02/08/2025: We just returned from a wonderful week at this property. We had already stayed there last year. Quiet location, truly relaxing, spotlessly clean (the linens were constantly changed, spotlessly white!) and an excellent welcome. The family always went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Special thanks to their daughters Fiorella and Martina: they were a wealth of advice. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious: everything was homemade! Also, like last year, we booked an aperitif by the pool: highly recommended!!! Lots of different dishes, freshly cooked by the lady, surrounded by flowers from their garden! We will definitely be back.

27/07/2025: We chose this B&B over a 5-star resort because we were looking for simple, green, and affordable accommodations. The place is indeed nice and clean, and the breakfast is good. The owner is kind. However, the management leaves much to be desired. The owner's daughters, who actively manage the property, appear to have no experience in hospitality or guest management. We booked for 6 adults and 3 children, clearly communicating this at the time of booking. The children also paid a reduced rate. Despite this, we felt accused of "hiding" them, since—according to them—the property doesn't accept children. Fortunately, we had all the confirmation emails with the exact composition of the group and the related costs. It all started because one of the other rooms complained about a crying baby. Instead of showing sympathy or asking if everything was okay, they simply called us and asked us to "stop" her because she was disturbing us. As if it were our fault that the walls were so thin that we could hear everything. Not only was there no support, but we were also accused of faking the situation to file an insurance claim. Total madness. Zero respect! But the worst part is this: we had booked—at an additional cost of about €250—access to a beach they recommended, specifically asking via email if it was suitable for a person with a mobility disability, who could only walk if accompanied. We were assured that there would be no problems. In reality, the beach was completely inaccessible: a steep 250-meter descent on an unpaved road. We had to find and pay for another equipped beach, suitable for the disabled person. When we asked for a refund for a clearly inadequate service they "sold," not only were we denied, but we were also told that "the disabled person could have walked and was complaining pointlessly," completely downplaying the person's condition. A disrespectful, insensitive, and unacceptable attitude. Respect for guests, especially those with special needs, is nonexistent. Perhaps those who manage the facility should return to their original job—raising sheep or chickens—rather than dealing with hospitality, given their clearly inappropriate and inhumane attitude. One last piece of advice: avoid the Bubble Room. All the guests we saw asked to change rooms after the first night. It's too hot, the glass dome is dirty, and the sun wakes you at 6 a.m. For the same amount of money, you can sleep in a 5-star resort, with staff who treat you like guests, not intruders. Rating: 1 star (only because 0 isn't possible). Each negative review can cost the facility a hundred times the value of the refund they refused to grant, along with the respect they failed to show. Karma will do the rest: may that money go towards medicine.

09/08/2025: The best dinner we have had. Anything with Nonna Maria's sauce is amazing. Tagliatelle con salsa di Nonna Marria was awesome. Wine, dessert, cafe and limoncello. Outdoor seating with fans made dinner even more enjoyable in Piazza dei Dogi. There is a special menu however there is a QR Code for the full menu and we ordered from both withkut any issues. Ordered 2 Margherita pizzas to go because our kids stayed in but 20€ each was high for takeaway in my opinion, but pizza is good. They clean the fish at the table on request which is great too. Would definitely go back. Staff was very attentive and nice. Very enjoyable experience. And the fans outdoors is a big positive.

04/04/2025: I was invited to a match at this facility. I didn't know anyone. At the end of the game I go to pay my share. I am told in an arrogant and overbearing manner that I have to collect all the dues! Absurd! Never seen in 30 years of soccer from north to south Italy! Obviously tax receipt not received.

09/03/2025: Locale eccezionale per una esperienza in famiglia. Attento ai dettagli in un ambiente riservato ed accogliente. I bambini hanno la possibilità di trascorrere dei divertentissimi momenti in compagnia di una attenta animazione. Una chicca…è possibile monitorare i piccoli attraverso dei monitor presenti in sale. Cibo ottimo e servizio impeccabile!

03/08/2025: Frankly, I won't be returning! Over 45 minutes for a bottle of wine! Appetizers arrive at the table along with the main courses. You try to complain to the waiter, who even raises his voice, to the point of making you yell... when you should be having a quiet evening given the price of the dishes! But with over 100 diners and only 2 waiters, it's understandable that they might be frustrated! First courses proposed as the highlight of the evening are overcooked, you send them back, with the waiter's apologies this time, and they arrive tasteless! Risottos lack flavor from the shellfish...all at 25 euros per dish, given the quality, in my opinion crazy! Offer something simpler, but perhaps... Well cooked! Fried shrimp with not-so-fresh ones... After the disappointing evening, the establishment didn't even have the foresight to offer coffee,

26/07/2025: Extremely slow service. We had to call the waitress 20 times to order and have our table cleaned. Terrible service.

15/06/2025: Il Cornettone in Battipaglia is history and tradition. They never disappoint us. A regular stop for many years now. The late-night cornetto is always excellent. See you next time

23/08/2025: Disappointing experience at Vuttaro in Pioppi Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review. We went to Vuttaro and waited a full hour for just three pizzas. No explanation, no apology, just endless waits while other tables seemed to receive their orders faster. The pizzas were actually good, but after 60 minutes of waiting, honestly, our appetites had faded. In a seaside town, where one expects at least efficient service, this slowness is unacceptable. We won't be returning, and we won't recommend it. If you want a pizza without having to wait forever, perhaps you're better off looking elsewhere.

12/08/2025: A cool place to meet friends with children and young couples about to transform their relationship into something definite and stable. I ate an excellent platter and a wine 🍷 low in polyphosphates and rich in flavor, the welcome typical of a medieval village, this too is a lively scene. If you ask me, I'd happily return and perhaps start the family I've long wanted. Bye

11/08/2025: I'd heard about this bruschetteria and, naively, thought they'd start serving flavor right from the first contact. I called to make a reservation and, rather than a friendly response, I received a welcome on the phone worthy of a call center angry at the world. I didn't even have time to finish my sentence before the conversation had already turned... "crunchy." The bread may be good, but the kindness, apparently, is still in the oven.

20/08/2025: On August 20, 2025, I went to buy pizza and fried food at this rotisserie located in the Carmine neighborhood of Salerno. Overall: never to be repeated. Ordered takeout: a €2 slice of red pizza with meatballs (if I call this pizza flavorless, I'm being merciful), two anonymous red arancini (€1.50 each as indicated on the counter tag), and four potato croquettes for €0.60 each, without a hint of parsley, no mozzarella, no love! And in addition, a can of Coca-Cola Zero for a total of €9.40 which I dare say overall, for the quality and quantity of products, for the service offered and the rudeness of the staff, a robbery! (The lady rather annoyed to serve), the lady at the counter without a half smile, you who work with the public can't be so disgusted with people, especially polite ones like me who also bring money, that first of all you as an employee must be at least cordial and kind with customers who pay and thank you, that is, the basics, secondly I too have been in the sector and I know well that it is not easy but this treatment is not justifiable, furthermore, you who are also of a certain age and I presume experience in the sector should know better than me how to behave in commerce, then they say that it is the young ones who are rude; I am speechless! Dishonest, if you don't want to ruin your meal and your wallet, don't go there. N.B. as proof of my purchase I have attached the receipt.

27/07/2025: The carbonara was fine, but the clam pasta was just average and I'm almost sure the clams weren't fresh since I had a stomach ache afterward. They hit you with a €2.5 service fee per person that isn't mentioned anywhere, and they don't even bring you any bread. The server felt a bit shady, the music was way too loud, the extra fan in the corner seemed pointless, and my table wobbled. With fresher ingredients, clear fees, calmer music and a solid table, it could be a much nicer spot.

15/07/2025: Terrible experience. Too bad about the pizzas, because they weren't bad. I definitely won't be back. There were four of us, and we ordered four different pizzas. After almost an hour of waiting, three correct pizzas and one incorrect one arrived. After pointing out the mistake to the owner, he insisted we order that one. My father (who received the incorrect pizza) doesn't like cheese and would never have ordered a pizza with gorgonzola. Mr. Pasquale left angrily, and after about 15 minutes, he came to the table with another pizza, again incorrect, and again with cheese (shaved). My father would have even agreed to eat it if he had liked cheese, but since he didn't, he asked for his capricciosa again, and again the owner addressed him rudely and left without saying anything. After another 10 minutes, he came to the table, this time with a pizza that looked like a capricciosa (but with fried eggplant, mushrooms, and ham). My father obviously ate it because there was no cheese, and that was fine with him. Having concluded this description, I'd like to point out that Mr. Pasquale was drinking a pint of beer throughout the entire service. Furthermore, for all these inconveniences, not only were we given no apologies, but we were also treated terribly. Finally, leaving aside the terrible service and the incredibly long wait, when it came time to get the bill, he didn't even have change for us, and after several hiccups, we managed to get out of it. Luckily, we're polite people and we didn't complain or complain at all, but I want to write about this experience because it could happen again, and it's important to warn you. I hope this has been helpful.
