15/02/2025: Siamo tornati anche quest'anno a festeggiare in questo ristorante che non ci delude mai: cibi di qualità eccellente e ben confezionati. Il personale è cordiale ed efficiente. L'ambiente è tranquillo ed ospitale, ed il prezzo è adeguato alla qualità. Bel panorama sul mare e parcheggio riservato.

09/02/2025: Siamo stati sia con amici che in coppia, il cibo è veramente ottimo! Si mangia del pesce fatto a regola d’arte, prodotti di ottima qualità e locali, lo chef è davvero top! Servizio piacevole, ci si sente a proprio agio, la vista è bella e l’atmosfera in generale accogliente, ma il punto forte resta sempre la cucina! La prossima volta proviamo le carni o comunque il menù di terra che a giudicare dai piatti visti promette molto bene…

14/02/2025: "Good-style" trattoria, sincere trattoria like those of the past, at La Rosa you are at home while you heartily eat the classic Ligurian menu, the portions are generous, portions for travelers with few "musse"... people who are hungry and want to eat and drink good wine at will (included in the price). You leave reluctantly after paying a bill that is lower than what you would have spent at the supermarket to buy everything you ate and should have cooked. La Rosa is a time gap in the past, a past where in Genoa and throughout Liguria there were swarming trattorias managed by honest, enterprising and friendly people. The Rose is a Ligurian poem...perhaps the last.

10/02/2025: I have been going to the trattoria for a few years now, with always good quality products from the mixed starter to the first course (ravioli with meat sauce, pansoti with walnut sauce, gnocchi or trofie with pesto) to the second courses, personally I prefer roast with baked potatoes and Ligurian rabbit.

01/04/2025: Unfortunately the savory pies were not sold by weight nor could mixed dishes be made, the portions were already prepared and you could only choose one type of dish. Too bad, because I would have tasted almost all of them! The cod was too salty, the rest was very good, including the dessert.

17/03/2025: Great discovery. Very pleasant place, very friendly staff, excellent food. If I have to find a small detail that in my opinion is questionable for a moment... the price! Slightly tall. For the rest it is certainly recommended.

10/03/2025: Scrivo pochissime recensioni sia nel bene che nel male per rispetto a chi lavora ma qua è d'obbligo! Tutto molto bene dal momento della prenotazione dove comunico di avere un cagnolino e mi viene gentilmente risposto che è il benvenuto , al posto curatissimo e con mille tavole di fumetti da guardare, illuminazione soffusa, menu ligure ma non noioso , servizio gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, attenzione a tutto (cagnolino compreso) , agnello strepitoso e antipasto buono con la giardiniera eccellente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente! Spesa secondo me proporzionata alla materia prima che mi è stata servita e al locale, preferisco spendere 10 euro piu di una trattoria ma mangiare cose buone e con un sorriso!

28/02/2025: Partiamo dal posteggio che ovviamente è inesistente. Il cibo è molto caro e la qualità è nella normalità oltre alle porzioni molto "povere". Tavoli che non ti permettono di mettere sotto le gambe (sei sei alto 1.45 magari lo puoi fare), location in generale carina. Il proprietario risulta essere poco ospitale Trovate di meglio

09/02/2025: The place is small but very welcoming, ideal for couples or small groups (it is advisable to book). Excellent land and sea dishes prepared with top quality products. The wine list is also good. The staff is prompt and kind. The price above the average of places that are positioned on the same level.

30/01/2025: It is the second time I return to this very nice restaurant in the center of Lavagna, with a romantic and quiet atmosphere. The staff is very attentive, kind and helpful. Dishes cooked very well, with quality ingredients. The raw fish was amazing!!!! variety of dishes even with off-menu items. I will be sure to return and highly recommend it.

05/03/2025: Beautiful place, superlative view, excellent welcome and traditional cuisine, the one that never goes out of fashion, because simple things are always the best. This is a place of my heart for me and returning after years made me go back in time. Everything perfect, excellent quality/price, excellent service from the youngest waiter and the owner.

02/03/2025: A simple and welcoming place, with warm, attentive and never intrusive service. The cuisine is linked to the Ligurian tradition, with well-executed seasonal dishes and some interesting reinterpretations. We particularly appreciated the pansoti with walnut sauce, the pork fillet with caramelized apples, the asado and the desserts. Value for money is excellent.

04/03/2025: If you pass through Genoa you can't help but go to Maria. We stumbled upon this old-time tavern by chance, it was truly a surprising experience. It seems to be catapulted into another era. Excellent food, with a wide choice of traditional home-made dishes. Beautiful

02/03/2025: Typical cuisine with a lot of variety of dishes, very good food and efficient service.

02/03/2025: Very good second courses and focaccias with really excellent quality fish cooked very well. It melted in your mouth! Unfortunately, the first ones were a bit heavy due to the garlic and onion. The dessert was not exciting. The place is nice, very trattoria style, however there are a bit of drafts and not much natural light enters. Furthermore, the bathroom could not be locked because the keys were missing.

15/02/2025: Really great food, with quality ingredients. The starters (the quantity is small for the price) and the desserts (8 euros) are a little expensive. The waitress serving the tables is friendly. The environment is very dated and would need to be renovated. Unfortunately, we did not fully enjoy lunch, because the environment is not very heated (we had to keep our jackets at the table, and we were not the only ones). We'll be back when it's less cold.

20/03/2025: If you are looking for a typical Genoese trattoria that serves traditional dishes in a family atmosphere, this is the right place. For me it is a classic!

16/03/2025: The food is not bad but unfortunately like many places it has gotten worse over the years..much smaller portions..both tagliolini and trofie too few..Mixed fried Genoese style which seems like fried food for vegans..almost non-existent meat..I'm sorry but I wouldn't go back again given the not so convenient location..

04/03/2025: Un mio amico di Milano voleva visitare la pieve romanica di Uscio ed il museo degli orologi: per cena stavo per dirottare su Recco quando mi sono ricordato di averne sentito parlare in maniera lusinghiera. Cibi di qualità, menù con buona scelta, locale pulito e accogliente. Prezzo in linea con la qualità ed il servizio. Coniglio da provare, pane e focaccia caserecci. Ottima figura anche con chi è abituato a Milano :-)
