcome. Excellent homemade food, attentive service. A little French, a little English, a little Italian—it was easy to communicate. We all had a great time. Absolutely delicious!
