09/03/2026: I celebrated my thirtieth birthday for lunch yesterday at Lap Station, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was simply perfect. ​The food is excellent and the atmosphere is just right, but the real added value of the place is the staff. Special thanks go to Gervasio, the owner: a man of rare kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. He looked after us with impeccable attention, taking care of every detail and making us feel truly "at home." ​It's hard to find such a successful blend of quality and human warmth these days. I extend my sincerest compliments to Gervasio, to Nicoletta for the wonderful preparation, and to the entire team for their excellent work. Thank you for making this milestone so special! ​Highly recommended!

03/02/2026: The appetizers are mediocre and of poor quality, the dessert selection is almost nonexistent, and above all, they're expensive!!! Be careful, to make you leave your table on Sunday evenings, the waiter will take your glass while you're still drinking...

05/11/2025: I loved the atmosphere and the service was solid. We were told by our server about the “fish of the day” which we decided to order even though the price was not listed as it would vary based on market price. They brought out a tray of fresh fish and we got to choose which one we wanted to eat. We selected the red snapper and a little while later the tray with the fish and pasta was brought out. Our server took apart the fish and divided the dish onto 2 separate plates. It honestly looked like it was going to be great… but the fish itself was filled with bones and scales. Even in the pasta itself every bite I was finding scales and bones (and I was looking!) The issues for me comes down to price, I understand that maybe I just had some bad luck, and the fish I ordered was difficult to properly separate. But my partner and I only ordered the fish of the day and some water and the total price was €89. I believe that based on the other reviews this place has some solid offerings. But based on my own experience this was really disappointing. **After writing this review the "owner" has responded and has for whatever reason added false context - so to clarify: - No, the server did not mention any of the price differences between the fish of the day. - No we did not have wine during our meal, as I mentioned before the only thing we had was the fish of the day meal and some water. - and NO we did not eat the whole meal, the dish we left behind was half finished (at best) because the pasta was way too salty and the entire dishes was FULL of scales and fish bones like I said, perhaps I've just had some bad luck with this place... clearly they've been around for a while and based on other reviews it seems like they DO have some nice offerings. I however, felt very disappointed and would not recommend.

07/01/2026: I ate a pizza that I expected to be of superior quality. There's not much choice for those with food intolerances. The place is very large and spacious, but the heating is lacking. We ate in the cold. Perhaps I had different expectations, and that's why I was a bit disappointed. However, the staff is friendly, and the service is average.

His professionalism and warmth made our stay extra special. The terrace and breakfast experience was beyond amazing. Every morning we were greeted by the most breathtaking view of Positano — a panorama of colorful homes cascading down the cliffs toward the sparkling sea. Sitting there with a cup of perfectly brewed coffee and a plate of freshly baked cakes and pastries felt like something out of a dream. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, offering everything from fresh fruit and eggs to croissants straight from the oven. The room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with a view that we’ll never forget. At night, we could sit on our balcony and listen to the sounds of the coast while watching the lights of Positano shimmer below. What really sets Hotel Conca d’Oro apart is the combination of outstanding service, warm hospitality, and an unbeatable location. It has that perfect balance of quiet relaxation and easy access to the heart of Positano. Yes, there are a few steps (as expected in Positano!), but every one of them is worth it for the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere that await you at the top. 12/11/2025: We stayed at Hotel Conca D'Oro a month ago and also held our wedding there, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Arianna and the rest of the staff were amazing - very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly on our special day. Even when we had to adjust our plans due to weather, Arianna handled everything smoothly and made sure the transition was effortless. The entire team was professional, generous and thoughtful in every detail. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and breakfast each morning was great. Our wedding and stay exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay or wedding venue. Thank you again to Arianna and the whole staff for making our day truly special!

07/12/2025: We were expecting the pizzas to be delivered at 10:30 PM after we had called to order at 9 PM. In the end, no one delivered the pizzas and the place closed without giving any explanation. Terrible.

22/11/2025: When I decide to eat pizza, I always and only order from I Due Vulcani, because they make the best pizza and kebab, lately, however, like the last 5 times and even today (booked for 8.25pm, it's 9.15pm and they still haven't arrived), they are always late, and not by 5 minutes but more than half an hour. Furthermore, the rider of the last few times is very rude, he calls me by phone to go and collect the delivery at the end of the street and not in front of the house, the road is a bit bumpy, but if I pay for home delivery there is a reason, otherwise I would have come to pick it up at the pizzeria. Furthermore, when I ordered drinks, having forgotten them, he tells me that I will take them another time, so as not to come back to bring them to me.

09/11/2025: We visited this pizzeria and were absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, the staff is friendly and always smiling. The pizzas are simply exceptional: light and digestible dough, fresh, top-quality ingredients. We chose Cilento on the Road & Domenica da nonna, both of which were truly delicious. The service was also excellent: fast but never rushed, with great customer service. The quality-price ratio is more than fair. We'll definitely be back, because it's rare to find a pizzeria where everything works so well! 🍕👏

03/03/2026: Beautiful location and excellent food, but terrible service. We waited about 1.5 hours from the appetizer to the main course. It's a shame because everything else was fine.

22/02/2026: I dined here by chance and was thrilled! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for an evening with family or friends, and the staff is friendly and attentive. But a special shout-out goes to the pizza chef, because the pizza is extraordinary! Light, fragrant, perfectly leavened, impeccably cooked... in a word: delicious. Compliments to the entire staff, I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it!

22/06/2025: A day of total relaxation. Often when you get to know places through social media you risk having too many expectations compared to reality. In this case the belief that we would have found a beautiful, clean place where you can eat well (km 0 products!) was fully confirmed. I do not give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. For example, I recommend a fence that delimits the parking area given the risk of falling in front of the raised area. The rooms were not evaluated as we did not stay overnight. Highly recommended!!!

28/05/2025: The hilltop location with sea view is truly splendid; the family and friendly welcome; the food... well, the meals are prepared with all the products from the garden and the farm and cooked really well by the owner, who really pampers her guests. The 4 stars for the rooms are just an incentive to fix some small, but really small, defects: a shower siphon that doesn't drain very well or the window that opens with difficulty. All things that can really be solved and that don't take anything away from the comfort of the rooms and the beauty of the structure... just small flaws that, if eliminated, would make the San Basilio even more splendid. I won't add photos because those you see on the site correspond to reality: very beautiful structure with greenery and lush plants... the scent of flowers and a breathtaking view

16/11/2025: Poor service. Music only recommended for those over 60/70. The location is small and unwelcoming. I even found a dirty glass, and when I asked for a replacement, no one came. I strongly advise against it.

02/11/2025: I haven't had the pleasure of trying this place, but I can say that the impression I got simply by calling to make a reservation was truly negative. How can you respond to a customer calling to make a reservation: "Fondo Lazzaro, tell me?"... I was perplexed and asked him to repeat the question to make sure I hadn't made a mistake, and he repeated: "Fondo Lazzaro, tell me." It's a real shame if this place offers so much. I hope it's not the owner who responds like that, but an employee, and that this review of mine can be helpful. I'd love to be able to eat the things a dear friend of mine told me about.

20/08/2025: My go-to bakery when I stay in Ascea. Everything is delicious, from bread to sandwiches. You'll also find filled croissants and pizza by the slice. Highly recommended.

14/08/2025: I was there yesterday. I wanted to buy some of their products to give as gifts for Ferragosto (August 15th) but, unfortunately, the rudeness—I presume, the owner Carmine's—forced me to decline. All for simply asking to use a tray instead of a paper bag, considering I was supposed to be giving a gift. I was treated rudely despite having been waiting for over twenty minutes. Unfortunately, it's not just the quality of the products, which fortunately are available everywhere in Cilento, that makes the difference, but also, and above all, the manners used with customers, the good manners that the owner of the Luongo bakery in Ascea Marina clearly lacks.

30/09/2025: Absolutely nothing to say about the venue, a little less about the owners who, only after having booked and paid a deposit months in advance, 4 days before my son's communion, were told that I had to leave the room at 6:30 pm because they had another event in the evening, obviously after having protested because such a thing absolutely does not exist or at least inform the customers when they bring the deposit since there is an organization also for us parents for such an important day. I was told to look for another venue if I was not happy and that we had not understood each other, in fact that it was I who had to inform them because mine was a private event and I had to pay an extra €3000 if I wanted the venue all for myself because then they could not take the evening event which I was not even aware of so I cancelled and looked and luckily I found another venue where they did not give me a time as it should be because one pays but the disappointment for how they behaved is truly speechless!
