Amazing! We have been to fancy restaurants in Rome but La Fraschetta di Castel Sant'Angelo is better than all of them. We skipped one of our reservations just to come back. The food is full of taste, one of those experiences that make you be greatfull for being there. The service is so warm that feels like your grandma's home. 100/10

First stop was Fraschetta, and what did I find? Out-of-this-world food, bruschetta that makes you want more... and a CARBONARA that's out of this world!!! The staff are amazing, but there's one in particular who deserves all the praise (unfortunately, I don't know her name). We'd overordered and halfway through, we were already on the verge of collapse... but she helped us out! Then, with the search for a digestive to our liking, she confirmed just how skilled, friendly, and personable this girl is. Congratulations! These guys really add value to a business! When we return to Rome, we'll definitely stop by your place again!!!

Stumbled upon this restaurant because I wanted a good place for amatriciana, and someone recommended this place to me. Cozy, familiar spot. The service was so amazing. Big shoutout to Giulia and Veronica for being amazing waitresses, friendly, proactive, and just lovely to have a conversation with. The chef was coming outside every now and then and had great energy too. The food was the best I had in Italy. And I have been trying a loooooot of food lately. Generous guanciale portions, pasta al dente, and it is just a nice place to be at. It was my last night in Roma at the time so I ordered gricia to go. As soon as I got home, I smashed that plate. It was amazing too. Breathtaking food. Tiramisu was great as well, and everything paired beautifully with a glass of red wine and some bread for the proper scarpetta. Excellent place to taste Roman specialties decorated with an atmosphere representative of Roman traditions

Gorgeous and very quaint place, frequented by true Romans!! Very friendly staff and excellent food! We had to wait a long time to get in, but the service was quick. I recommend the carbonara, it's stellar! I'll definitely be back!! :-)
