27/05/2026: I went here for dinner in May 2026 with my cousin. We are not Italian, but we speak Italian. We were polite, and waited to be seated. We asked to sit in the central courtyard, that I had been in 5 years ago. It was a cute, rustic and full of charactor then, I was shocked to see the "new" design, was stripped of any charactor and actually seemed a little sad, and unloved. We sat down and were greeted by a young man in what I would expect a teen to wear to the beach or wash a car. After giving us menues he rejoined the other staff gathered around a table in the courtyard behind us and had a great loud chit chat, leaving us overly unattended, to the point I had to call him over to order. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 beers, and a plate of fries, followed by a "strawberry tiramisu. The bottled beer was great, 1 pizza was ok, the other was no. It was a soup of liquid(most likely from frozen toppings like the mushrooms they threw on top of my pizza) , it was so bad I had to ask for more napkins to sop up the liquid in the middle of my pizza ...an Italian would have sent it back...actually they would not have had the balls to give it to an italian........no apologies.....no offer to redo my pizza.....just 100% indifference. I ate my pizza and turned my attention away from the food and on my dinner conversation....we ended the meal with an underwhelming dessert which reminded me of something a British dinner lady would serve up in a middle school/comprehensive school. If you miss bad British food, go here. Lesson to the owner: Treat every client like they are your beloved cousin. I live here, and I won't come back to a dump of a restaurant like yours ever again.

14/12/2025: Birthday gone bad! You agree on an initial price with the managers...and then end up with almost double that...I don't recommend it!

21/04/2026: Unfortunately, the location is small, but very rustic and welcoming. The pizza is SPECTACULAR: long-risen, light, well-seasoned, flavorful, and very digestible. You have to try it to believe it.

27/05/2026: No. As the name suggests, their signature dish is the famous Zizzona di Battipaglia. The cured meats are simply fantastic, and the owner is infinitely kind. You can also buy mozzarella and have it packed in a special container for transport. If the weather permits, eat outside because the street is pedestrianized.

18/05/2026: This place is wonderful. They have excellent food, all fresh and local. Great selection of wines, deli meats, cheeses, and snacks. Ciro's service is superb, warm, and generous. I recommend it 100%! 👌🏼

04/04/2026: Truly excellent. We ordered five pizzas, and they were all delicious. The Nerano and Campana were truly top-notch; comparable to the pizzas you get in central Naples. Truly delicious.

20/03/2026: The pizza is very good but the waitress is rude and gives vague answers saying that the pizza chef is busy NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

02/06/2026: A celiac's paradise! Sublime gelato; spectacular yogurt; delicious desserts. A vast selection of gluten-free options; 0% contamination; 100% safe for celiacs. Attentive, kind, and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean.

22/07/2025: I went to Pizzeria Rosticceria Romana in Baronissi with a friend, and we ordered several pre-made dishes from the counter. Everything was truly delicious: the rotisserie specialties were flavorful, well-cooked, and made with fresh ingredients. Excellent quality and generous portions, perfect for a quick but tasty dinner. The hostess was truly kind, and the atmosphere was welcoming, ideal for a casual evening. I definitely recommend this place. We'll definitely be back to try more specialties.

02/05/2026: My experience at this pizzeria was unfortunately disappointing in several respects. First, the wait for service was excessively long, far beyond what one would expect from an organized and efficient service. As for the food, the quality didn't live up to expectations: the fried foods were served cold on the inside and hard on the outside, a clear sign of sloppy preparation. The pizza, on the other hand, was flavorless and, overall, barely edible. It's particularly unfortunate that, once it's gained a certain amount of notoriety, the restaurant no longer seems to guarantee the quality standards that likely led to its initial success. Greater attention to both service and product quality would be welcome.

22/03/2026: The ice cream is really good, but it's a shame you can't tell when it's open or closed. Either the hours here on Google Maps aren't accurate, or it opens and closes whenever it wants.

23/12/2025: For next time, I would appreciate it if he could give me a receipt so I could understand how the total is calculated because the guy did the math with the calculator and then gave me a receipt only for the total, taking away my chance to calmly check if I paid the right amount!

18/12/2025: Excellent pizza with exceptional dough, and the homemade potato croquettes are also delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming.
