Wonderful staff: from the welcome to the descriptions of the dishes, to the narration of the history of the place. Enchanting location: genuine, authentic, spacious, warm, welcoming, and full of stories. Cuisine: authentic! Like the old-fashioned way, but for real. Wines: excellent to accompany everything. One of the most memorable dinners I’ve ever had. This Masseria was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt authentic and special.The service was warm, attentive, and impeccable, and the food was simply outstanding. What makes the experience even more unique is that almost everything served is produced right on the Masseria, making every dish incredibly fresh and full of flavor.If you visit, make sure to arrive a little early and take a tour of the property—it’s beautiful and adds so much to the experience. This masseria is truly magic for food, atmosphere and natural beauty. A must if you are visiting Puglia and a true gem for foodies. Every single dish from antipasti to pastas were made with delicious local incredients, that can be enjoyed in calm and beautiful farm environment. It's also child friendly with ample space provided.

Everything was perfect: the setting, the atmosphere, the climate, the service, and the food. Nothing to say except: excellent!

My boyfriend and I arrived without a reservation, hoping to find a table, but unfortunately the masseria was fully booked. The owner kindly explained to us that reservations are required well in advance, given the high demand. Even though there were no seats, we were pleasantly surprised by his helpfulness: he offered us two fried dishes and a glass of wine while we waited, and, most importantly, he took care to recommend another restaurant where we could dine. Not only that, he even made the reservation for us. The place he recommended turned out to be truly excellent, and we had a wonderful evening. A gesture of courtesy and customer care that is increasingly rare these days. We will definitely be back, this time booking ahead!
