09/11/2025: Spurred by the avalanche of positive reviews, I decided to try this burger joint, and honestly, I wonder who wrote them, because the experience was one to forget. The fries arrived greasy, soggy, and with that classic used-oil smell that lingers for hours. The burger, advertised as 200 grams, must have weighed less than 100 grams, and was burnt and completely flavorless. Dry bread, stringy meat, and no attention to detail on the plate. The service was borderline irritating: indifferent staff, long waits, and zero customer service. The sauces seemed to be taken from the discount store shelf, and the water was drawn from a home purifier. In short, a place that thrives on questionable reviews rather than actual quality. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise against being fooled like I was.

28/10/2025: What can I say? I haven't tasted such authentic flavors in years. Friendliness and professionalism. Plus, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. But the sandwich is superb.

She handled everything with incredible attention, making us feel right at home and taking care of every detail with great professionalism. The entire staff was also impeccable, always present, polite, and helpful. And then, let's talk about the food: everything was delicious and, above all, incredibly plentiful! Dishes were carefully prepared, flavorful, and served with great attention. It was truly a pleasure to spend such an important evening there. Heartfelt thanks to Tania and the entire staff at La Porta del Gusto for helping make this milestone even more special. ❤️ I highly recommend this place, whether for a special occasion or simply to spend a lovely evening and eat well. I will definitely be back! 🥰

11/08/2026: We were driving down to Sicily and accidentally found La Porta del Gusto online. The atmosphere was beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing. The staff were extremely kind, especially to our four-legged friend Lapo. The food was very good, with exceptional fried food. The portion was excellent. I highly recommend it.

05/05/2026: We went to La Perla for our anniversary and had a truly wonderful time. The staff's warm welcome made us feel at ease right away. We had the freshest tuna tartare, flavorful vermicelli with sea urchins, and a perfectly seared tuna. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The pistachio cake at the end of the meal was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and Chef Giuseppe paid a little extra attention, making the evening even more enjoyable. Honestly, it's better to forgo the sea view and enjoy the quality and top-notch atmosphere. Highly recommended.
