Dear Francesco, Perhaps you missed the fact that all five ravioli dishes were sent back because the ricotta filling was unfortunately sour. Instead, we were served tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which, however, didn't live up to expectations. Much of this, too, was returned to the kitchen still on the plates. I'm sorry, but the overall experience was disappointing, and we most likely won't return. ....... An evening to forget. The food and service were decidedly disappointing. I expected much more, especially after reading some positive reviews. The quality of the food, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired, particularly in terms of the freshness and preservation of the ingredients. The only redeeming features of the experience are the truly enchanting location and view. Otherwise, the value for money is absolutely unjustified: it's neither worth the expense nor the trip. I don't recommend it.

26/07/2026: We've been frequenting this place for years because it's conveniently close to home, and the food is good, but unfortunately, the evening's experience has become too frustrating. The story repeats itself every time: an hour and a half to two hours pass between the wait for the waiters and the pizzas arriving. Sitting down at 9:00 PM means you systematically finish after 11:30 PM, which ruins the mood for the evening and prevents any other plans. Added to this is the severe disorganization of the service. Last night, we sent back a sandwich (requested with a double burger) because the meat was undercooked; it was brought back with just one burger and no sides. Given the constant inattention and the fatigue we'd accumulated throughout the evening, we decided to give up just to get away. It's a shame, but proximity alone is no longer enough to justify evenings spent feeling nervous.

28/09/2025: Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's baptism in this splendid venue. The atmosphere was very refined: clean, bright, and welcoming. The dishes were prepared with quality ingredients, and the food was excellent and plentiful. At the end of the meal, we were offered a tasting of truly excellent homemade amaros. The bill was fair, and the staff was professional and extremely courteous: quality service in every way. The owners were kind and helpful. All the guests were satisfied. Definitely one of the best venues in the area.

30/08/2025: We went to dinner at Ristoro delle Monache on the recommendation of friends, but our expectations were greatly disappointed. We expected a tasting of typical local products, as we were promised upon arrival. In reality, both the appetizers and the main courses (we didn't order the first course) didn't seem particularly good. Furthermore, the oil was served at the table in a small bottle with no label indicating its provenance, origin, or type, and was a worrying straw-yellow color. Last but not least, the bill (€42 per person, no itemized details).

I recommend the cod in all its variations, well-prepared and masterfully deboned! The desserts are also excellent, both in terms of delicacy and presentation. You can also choose to eat meat. Professional and courteous service.

13/10/2025: Looking at this dish and then saying it's excellent means little, trust me, the taste is magnificent, the scallops are top notch and I want to thank the chef who puts her all into creating such good dishes and not only the restaurant part but also the bar and the top here you find cigarettes and much more guys exit San Severino market a few kilometers from the exit and find goodness and above all the hospitality and I say again thank you big thank you thank you very much to all the staff and the owners

26/09/2025: A place where you can relax and be at ease and it's the first time I've been here and it won't be the last. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. What can I say? Their products are all top-quality. I'm here right now and between the whining and the chicken breast, it deserves 10 and praise. You can see that in the kitchen there is a fantastic chef who makes you taste the products he created and cooked to a 10. It's a shame the stars are only 5, otherwise it would be all 10. I want to thank the staff for the wonderful welcome.

06/07/2026: I wanted to order a Margherita pizza with fries, but the guy on the phone kept talking about baked potatoes, unable to understand a rather simple request. Then another guy intervened and, instead of trying to clarify the misunderstanding, immediately accused me of not having expressed the order correctly. I understand that Italian may not be easy for everyone, but in a business open to the public, being able to communicate with customers appropriately is essential. Unfortunately, the phone service was unprofessional and the overall experience decidedly disappointing. I do not recommend it.

I sincerely thank Enrico, the owner, for accommodating my every request. He took care of every detail, obsessively making everything simply perfect and unforgettable.
