This an elegant family run establishment. Mom and a sister are in the kitchen, the other sister was my server.
I dined here on a rainy January day. The fireplace had a wonderful fire going. The table was set with very nice linens and a fresh flower. Service was excellent and the food was good. Extensive wine selection and there is lots of off street parking.
The surrounding woods are full of birdsong. If you are in the area, this is a good choice. In season, the outdoor dining looks quite appealing.

A welcoming and comfortable venue, with a traditional feel, just like the cuisine, which offers excellent dishes, all freshly prepared, to be savored with the right amount of time and patience. Impeccable service in the dining room and kitchen, a varied and interesting wine list with quality options at reasonable prices.
Absolutely worth the trip, unmissable.

A trattoria in the Ligurian hinterland in charming Lumarzo. We had lunch in the main dining room, where the atmosphere is reminiscent of times gone by, with lots of photos and a lovely fireplace. The day was perfect for lighting it. The ingredients were good, and the dishes were delicious. I expected a little more from the ravioli, but they were a bit disappointing.
The main courses were very good, although the portions could have been a little more generous. The dessert was the best.
The wait for the dishes was very long, perhaps too crowded.
All in all, a great experience.
