I usually get takeout pizza, and it's always delicious—a rare thing because the quality often drops with takeout, but not here! The dough is light, the ingredients are high-quality, and the cooking is always perfect. Francesco is an exceptional pizza chef; you can see his passion in every pizza. Alessandra at the counter is always kind and smiling, making you feel truly at home. A welcoming place that's always top-notch! 🍕👏

This is largely thanks to chef Mimmo, who deserves sincere praise: his cuisine combines technique, sensitivity, and respect for the ingredients, with dishes that don't seek special effect but rather strive for authentic elegance, made of clean flavors and well-balanced contrasts. The ingredients arrive directly from the sea off Acciaroli, courtesy of a family-owned fishing boat: a significant added value, evident in every course and making this restaurant one of the few in the area where seafood is truly "at home," appreciated even by the most discerning connoisseurs. The service is another strong point: professional, attentive, and just the right amount of friendly, capable of accompanying the experience without being intrusive but with constant care for the guest. It's that discreet yet effective presence that makes guests feel welcomed and well-attended. 05/11/2025: Beautiful place...found "by chance" just off the highway. Clean and well-maintained, welcoming, and intimate. Delicious food and excellent service. If I'm ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: The night before leaving, we noticed this bakery and pastry shop, especially for the aroma wafting from it. The next morning, we stopped for breakfast. They even had a coin-operated coffee machine, brioches with cream and Genovese, a bag of bread, a pane cunzato, and a bread filled with white ragù, and a bag of mixed dry pastries—all truly delicious. The owner let us try a fig cookie and gave us a bag of Reginella for the trip. Everyone was kind and professional. If I return to Palermo, I'll definitely come back.

11/10/2025: The staff were friendly and welcoming. There were seven of us, and overall we enjoyed the pizzas. Mine was good, as were those of four others. However, two of our guests complained about the lack of ingredients on their pizzas. For example, on the escarole pizza, there were virtually no vegetables, just a few strands here and there. The potatoes and sausage were also minimal, almost invisible. The fried pizza was delicious.

23/09/2025: I enter the restaurant and order a Genovese, a great pizza. When the pizza arrives, the Genovese was already half eaten and there was a lot of hair on it. At a certain point, Mr. S enters the restaurant, breaks down the door and bites off my head. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. NOT RECOMMENDED.

29/07/2025: You could say home security, basically when you want the peace of mind of eating well, paying the right amount and being surrounded by lots of polite people, you can easily cook in the perfect place.

02/09/2025: Average pizza... small but nice atmosphere... on Saturdays they do a lot of takeaway so if you sit down for pizza you have to wait at least half an hour

27/11/2025: I just had breakfast with the best gluten-free brioche in the world, excellent coffee, and impeccable service—a paradise for us celiacs! Congratulations!!! Just had the best gluten-free bun and delicious espresso, they've got the best gluten-free selection (both sweet and savory!), and the service is impeccable! Best breakfast spot!

24/08/2025: Coming from Caserta, we stopped for lunch on Saturday, August 23rd at Locanda del Gusto. We were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness and lightness of the food we ate. The place is very charming, and we were served by a truly kind man. I recommend stopping by; it's worth it!

24/08/2025: On our way back from vacation, we stopped by and saw this restaurant, and we had a great time. The staff was very friendly. It's a shame it's a bit far from where we live, otherwise we would definitely have returned.

30/08/2025: The waiter, Mattia, brought some cans dirty with who knows what... He arrived soaked from head to toe, and he smeared mud all over the table without cleaning it up. Furthermore, with 10 drinks, he didn't even bother to splash a nut on it. They jammed us into a corner, making us even more watery because the windows were broken. Additionally, the waiters enjoy making fun of customers by changing orders at will, since they don't even use pen and paper to take orders; I don't know. The only positive note is that they're a bit stupid, so if you run away without paying, no one will notice.

27/07/2025: Best bar in the world, exceptional, helpful and very friendly staff, peace of mind in the workplace that also spreads to the customers. Top top top.

10/11/2025: The quality is good but from the customer's point of view it is not clear what kind of pasta they put in the assortment and some of them were not appreciated.
