28/08/2025: A fantastic experience for pizza lovers and beyond! ​I was truly impressed by the quality of this pizzeria. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is quick and friendly, but the real highlight is the pizzas: the dough is light and easy to digest, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh and flavorful. ​A special mention goes to the fries and sausage, a true delight. It's a combination you don't often find, and here they make it to perfection. ​Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to eat excellent pizza and enjoy something different and delicious. I'll definitely be back!

16/02/2026: Passing by chance, I was drawn to the entrance and the appearance of the food as it was stored on the counter. The staff was young and competent, and the food truly exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the area doesn't offer good service and food is too expensive. Here, however, it's good and affordable. Definitely worth a try. You won't regret it.

30/12/2025: Saturday evening in Salerno, two people. I already knew the place, but as a bar. It was my first time dining there, and I stumbled upon it somewhat by chance. Many pizzerias were crowded, or had long waiting lists. Luckily, "Salerno Centro" welcomed us fairly quickly. The place is quite touristy, and the quality of the ingredients isn't exactly excellent, though it wasn't exactly a disappointment. The trio of croquettes with fondue wasn't bad; you could taste the potatoes, and they were good. The fondue was a bit off, arriving cold, and didn't enhance the dish. The pizzas, well, had a slightly bitter note. I didn't particularly like the dough; I assume—I could be wrong—that it was cooked in an electric oven, rather than the "traditional" wood-fired oven. As for the toppings, let's start with the "pizza crok." The ingredients: potato cream, smoked Agerola provola, artisanal potato sticks, crispy pancetta, and parmesan fondue. The review isn't exactly flattering; I didn't particularly enjoy the pairings. The guanciale was too salty, covering up the entire flavor. Instead of potato sticks, I would have preferred flaky chips. The rest of the ingredients were subdued, leaving no memorable impression. The second pizza, a so-called "parmigiana," left a little more. Here are the ingredients: Pachino tomatoes, Agerola provola, breaded and fried eggplant, Parmigiano Reggiano, and pesto. I found these ingredients much more balanced, the flavors blending well. Hats off to the eggplant; the tomato sauce was excellent. The experience was marred by some of the culinary choices, but especially by the very touristy location: a bar, pizzeria, and who knows what else all rolled into one; which didn't leave much room for the flavors to shine. My final rating is 3 stars. It's a place you wouldn't rank high on your list, but, all things considered, it doesn't leave a completely bitter taste in your mouth.

18/03/2026: Exquisite food at La Taverna del Duca, Amalfi. Authentic flavors of the Amalfi Coast. Let the waiters advise you. We had the pasta of the day with lobster, and it was exquisite. Excellent service from the entire team. Congratulations!

21/12/2025: Good morning friends, 2 weeks ago I was in Stella Cilento and we stopped at @ristorante_stella_dei_sapori and it was a pleasant discovery, we ate a spectacular platter of local cured meats and cheeses, a fantastic lagane and chickpeas with asparagus and pancetta and to finish a nice Cannolo Cilentano, everything truly delicious!!! 😋

10/09/2025: This pizzeria and restaurant isn't easy to get to, but it's definitely worth it! Generous, no-frills home-style cooking, delicious pizzas, a rustic atmosphere, and friendly, efficient staff. And finally, the prices are incredibly fair. Bravo!
