19/07/2025: La location non è accattivante e la diventa ancora meno quando si ha a che fare con proprietari e camerieri che mostrano una cordialità poco sincera e un umorismo da rivedere. La cucina spazia tra buone materie prime e piatti pessimi (la ciambotta galleggiava nell'olio e non aveva il sapore tipico) Ma il finale è stato col botto: una ricotta e pere andata a male che poteva rovinarci la vacanza. Avvisati, l'hanno depennata dal conto ma l'esperienza è risultata da non ripetere.

15/07/2025: Two pizzas and a bottle of water for €7.50, which is excessive given the quality and size of the pizza, but maybe one can live with it. There are no prices displayed (for the sandwiches), and the owner, an older man, is shockingly rude. I wanted to pay by card (oh yeah, they don't take American Express, and there's no sign anywhere for payment methods), so I changed cards, and the POS was momentarily blocked. There was a guy behind me who I wanted to let pass because his bus was leaving, when the man began, "Go away, everyone wants to pay by card," raising his voice. The guy walked away, and I was shocked by such rudeness. He wanted us to pay in cash, so he wouldn't have to issue a receipt like he did with the previous lady? How is it possible that in 2025 they make a fuss if someone wants to pay by card? Avoid.

10/04/2025: A really lovely couple running a bar. The products change.. Let's do what they say feels good in the morning. Nothing was spoiled by the price.

07/09/2025: Four of us visited this place, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't satisfying. We ordered a portion of fries, four eggplant meatballs, a "kilo" of pizza (which honestly didn't seem like a kilo at all), four draft beers (0.40 each), and four bottles of water. The total bill was €117. Just to give you an idea: beers were €9 each and water was €3 per bottle. We spent almost half the total on drinks alone, a disproportionate amount for the type of products offered. The food quality was decent, but nothing special. The value for money, however, was disappointing: portions weren't generous and prices were significantly above average. Overall, I don't think we'll be back: there are many other options that offer more honest and satisfying options.

31/08/2025: Terrible experience. They seated us in a room with extremely dirty chairs and a nauseating bathroom smell. I asked to get married in another room. The pizza was nothing special, hard and crispy, and the prices were too high. First and last time, I'll never go there again.

30/03/2025: Slightly incorrect service. For four adults and four children, we ordered two portions of fries and found ourselves with, in addition to the €8 for the fries, €28 for mixed fried foods. This already didn't seem fair to me (we didn't refuse them just out of politeness and didn't think we were paying €28), but after ordering pizzas, we paid without checking all the items on the bill because I stopped paying for the fried foods, including two mini pizzas, as well as the full ones. I'm not questioning the quality of the products, but the service was subpar. The pizza is very good, both in terms of the ingredients and the dough, but we paid €120 for the mixed fried foods we didn't choose, and for five pizzas + two baby pizzas. A bit expensive considering we paid more than we asked for, but objectively the pizza is worth it.

27/09/2025: The restaurant was empty (I now understand why), and we still waited over 40 minutes for our food. The portions were small and greasy (see picture). The indifferent service and I are no longer friends. However, the smell of pizza from the restaurant next door enhanced our visit, hence +1 star. And then the €49 bill, which left us with no fullness... Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

27/08/2025: A place to absolutely avoid in Cetara is the La Cianciola restaurant. The first courses are sparse and flavorless, and the wait staff (one person) is very willing but unprofessional; it's unreasonable to pay €22 for two roasted octopus tentacles. Our culinary experience in Cetara will definitely continue, but not at this place.

28/08/2025: Dirty, tiny beach, charging €30 for an umbrella, sunbed, and deckchair, and €1 for a cold shower—let alone a hot one—is a rip-off! Avoid.

28/08/2025: It lacks cleanliness, broken sunbeds and an incredible smell of leaves. Even the welcome is not the best, I absolutely do not recommend it

18/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to report a terrible experience at your restaurant. I ordered fried fish, which turned out to be of poor quality, with an unpleasant flavor, a strong smell of used oil, and a texture that suggested it was not fresh. The dish was completely out of line with the price paid, which I consider excessive for what was served. When I reported it, I received a rude and impolite response from the owner, which further degraded the evening. I'm sorry to have to leave this kind of comment, but I think it's right to highlight such a negative experience out of respect for the customers. I think they can close down!

19/08/2025: I'm not a tourist; I'm at home in Cetara, I live a few kilometers away. This morning I had breakfast at this bar. Served by a kind lady, yes, but already tired for an early morning, perhaps due to her advanced age. Liquid cappuccino, no creaminess, burnt coffee, the cup looked like a coffee cup. Frozen croissant, cold, the only jam: apricot. Glass of water served in a plastic bag. A napkin, one. Cost four euros. In my charming town or in neighboring areas, I pay more or less, but I assure you, I find quality and authenticity in the product. Prices will skyrocket as long as this is the Amalfi Coast's commercial tourism policies. Alas, tourism will decline dramatically. The era when three months were supposed to fill the coffers for the whole year is over! Shame

30/08/2025: Not only is she ugly but she's also unpleasant.

14/08/2025: I ordered three pizzas for €21, and the price was excellent. The sausage and chips were stale, clearly more than half an hour old, and the Quattro Stagioni crust was completely burnt, as you can see from the photo. I would have preferred to wait five minutes longer and not have to throw all of it away.

10/08/2025: For my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, we had made reservations for nine people, mentioning a few hours in advance that we were unsure whether my wife and daughter would be present due to health reasons (and therefore potentially speeding up service, as they were the first customers). Upon our arrival, the "welcome" we received from the owner was an unacceptable comment: "You've already made me stupid." This type of approach toward customers, especially on such a special occasion, is disrespectful to say the least. To make matters worse, we waited an hour just for the appetizer, and after two hours at the table, only that had arrived. At that point, due to my daughter's worsening fever, we were forced to leave. I find it absurd that a restaurant with such a large seating capacity and a massive customer base is incapable of handling a dinner that had already been booked in advance in an acceptable timeframe, especially on such an important occasion for the customers. Before further poisoning the matter, I'd like to speak directly with the owner (I haven't had the time or opportunity) to understand how he can justify an attitude and service that ruined an important evening of celebration. It's not just a matter of slowness: it's a matter of I'm giving it one star only because it can't be given LESS THAN ZERO!

27/08/2025: A simply perfect evening at Agriturismo Le Prunelle. Nestled in the tranquil Cannalonga area, this restaurant offers one of the most breathtaking views you could wish for, overlooking the heart of Cilento and the sea. A panorama worth the visit alone, it fills the eyes and soul. The cuisine is the true protagonist: an authentic experience of the most authentic flavors of Cilento tradition. We began with an appetizer of rosemary pizza scraps, offered on the house, delicious, a start that immediately demonstrated the exceptional quality of the menu. The meat and side dishes were a testament to this: excellent quality ingredients, expertly cooked with an almost sacred respect for the authentic flavors. The suckling pig deserves an honorable mention: tender, flavorful, and impeccably cooked. Simply fantastic, one of those dishes you remember for a long time. To round things off, we were treated to an out-of-this-world Annurca apple liqueur, a spectacular digestif that capped off a memorable dinner. But a place isn't just about good food and beautiful views. Sincere praise goes to Raffaele and his entire staff. Their friendliness, promptness, and attentiveness to our every request made the experience even more enjoyable and special. We felt pampered and at home from the first to the last minute. If you're looking for authentic Cilento cuisine, a warm welcome, and a dream location, Le Prunelle is a must-see. Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: Many people complain about the food, the service, but we cannot join them. When in Amalfi, we ate there, and had a couple of (very good) Limoncello Spritz. We found the pizza to be fine for our taste, and the service was very good, too. In fact, the waiter had a quiet, comfortable attitude, which we pleased us: We were not talked into ordering anything we did not like, etc. ADDENDUM: Now, after having been to many other places in Naples and around (incl. Amalfi), I must revise the previous overall four-stars to five. We can safely say that the Limoncello Spitz at La Dolce Vita was the best, in comparison to the many others we had. So +1 point from us.

18/09/2025: Good, fast, and attentive service. Expensive for the small portions they serve. The spaghetti was tough and tasteless. The seafood was small for €25. The lasagna was very good, highly recommended.

19/08/2025: But how is it possible to pay €6 for 6 mini cannoli.... without weighing them by the kilo, but that's all right!!! A REAL SCAM.... NO COMMENT!!! Too bad I can't attach the receipt here.... Never again!!!!!! Bar Galardi is much better, too bad they ran out of cannoli!!!!!
