07/03/2026: The pizza is delicious, light and with a soft dough that makes it very tasty. Wide variety of flavors. There's not much to choose from; the tap option is good. The bottled option is good. Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. The fried foods are also good.
06/03/2026: I take back the excellent review I left three years ago, because the quality of the pizza has changed. It's not what it used to be; it's heavy, and the ingredients (the peppers) didn't taste good. Furthermore, twice in a row, on a Friday and a Thursday, a delivery order placed at 8:00 PM arrived at 9:30 PM. Unacceptable. Guys, try to get back to the excellent pizzeria it once was, because it needs it!

Very light and perfectly cooked pizza, delicious and also affordable. You can't ask for anything more! Also, the new Re Sole pizza, with yellow cherry tomato cream and fried onion, is incredible! 😱

16/03/2026: Lambente and beautiful, very nice and tidy, small but a nice place, unfortunately the waiters are not Italian and we asked if the cafeteria was open the boy unfortunately did not speak our language and could not give us an answer, for the rest everything was beautiful, I recommend it also the catchy music I am slightly high

08/03/2026: I was here this evening for an aperitif with my friends.
We had drinks and a platter. The prices were fair for the drinks, but I think the platter was a bit expensive at €16. It was small and there wasn't much to taste.

The 15th anniversary celebration of Special Pub in Battipaglia was a truly fun event. The atmosphere was electrifying and the organization impeccable.
We came to celebrate, but of course we also ate: the food was, once again, top-notch! Amazing sandwiches and specialties, a true guarantee of quality.
The owners are fantastic people, and you can see how much they put into this place. Their friendliness and dedication are the true secret to Special's biennial success.
A well-deserved achievement. Special Pub is an institution: the food is excellent and the atmosphere is even better!
29/09/2025: I'm giving 5 stars only because there aren't 100!!! What can I say, a stratospheric evening, finally an event where we had fun in a genuine way and felt at home, singing at the top of our lungs while laughing and enjoying the company of everyone present!!! The quality of the products is beyond discussion, starting from the originality of the platter to the goodness of the sandwiches!!! And as the icing on the cake (which was also delicious!!!) the fireworks, explosive and colorful like the owners!!! Special, what can I say, YOU ARE SIMPLY SPECIAL ❤️

18/10/2025: We had a great experience and really enjoyed it. When we went the first time, we didn't know we needed to reserve, but the second time we wanted to go, we booked a table at 5:30 PM (reservation time), but they told us it was fully booked, so we had to reserve at least two days in advance. Nothing to complain about, the pizzas were delicious, and we'll definitely be back.
18/10/2025: A spacious, well-maintained place that truly caters to everyone. The pizzas are easy to digest, the sandwiches are delicious, and there's a wide variety of quality meats, which isn't always a given. I ordered the special "Casello 2.0" pizza: super-stuffed with a mini fillet and crispy chicken strips... a true explosion of flavor! The strips were perhaps a little too greasy, but overall, it was truly delicious. The Margherita was also excellent, and the sandwiches were much appreciated.
The only small flaw: the place is always busy, even with early afternoon reservations... but that, after all, is a sign of quality. Highly recommended for those looking for a tasty pizza and flavorful meats.

23/12/2025: I think that you will not find a better pizza almost anywhere! These guys also make the traditional pizza cooked in a tin, superb!
I visited recently with mates and I intend to return soon, great service, pizzas and value for money too. Ps there is a huge car park behind the premises too.

17/09/2025: Visit date: September 17, 2025. Cappuccino and croissant at the table. While I was eating, they brought me a receipt (maybe because I'm dark-haired and don't look Italian?) hmmm. And other tables that were eating didn't get receipts! hmmm!.....
