16/08/2025: A place to maybe grab a beer and a slice of pizza, but not to spend the evening. We arrive (seven of us) and order fried food and two pizzas. Fried food (arancini and pasta frittatas) arrives on the table in the shape of "balls"... and so far, no problem, except that despite the specific recommendation to have the food delivered hot and despite a clearly visible oven... the food arrives cold. Something that leaves us feeling "cold" too. A good reheating would have been enough, but it's clear that the fried food was taken from the counter and not even warmed up a bit... We then wait about 45 minutes for two margheritas without any infamy or glory... perhaps it would have been better to order slices of pizza... We order ice creams (hazelnut and lemon granitas). The hazelnut ice creams are actually good... but the granitas aren't as good, which, while perhaps homemade, have a hint of slightly stale or old lemon with an unpleasant aftertaste. Great for a quick beer.

27/09/2025: The food isn't bad, but the service disappointed us. Being overly "friendly" isn't necessary. They let us choose and then told us they didn't have what we wanted. We chose something else, but they forced us to waste two identical dishes so they wouldn't have to cook two different things. I asked for the burger on a plate and the meat well done because I'm pregnant, but they did the exact opposite. I expected someone to come to the table to ask if everything was okay, but no one ever came, and now I had to leave still hungry. I'd prefer more attention to service, not excessive "friendliness."

His professionalism and warmth made our stay extra special. The terrace and breakfast experience was beyond amazing. Every morning we were greeted by the most breathtaking view of Positano — a panorama of colorful homes cascading down the cliffs toward the sparkling sea. Sitting there with a cup of perfectly brewed coffee and a plate of freshly baked cakes and pastries felt like something out of a dream. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, offering everything from fresh fruit and eggs to croissants straight from the oven. The room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with a view that we’ll never forget. At night, we could sit on our balcony and listen to the sounds of the coast while watching the lights of Positano shimmer below. What really sets Hotel Conca d’Oro apart is the combination of outstanding service, warm hospitality, and an unbeatable location. 12/11/2025: We stayed at Hotel Conca D'Oro a month ago and also held our wedding there, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Arianna and the rest of the staff were amazing - very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly on our special day. Even when we had to adjust our plans due to weather, Arianna handled everything smoothly and made sure the transition was effortless. The entire team was professional, generous and thoughtful in every detail. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and breakfast each morning was great. Our wedding and stay exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay or wedding venue. Thank you again to Arianna and the whole staff for making our day truly special!

How can you respond to a customer calling to make a reservation: "Fondo Lazzaro, tell me?"...
