We ordered a carbonara and an amatriciana, both delicious, but my favorite was definitely the amatriciana. They give you a huge portion, so it's great value for the price. The only downside was that we had to wait about 30-40 minutes for a table, and there were only two of us! 😅 But it was definitely worth the wait.

Review 2026: i have been here back in 2026, great experience again. Phenomenal pasta and tiramisu. Review 2025: Absolutely phenomenal experience at La Fraschetta! The Amatriciana was out of this world—possibly the best I've ever had in Rome. The balance of flavors, the rich sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta all combined to create a dish that was simply unforgettable. However, we were slightly less impressed with the Carbonara, despite its good flavor. It was served in a pan meant for two people, which made sharing a bit awkward. While the Carbonara was very good, it didn't quite reach the exceptional standard set by the Amatriciana. Overall, La Fraschetta delivered an amazing dining experience, and we will definitely be back for more! JS

There's so much to say... My refuge when I come to Rome! Never disappointed! The carbonara, amazing!! Like my nonna used to make it! Go without hesitation, but remember to book 😅 By the way, a table for 2 people on May 19th, please arrive at dinner at 7:30 pm 😄 It's so refreshing 💛❤️

A very quaint restaurant with an outdoor terrace. Friendly, fast, young staff. Traditional menu plus a few specials of the day. The porchetta with focaccia is highly recommended. The gricia and carbonara are breathtaking. Superlative tripe. Very good bulk wine. The tiramisu is not to be missed. Highly recommended. Well done.
