13/11/2025: This is a gem of a restaurant serving carefully prepared, authentic Italian food in a quaint restaurant just outside of the Piazza Navona. We found this restaurant last year during our visit to Rome so it was an absolute certainty that we would return. The staff is very friendly and professional. I do recommend that you make a reservation. Enjoy! You will love it!

11/11/2025: Me and my husband came here during our trip in Rome, it was everything that we wanted to find during our stay in Rome, authentic food, stunning place and atmosphere, quiet, a truly hidden gem, the staff were so gently and attentive with us, we felt extremely welcome and happy while we eat here, I would recommend this place 100 times if needed! I love it to much, I hope we have chance to return here someday!

The price/satisfying ratio is very good. Now let's talk about the dishes: I'm from Rome, and I have to say that the food served at this trattoria is reminiscent of the Roman cuisine it claims to be inspired by. After all, the place is located in Latina, and neither the owner nor the chef are from Rome, so it's a bit like eating pizza at Little Italy in New York, but overall, it's okay. Unpretentious, it's okay. IN RESPONSE TO THE RESTAURANT OWNER'S RESPONSE 👇🏻 * No "racism" 😃😃😃, especially because you're not "outside the GRA" ring road. You're in Latina, a truly different city, more than 70km from Rome, a city that's a province unto itself, just like Frosinone, Viterbo, or Rieti. ** In Rome, Egyptian chefs only work in a few inexpensive restaurants in the center, in tourist hotspots. Roman cuisine is something very different and can be found in the more "authentic" neighborhoods. Romans know where to go. *** Don't be jealous, I still found you very friendly, and the service was impeccable. Maybe one day when I'm back in town, I'll come back and visit you and let me try something typical of Latina.

18/10/2025: Great experience at Giorgione. The carbonara was a 10/10, the sa io e pepe was good. The amatriciana could have been more flavorful with the guanciale. The tiramisu was good. Fast and courteous service. Fair price for generous portions. WELL DONE!

08/08/2025: I often go to La Tana della Volpe, and it's always a sure thing! The risotto is spectacular, the sconcigli cream is unique, and the fried fish is always crispy. The oysters and fresh fish are also excellent, cooked to perfection. The place is beautiful, with an outdoor area, and the service is fast and friendly. The food is good.

I want to emphasize the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, especially Federica (she seemed to work for four), who was truly friendly and incredibly personable! Beyond the welcoming atmosphere and the undoubtedly humorous and friendly, yet never intrusive, staff, "Nasone"'s menu is truly one of a kind, satisfying both classic and more sophisticated tastes, and always with top-quality, DELICIOUS dishes. Highly recommended, I'll be back often.

05/11/2025: Got a small surprise bonus on a website (you can see it in the photo) and decided to treat myself to dinner out. Ordered pasta — honestly, it was perfect. Simple but cozy and comforting.

30/10/2025: My wife and I were recommended this place by a local and it was some of the best Carbonara I’ve ever eaten! We arrived a few minutes before they opened for dinner with no reservations, and the owner told us they were fully booked for the night. Despite this, he was nice enough to fit us in a table for 90 minutes. My wife and I both had carbonara and split a bottle of wine, and it was a wonderful evening! The food was great, the servers and owners are very friendly, and I would highly recommend (and recommend making a reservation lol)!

05/10/2025: So, my wife and I came unexpectedly last Tuesday around 1 p.m. and we were very well received. We don't speak Italian, and the waiter did the best he could in English... until he told us that his colleague/boss spoke very good French (we're French)... and then the experience changed completely. The lady, incredibly kind and passionate, talked us through all the dishes on the menu and recommended mushrooms (I don't normally like mushrooms) and pasta with white ragout in incredible French without any accent (okay, she admitted she spent her entire childhood in France). We took everything she recommended and we had a great time. So, impeccable service, incredible food, and kindness (and French) that deserved the highest possible rating... we had a great time. THANK YOU!!

16/10/2025: I tried payata and carbonara after watching Meat Man on YouTube. The carbonara was less salty and more flavorful than what I've had elsewhere. The payata had a strange, tomato-like flavor.

01/11/2025: A place near St. Peter's, excellent service and food, both gluten-free and gluten-free! The gluten-free focaccia was especially delicious and soft. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended if you're visiting St. Peter's. We were truly thrilled!

04/11/2025: I've been here three times and would dine here every night if I could. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail: the location, the service, and the food. The Fassona tartare is undoubtedly my favorite appetizer. The prices are high but absolutely fair considering the quality of the experience.

15/10/2025: The food was good and well-cooked, but the "wow" factor was missing: you ate like you would at a grandmother's house who knows how to cook. The first course with truffles was very good, but the one with white duck ragù was a little less so, too salty and a bit dry. The location was very charming, the service was adequate, but the prices were far too high for the type of food offered. We had a mixed appetizer for two (€22), a burrata (€15), and two first courses, water, and two coffees (€2.50 each). We spent €45 each: perhaps a bit too much considering the setting.
