19/10/2025: The night before leaving, we noticed this bakery and pastry shop, especially for the aroma wafting from it. The next morning, we stopped for breakfast. They even had a coin-operated coffee machine, brioches with cream and Genovese, a bag of bread, a pane cunzato, and a bread filled with white ragù, and a bag of mixed dry pastries—all truly delicious. The owner let us try a fig cookie and gave us a bag of Reginella for the trip. Everyone was kind and professional. If I return to Palermo, I'll definitely come back.

03/07/2026: We had an unforgettable dinner at Il Flauto di Pan in Ravello — truly one of those rare evenings where everything comes together beautifully. We chose both the seafood tasting menu and the meat tasting menu, and every course was exceptional: refined, beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with outstanding quality ingredients and great care. Each dish felt thoughtful and elegant, without ever losing its soul. What made the evening even more special, though, was the people. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive in the most graceful way — always present when needed, but never intrusive. Everyone seemed to know their craft deeply, and together they created an experience that felt personal, seamless, and genuinely memorable. As it was my birthday dinner, they also surprised me with a small cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. And there was another moment I will always remember: the pianist was playing beautifully throughout the evening, and when I passed by to tell him how much I enjoyed his music, he kindly offered to play a piece chosen by me, for me. It was deeply touching. It was a magical evening in a magical place — the kind of experience that stays with you long after the night is over. Thank you to everyone at Il Flauto di Pan for making my birthday dinner so special.

Chef Lorenzo Montoro masterfully handles the ingredients. Let the talented Teresa guide you on your wine tour. An experience that will remain in your heart and mind, worth more than the money in your pocket.

06/07/2026: I wanted to order a Margherita pizza with fries, but the guy on the phone kept talking about baked potatoes, unable to understand a rather simple request. Then another guy intervened and, instead of trying to clarify the misunderstanding, immediately accused me of not having expressed the order correctly. I understand that Italian may not be easy for everyone, but in a business open to the public, being able to communicate with customers appropriately is essential. Unfortunately, the phone service was unprofessional and the overall experience decidedly disappointing. I do not recommend it.

12/04/2026: Recommended by locals, it was a genuine surprise. We had a vegetable appetizer that was truly cooked to perfection, with the flavors of the garden clearly evident. Then came the meat and potato stew: delicious. The meat was so tender it melted in your mouth. My mother used to make it just like that. Lastly, the prices were reasonable, and they even kindly offered us some amaro (licorice flavor, truly remarkable). A heartfelt "thank you."
