Having happened by chance we found ourselves in a familiar environment... Excellent cuisine, excellent service and excellent wines.... Advised

Poor quality food, you expect an excellent carbonara but instead it is tasteless and silly. the cutting board looks like one from a supermarket. Too much waiting and tables on top of each other, we were eating with other people. I chose 3 types of first courses because the waiter said they were finished 3 stars for the kindness of the staff

Typical Roman cuisine restaurant with generous portions of pasta from carbonara to delicious cannelloni! Excellent second courses, all quality food and a vast choice of wines. The staff is always friendly and helpful and above all very nice! I recommend it to everybody Compliments!

È sempre una garanzia in fatto di qualità e a oggi non è scontato trovare ristoratori che danno attenzione alla qualità. Davvero buone le tagliatelle con ragù bianco, la carbonara tartufata era valida ma il guanciale lo farei più croccante perché così perde un po’. Carne eccellente. Si potrebbe fare meglio sui dolci!

Locale situato nel centro storico di Frascati, molto accogliente e raccolto, offre piatti tipici della cucina romana preparati in modo semplice con prodotti di buona qualità. E' l'ideale per trascorrere una tranquilla serata con amici o in famiglia.

Qualità degli ingredienti, che si sente soprattutto dopo una cena che non rimane sullo stomaco! Molto buono il filetto al pepe verde, buona tutto sommato anche la carbonara tartufata anche se non benissimo… È un punto di riferimento a Frascati, mangiando bene e spendendo il giusto in un locale accogliente e luminoso.

A parte la gentilezza e la signorilità del titolare, non mi ha del tutto convinto che mi farebbe dire “ci ritornerò sicuramente”. Porzioni abbondanti, tagliere nella norma, conto onestissimo ma quello che ha fatto scendere parecchio il grado di soddisfazione sono due aspetti: 1) cameriere poco cordiale, sembrava quasi infastidito forse perché era di domenica e ci accomodammo dope le 14:00 ma anche se fosse non puoi trattare dei clienti in quel modo… 2) i primi piatti, leggermente sotto la media dello standard molto elevato della cucina romana. Ma sono sicuro che se non ci fosse stato quel cameriere avremmo sicuramente soprasseduto sui i primi.
