30/08/2024: One of the best restaurants we have visited in Rome. Food and drinks are very good. This place felt the most authentic we have visited, a lot of local people eat there. Also there is a queue for the free tables. I highly recommend it ☺️

22/07/2024: Very inviting dishes and a hospitable environment! We tried the appetizers, the gnocchi del porcaro, the tagliolini flavored with Trasimeno and the pici tricolore, all very good! In addition we had the kebabs which were truly spectacular! Super recommended place at great prices!

12/08/2024: Posto molto spartano come deve essere una trattoria. Antipasto misto ottimo vario e di qualità. primi eccellenti in particolare la gricia era una delle migliori che ho mangiato a Roma. Tra i secondi una menzione per la fettina panata. Cucina semplice e genuina, ottimo servizio, prezzo eccellente.

29/08/2024: For sure the best pasta I’ve had in Rome so far. We started with the calamari which was incredibly simple but probably the best i’ve ever had. I got the Gricia (now I’ve tried all four roman pastas!!) and it was delicious! My mom had the Amatriciana, we both stuffed ourselves so full we struggled on the ~4 minute walk back to our hotel. The staff were wonderfully kind, and the energy in there is very welcoming. You can tell every piece of decor on the walls was placed intentionally. Will 10000% be back here if I ever find myself back in Rome!! ❤️❤️

22/07/2024: We were recommended this place to eat pasta and we went to try it, but it didn't surprise us as much as we expected. The place is very nice, both its exterior and interior terrace, and the treatment that the owner seemed to have was as well. Professional and serious staff, and very attentive to everything we asked for if it was to our liking. As you say the good in an objective review, you also say the bad and here we go. Its prices are excessively expensive, it is to come once and never return if you are on vacation in Rome for a long time. We ordered a salad, a plate of pasta each, three glasses of wine and a bottle of water, and it was around €70. My pasta was carbonara and I asked them to add truffle (which is from a supermarket jar) and they charged me €18 for a plate of pasta. I'm sorry but it seems like complete abuse to me. The pasta lacked flavor (maybe because we tried better pasta in other restaurants) and the salad was not worth its price either. That said, they gain in service and professionalism; but as customers they have lost us. A normal dinner without going to the exquisite, in a non-central area of ​​Rome, €70 is too much.

17/08/2024: My experience wasn't so positive. We waited 1 hour for the starter and about 2 hours for the main courses. Occupancy of the restaurant was around 70-80%. We were hungry after the long wait for the main courses. The dishes are freshly prepared. It goes without saying that you have to wait 30 - 40 minutes and be patient. However, almost 3 hours for 2 starters and 2 main courses is really a long time, especially if you are hungry and bread isn't even offered. In addition, the wrong dish was prepared. We still accepted it due to the long waiting time. When paying, we nicely pointed out the circumstances and the owner was totally rude and unaccommodating. Our positive criticism was not accepted. We were more or less shown the door. It's a shame and a very disappointing experience for me as an Apulia lover. Therefore I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly.

16/08/2024: Remarkable Roman restaurant for being outside Rome. The environment is truly beautiful: extremely homemade ❤️ it feels like going to eat at a friend's house. The only weak point is that it was not air conditioned (unfortunately in summer with 45 degrees in the shade it is a problem). Generous portions, excellent pasta. A little too salty but still better than the average food outside Lazio. Very kind staff. Highly recommended

01/09/2024: Good carbonara, a little noisy environment (but perfectly in line with a trattoria, so ok), fairly honest prices. Slow service but to make up for it they gave us an extra portion of carbonara :) Advised!

Excellent typical Roman dishes, right portions and normal prices. Rome will be the next stop not for the Colosseum, but for the Bonelli tavern. Mimmo Signoretta

07/08/2024: Found the restaurant by chance and had a delicious pizza. The service was friendly and attentive. It may be different in the evening due to the stress. We had a pleasant stay here in the early afternoon.

07/08/2024: Tasty pizza, on a very very very thin crust, for a good guy you need to order 3 pizzas, if not 4 😂. Fast service, I received my wine order right away, and the food was served quickly too. The air conditioning works, you can come back here. The prices are also cool. Wine + pizza approx. 20 euros

03/09/2024: Il est rare que nous retournions plusieurs fois de suite dans un même restaurant lors d’une visite touristique. Il est rare que nous soyons toujours aussi emballés après la seconde fois….. mais là, nous y retournerons ce soir. C’est simple sans chichi, familiale même mais rien ne déçoit . Bon il est vrai que le soir le service peu être un peu plus lent, mais nous ne sommes pas ici dans un fast-food. Des entrées aux desserts tout est à un excellent niveau, au top même.charcuteries, pâtes, dessert, salades tout est fait pour que les papilles s’en souviennent. N’hésitez pas, foncez, réservations recommandées certains midi ou soirs.
