04/10/2025: I'm writing this review while I'm still here. It was a wonderful experience, from the food to the venue, and the icing on the cake, the kindness of the staff.
28/09/2025: We had booked an aperitivo, but when we ordered, some dishes weren't available: the cucculi were sold out, the panisse were missing from the menu, and the cheese platter wasn't ready due to its age. So, we opted for a small platter of vegetable pies, accompanied by a little Russian salad.
To round out the evening, we chose two first courses: the flavor was good, but the pasta was unfortunately a little too al dente.
We would have also tried the fried mushrooms, but since they're cooked in the same oil as the fish, we skipped it (allergy).
The deconstructed cannoli, on the other hand, was truly excellent and a pleasant surprise.
The location is simply unique: every detail tells a story, and nothing is left to chance.

15/09/2025: We celebrated my mother's birthday (89 years old) at the request of my father (90), who fondly remembered dining at this restaurant with his family since he was young/child, a detail that testifies to the long history of this place. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, the service very friendly, and the food truly excellent, with flavors reminiscent of tradition. It was a simple, authentic, and very pleasant lunch that made us feel right at home. A place we happily recommend and where we hope to return soon.
06/09/2025: Dedicated to those who love to eat well! Don't miss the spectacular cheese focaccias served with exceptional prosciutto. There are so many first courses, it's hard to choose. Then it gets even worse with the delicious, homemade dessert!

The menu on the website was different from the one offered at the restaurant.
As a vegetarian, I could only have the gnocchi with pesto (which I must say was very good). I would have liked to try other dishes, but there was no choice for main courses, not even fish.
The girl who served us was very friendly.

12/10/2025: A total disappointment. Dishes were literally tasteless, except for the greasy butter they put everywhere, including the pesto and mushrooms. The pesto was insufficient, and the mushrooms (expensive!) tasted like nothing. The ravioli were a good choice. Fortunately, I'd never had the Ligurian-style rabbit (terrible), already stewed. The wait was also long. I had guests over, and I was embarrassed. To be forgotten.
03/10/2025: You eat well but you spend a lot... in proportion to the type of food you order, you spend too much: 120 euros without wine for 3 starters, 1 main course and 2 desserts. The location is very nice though.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the location was very warm and welcoming.
I recommend the rabbit, which was SUPERB, and the desserts... a delight for the taste buds.

18/08/2025: This is a trattoria that many years ago embarked on a fantastic journey, a difficult one, but one that is bringing satisfaction to both its customers and its management. The dishes are a sort of exploration of the past with a modern presentation, and the success of this encounter lies in the final flavor. The wine list offers a good selection. The restroom, for me the hallmark of a restaurant, is always clean and tidy. From the service to the kitchen, the all-female team is in command: Signora Barbara, but watch out for the general's mother! She dresses like a lamb, but...
Friendliness, friendliness, and helpfulness don't come cheap, and there's plenty of it; the rest is fair game.

12/10/2025: Very bad. The rude manager treated us rudely. He didn't provide a detailed receipt with the prices. We overspent compared to what we ate. This is not how you treat customers.
This place should be removed from our list. I will never recommend it to anyone again.

The service is friendly and fast.
The dishes are very simple (appetizer: mixed cured meats, Russian salad, and melon; first course: ravioli with ragù, tagliolini with mushroom sauce, pesto lasagna; second course: mixed Italian-style fried fish, cima, veal with tuna sauce, roast beef, etc.), traditional Genoese food, all good.
What really bothered me was not having a menu with the prices of the dishes.
I made a mistake in not asking for the prices of everything.
The final price was a bit steep.

20/10/2025: It's become my new favorite pizzeria! The pizzas are really good; I've never felt heavy or thirsty overnight. They have a variety of flavors, many of which are truly unique. I've been ordering here for a few years now, and the quality of the pizzas hasn't changed. The pizza ordering service is also truly excellent; they're always friendly, and the pizzas always arrive on time (sometimes even early), and compared to many other pizzerias, the wait times are truly minimal. I now recommend them to everyone. My compliments!

19/05/2025: Qualità del cibo ottima, la carne era tenerissima, consiglio di avere più alternative vegetariane, le verdure sono tutte fritte e di specificare meglio sul meno, la focaccina in realtà era ungnocco fritto. Vista sul golfo top, personale gentile, servizio scorrevole. Da provare anche i piatti del giorno

27/04/2025: In famiglia siamo stati a pranzo dal Ristorante Bertin per il giorno di Pasqua che per noi è ormai un appuntamento fisso da anni per la famiglia.
Si mangia sempre molto bene in questo ristorante, ma qualcosa è cambiato!
Quest'ultima volta si sono davvero superati alzando di molto l'asticella sia in termini di qualità che di presentazione dei piatti, al punto di voler fare i complimenti ai cuochi.
Devo dire infatti che è per noi, il miglior posto dove mangiare e ritrovarsi per le feste, perché sia per cordialità e attenzione, ci fanno sentire sempre come a casa nostra.
Il locale è molto accogliente, ben decorato anche sui tavoli dove ci sono le ovette di cioccolato, ambiente super pulito e spazioso.
Abbiamo cominciato il pranzo con un antipasto a più portate freddo e caldo misto.
Poi come primi Ravioli al sugo di carne (superlativi), tagliatelle al sugo di funghi e al pesto.
Come secondo, arrosto di vitello con patatine fritte davvero ottimo e cima alla genovese.
Come dolce torta al cocco con sbriciolata di cioccolato e panna e fetta di colomba preparate dalla pasticcera Elisa del ristorante Bertin.
Nota particolare, che per ogni piatto di per se è una porzione già molto generosa, ci hanno offerto il bis e il tris, il ché è stato molto apprezzato perché tutto molto buono.
Vino, bibite, ghiaccio a volontà e caffe sono tutti inclusi.
Piatti consigliati:
Ravioli al sugo di carne.
Tagliatelle al sugo di funghi e al pesto.
Insalata russa e vitello tonnato
Torta al cioccolato e panna della casa.
Il locale è provvisto di area verde relax esterna e amplio parcheggio.
Nota natalizia, la chiesa di fronte ha un apprezzabile presepe sull'esterno.

Vivamente consigliato a chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole giornata in campagna mangiando buon cibo casalingo, servito con grande cortesia e attenzione.

20/04/2025: Dopo tanti anni che ne sentivo parlare da amici,siamo andati a verificare di persona la cucina di Bertin.
Ed in effetti tutto ciò che di buono abbiamo sentito a riguardo è pienamente confermato.
Servizio simpatico e puntualissimo,vasta scelta di portate ed ottima qualità delle proposte il tutto ad un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità.
