05/10/2025: I rarely give low ratings because I always try to eat at carefully selected places. We came to this place based on the many positive reviews, and in hindsight, I can say that this is one of those classic cases where the reviews don't reflect the place at all. I'll make it short: 1) The location isn't exactly miraculous; on the contrary... everything is truly "cheap," starting with the table that swayed with disarming ease, which, combined with poor-quality knives that couldn't even cut water, made cutting the meat a real ordeal (see video). 2) I've eaten in many places (I'm an engineer and travel frequently for work), and I've NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER, been served a beef steak with all the fat still attached (meat needs to be trimmed before cooking and before serving!!!) 3) Let's draw a veil over the prices... you should split the price by two, and we haven't even considered the terrible service and the forgettable location yet! 4) Let's talk about the service...3 euros per person for service, and then you give me a waiter who I have to make smoke signals to call. A ruined evening to forget in every way, and 80 euros wasted on an inedible slice of meat. It was the first time in my life that when I was asked "Is everything okay?" when I got the bill, I replied "Not so much"... I always try to be polite... but that really took a lot of effort!

05/10/2025: In a land like Sicily, where the daily commercial war between thousands of coffee shops "takes no hostages or casualties," I was fortunate enough to try the excellent Biancaffè pods thanks to Mr. Giovanni Guarino. When an excellent product is offered at a fair price, along with precise and punctual service, the blend is perfect!

05/06/2025: Good spot for a quick pastry and coffee! Go for the big cup 5€ for a cappuccino. We tried the pistachio and hazelnut croissants and both were delicious. The cookies were also good. The lemon sorbet was so refreshing. We had other lemon sorbets around town but this one was better!

First of all, the dishes, cooked simply, without gimmicks, without unnecessary additions, in short, cooked as they do (or used to do) at home. The baked fusilli with mozzarella and ragù reminded me of my childhood meals: simple, tasty, and filling. The meat (veal) main courses and side dishes were also delicious and flavorful. Then there's the ambiance, simple and simple, but with attentive and attentive service. In short, a true trattoria!

09/10/2025: O'Per e O'Muss da Mimi was recommended to me by a nearby restaurant where I asked where I could buy "O'Per e O'Muss," which I love. The shop is small but welcoming and located in a central area of ​​Nocera. It is expertly run by a husband and wife team who serve their products behind the counter. In addition to the aforementioned "O'Per e O'Muss" topped with lupini beans, fennel, and olives, we also purchased taralli, almonds, and toasted corn. Excellent value for money.

05/11/2025: This is a delicious pizza place. After finishing my southern tour, I stopped by for dinner before catching the train. The price was reasonable, so I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The Southern-style dough, not Roman-style, and the cheese blended perfectly. These small successes in unexpected places are the joys of traveling. I highly recommend this place.

21/10/2025: Nice spot, close to the road, parking seemed to be possible and the pizza had a nice crispy base, loaded with ingredients. They had tap beer which waa a surprise and the staff friendly and attentive to the guests.

18/10/2025: Some items are good, others average. Some staff are lovely others not so much. Due to the massive swings, I feel from my experience this place sits at a 3 for now

02/10/2025: This place was exactly what we searched for! Tasty simple antipasti food and good wine. We met some local people there, chitchatted with the owner, and enjoyed the evening very much. Prices are a bit higher than what you would expect, but with only 4 tables and freshly prepared and cut meat and tomatoes, it was absolutely worth it! Special thing for me were the cherry tomatoes from the Vesuvio mountain. :)
