23/04/2026: The choice to serve a few classic, well-made dishes is spot on! Friendly and hospitable, the stuffed focaccias are truly delicious! Next up, we had pansotti in walnut sauce and trofie with pesto (in my opinion, the pansotti deserve a special mention over the trofie). For main courses, we chose veal with tuna sauce and pork cheek... I highly recommend the cheek because I don't know where else you can find it, DIVINE!!! Words can't describe such a well-made dish. All accompanied by a good house red wine. To finish, a whisky affogato. Very fair prices. The kitchen is very tidy and organized, even when busy, so well done! I recommend this trattoria and will definitely be back to enjoy the splendid view in addition to the good food. Keep up the good work!

The cuisine certainly deserves special mention: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and ingredients that immediately taste fresh and high-quality. Each course was beautifully presented and, above all, truly delicious, with that perfect balance of tradition and attention to detail that makes a dinner memorable. But the real added value of the evening was the service, particularly Ilaria's. It's rare to find someone who manages to combine professionalism, courtesy, and naturalness with such elegance. From the first moment, she welcomed us with a genuine smile, making us feel immediately at ease. Throughout the dinner, she was always present, yet never intrusive: attentive to every detail, ready to understand what we needed even before we had to ask. Ilaria demonstrated great skill in recommending the dishes, explaining them with passion and precision, clearly conveying her love for her work. Every recommendation she made proved spot-on and helped make the experience even more enjoyable. What's truly impressive is her ability to make every customer feel cared for with attention and genuine kindness, not with formality but with a genuine availability that's hard to find these days. Her service was impeccable from start to finish: perfect timing, constant attention, courteous manners, and a reassuring presence. 27/04/2026: Restaurant on a pretty square by the church, quiet and sunny. Perfect location for lunch. My squid ink pasta with tomatoes was very good, but the portion was much smaller than the same dish served next to me in a much larger quantity. However, the spaghetti with bacon and Parmesan was too salty and hard to swallow. Very good wine selection. Thanks to the waitress who was excellent and knew everything. The pastries could be improved.

17/03/2026: Welcoming place, friendly staff, but the food isn't the best. I think there are better places in Genoa. We had the fettuccine with pesto, and it wasn't anything special. The pasta was cold, and the pesto was cold.

Once you step inside, a world of traditional dishes opens up before you, along with attentive and friendly service and a decent price. There's a reason it's been open since 1922...

Your stomach and taste buds will be excited and enamored with all of the delicious foods that you’ll be consuming! We enjoyed the house appetizers, salad, natural water, prosecco, gnocchi pesto, ravioli ragu, rabbit, dessert cake, and stracciatella gelato. All 10/10! Clean establishment. Restroom is clean and well stocked. Great prices! Great service! Great atmosphere!

28/04/2026: We booked for lunch during the week. The dishes we chose from both the menu and some off-menu options were excellent and high-quality, both for the fresh fish and the lovingly presented food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a delightful Ligurian touch.

Everything was delicious, with generous portions and friendly service. To finish, a surprise heart-shaped dessert with strawberries and chocolate. 06/04/2026: We booked 15 days ago but couldn't find a table, but then they fixed it after a while. It took us 4 hours to eat a set menu worse than a wedding. The inn was very chaotic, the food was poor, and the prices were like those of a major restaurant. Never again!

02/05/2026: Delicious food; I recommend the paccheri and ravioli for the first course. For the second course, I ordered the rabbit after my girlfriend tried it. The staff were friendly, and the owner (?) was super nice. If I were to return to Genoa, I'd definitely dine here again!

Spectacular views of the valley await you, as you savor flavorful dishes and time-honored recipes, such as appetizers with cured meats, vegetable pies, and other delicacies. Hand-crafted first courses include ravioli with ragù and pansoti with walnut sauce, followed by tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, lasagnette, or trofie with pesto. For main courses, the house specialty is a rich Italian-style fritto misto, enough to feed two. Meat lovers will appreciate Piedmontese Fassona tartare, roast beef with herbs, veal with tuna sauce, Ligurian-style rabbit with olives, battered cod with panissette, fried focaccia filled with cheese, fried porcini mushrooms, and more.
