28/09/2025: Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's baptism in this splendid venue. The atmosphere was very refined: clean, bright, and welcoming. The dishes were prepared with quality ingredients, and the food was excellent and plentiful. At the end of the meal, we were offered a tasting of truly excellent homemade amaros. The bill was fair, and the staff was professional and extremely courteous: quality service in every way. The owners were kind and helpful. All the guests were satisfied. Definitely one of the best venues in the area.

30/08/2025: We went to dinner at Ristoro delle Monache on the recommendation of friends, but our expectations were greatly disappointed. We expected a tasting of typical local products, as we were promised upon arrival. In reality, both the appetizers and the main courses (we didn't order the first course) didn't seem particularly good. Furthermore, the oil was served at the table in a small bottle with no label indicating its provenance, origin, or type, and was a worrying straw-yellow color. Last but not least, the bill (€42 per person, no itemized details).

22/12/2025: A total disappointment: two risottos arrived lukewarm, two microwaved calamari so tough they were inedible, one with half a toothpick still on the plate. A real disaster.

17/12/2025: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this restaurant. I chose it based on the good reviews and was intrigued by the dishes seen in the photos. The food, even though we only chose one course each, was very disappointing (which is why we didn't choose Alto). These mistakes could have been avoided (ok, we're not chefs, but at least we know the basics of cooking). We won't even go into details because it would be pointless. The service provided by the owner, on the other hand, was very courteous and excellent, but I would have expected a little more attention, especially given the problem we encountered. Precisely for this reason, I consider the bill decidedly steep, considering the food we ate. N.B. The reviews are not fake, as my account has a very high number of reviews and several badges awarded by Google.

24/08/2025: We discovered it by chance, we were in the area, and after leaving the main road you have to drive up a winding road. At least the GPS showed us that route, since we're not from the area. Everything was great - good food - dessert - coffee - service - and the prices - keep it up - recommended - We'll definitely be back!

17/12/2025: I'm a bus driver, I was at the Palacoscioni and for dinner I found myself in this pizzeria, I had their specialty the Bruschettone... what can I say, fantastic

20/09/2025: Mangiapizza is second to none because the pizza is delicious! The service is excellent, they're fast, and their home deliveries are perfect.

28/08/2025: The pizzas are very good and the value for money is incredible. I thank the pizzaria who took the time to understand what I wanted despite the fact that I don't speak Italian and also the girl who was able to help me too because she spoke a little French. Thank you very much!

22/10/2025: A small restaurant located near the town of Cava, a true gem. A wide selection on the open-front menu, with the option of trying Greek pita bread. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the food. A must-try if you're in the area.

07/03/2026: Bad experience. We made a reservation but they didn't seat us due to lack of seats. They inconvenienced us because we had children with us.

07/03/2026: Even though we'd ordered by phone and driven an hour to get there, they wouldn't seat us because there was no table. Without an apology, they made us leave. Rude.

10/06/2025: I went to the counter to ask if some tests were prescribable or not. They told me that they were not prescribable and therefore I had to pay 62 euros. The doctor prescribed me the same tests again after 15 days for a further check-up telling me that they were prescribable. For further confirmation I called Synlab in Pagani and they told me that they were reimbursable. The end result is that I paid 62 euros that were not due. I no longer go to Synlab for check-ups.

16/02/2026: I dined on Valentine's Day evening: I enjoyed old-fashioned flavors, especially the Angus steak, which was tender, flavorful, and plentiful. The house wine left a bit to be desired. The speakers were too loud, and at times it was difficult to converse. Nello Albano was charming, but it would have been nice to have a bit of a change in the music: for someone like me who doesn't like Neapolitan music, listening to him all Valentine's evening (including other improvised "singers") was just too much. I'd gladly return to try the meat again, but without the music...please!
